Ticklish / Stimulated Feeling Near My Clitoris, And After Urinating

I had a baby in January. A few months later, after a strained bowel movement I began to experience some strange feelings. I needed to urinate frequently, I felt a ticklish/stimulated feeling near my clitoris, and after urinating, I felt this little bubble-popping feeling when walking. It felt like it was coming from urethra. Occasionally, a little drop of urine would come out with that feeling. I waited almost a month to see someone because I was totally mortified. Eventually it got to be too much.

After seeing a general practitioner, I was referred to an urogynecologist. While I was there, the doctor did a complete examination and sort of pushed things around. He told me I didn't have a prolapse or a weak pelvic floor, but he thought it could be some sort of bladder spasm. Also, the look of my urethra had changed. There were some little jagged edges from the catheter I had during the birth.

After leaving the doctor's office, I felt totally fine - I thought maybe his pushing things around solved the problem.

So, about a week ago, I was masturbating with my fingers around the clitoris. I wasn't using lubrication, although I should have because I have dryness from breastfeeding. I was pushing down a little harder that I usually do or my husband does. About two hours after my orgasm I felt this tingling near my clitoris like I needed another orgasm and I also had the need to urinate. It was the same sort of feeling I had 4 months ago. Additional stimulation did not help.

The last thing I wanted to add is that the feeling is terrible if I wake up in the night and first thing in the morning. Although the extreme need to urinate is there, doing so does not provide relief. I have tried carefully applying ice to the area, but nothing seems to be swollen.
