View 4 RepliesI am here to find out something more about this product called Andro400. I really need some reliable information about this subject so please don’t tell me anything you are not 100% sure it’s true. I am a woman, my age is not important ( even if it was I wouldn’t tell :) ). And I was wondering if I can use Andro400 for weight loss. I see many men are using it at my gym, but I don’t see any women. I wonder why is that. Is it possible that this supplement raises testosterone levels or something like that?

View 1 RepliesI've recently had a blood test for testosterone and I've been given a high reading of 2.4 but could anyone tell me what an average reading is? I'm 25 female and have pcos.
View 1 RepliesI am a 38 year old male that has been experiencing some problems lately. I find myself fatigued from morning til night, around the clock. I have no motivation or energy to do ANYTHING. It's beginning to affect my work life as well as my sex life. I literally have no sex drive and I am engaged to the most wonderful woman. However I am so scared to lose her and feel as though she thinks I don't desire her.
I have had to sets of blood work done to see what's going on. Results came back showing my testosterone was low. A lot of the numbers and data I have no Idea what it means. However when he said the normal testosterone range for males was mid 300-s up to 1100 and mine came in at 241...I obviously am very concerned.
He sent me to an endocrinologist to have even more work done so that they could determine treatment. Needless to say, I'm nervous, exhausted and feel like I'm existing away.
I will admit, I didn't do my body good in my early 20's as I did take steroids to bulk up. It have me energy and I felt great. But did I ruin my body? It's also hard to say...because maybe I have low T back then and the steroids helped me feel better!? Idk. I would like to have energy again, a sex drive, and have kids with my beautiful fiance one day.
I have been dealing with strange symptoms (very tired all the time, episodes of extreme exhaustion, dizzy/light headed, eye pressure feeling w/ blurriness, ringing in the ears, strange twitches, no sex drive, chest pressure, dull headaches, balance issues, body aches and pains, night sweats and hot flashes, diarrhea and problems getting to sleep, stuffy/popping ears, heart palpitations, depression and anxiety, memory and concentration are gone, confused with difficulty making decisions). I decided to go visit my gp and was told i had low testosterone and low vitamin d also low b12.
i was given a testosterone injection nebido 2 weeks ago and im waiting on the results. I seem to get every infection going and im putting on weight around my gut for no obvious reason, and my gp has now referred me to an endocrinologist and im terrified i have cancer or something.
I'm a nineteen year old male, going on twenty, and I have some concerns about my testosterone levels. I've always been big for my age, I hit a peak height of 6'3" at around 13 years old. I can grow relatively little facial hair that's patchy and takes a long time. My voice isn't necessarily high pitched but most definitely isn't close to deep, I'm often soft spoken. My penis virtually hasn't grown at all since I was 12/13 years old. I also don't feel I have much of a sex drive, it rarely enters my mind and has been that way for a while. I remember being in middle school and thinking about it all the time. I'm fairly active and I eat well most of the time which I think are contributing factors to testosterone levels. I'm wondering if this is just the way I am or if there is the potential of a hormone imbalance. Is it worth getting checked out? I'd like to get my levels tested by money is scarce so I'd like some input before dropping cash on it.
View 1 RepliesCan anyone help me understand these test results? I had a blood test that read my testosterone was 35 NG/ML (17-76 ref range) free testosterone is 0.2 NG/DL (0.3-1.5 ref range). I then had a saliva test done and my results were Testosterone 1,852 pmol/L (34-148 ref range). I am so confused. Do I have HIGH or LOW testosterone?
View 1 RepliesI have been suffering for 8 years now. I recently went to a Naturopath for other health reasons. He gave me a manganese supplement which is helpful for profuse sweating. My internal heat problem has settled right down despite being in the middle of summer and getting temps of 28 degrees. Worth a try ladies and not terribly expensive . My supplement contains 40 mg of manganese ( chelated ) .
View 6 RepliesI have been using magnesium and calcium for a while now, they work well together.. However i switched to calcium and Vit D ( Natecal ) chewable ..
no longer having the magnesium ...
then i started effervescant magnesium ... i always take this by dropping in a glass of water, they range from lemon - orange flavour etc..
what I want to share is, as I have been an insomniac all through peri etc, I have found that the effervescant form of magnesium, that you fizz and drink has totally relaxed me before sleep, i find myself in a lovely relaxed mood, and ready for slumber ...
Since this little difference, i have been researching magnesium and it also helps, tightened muscles, headaches, aches and pains..
worth a try ugh ? Drink it 30 mins before you go to bed ...
Magnesium has many benefits to good health, one of them being its action as an effective natural sleep aid. James F. Balch, M.D., author of Prescription for Nutritional Healing, writes: “A lack of the nutrients magnesium and calcium will cause you to wake up after a few hours and not be able to return to sleep.”
Chronic insomnia that occurs with frequent night time awakenings is one of the main symptoms of magnesium deficiency.
On the other hand, a high magnesium diet has been found to be associated with deeper, less interrupted sleep. This was proven in a study done by James Penland at the Human Nutrition Research Center in North Dakota.
Mildred Seelig, M.D., the leading medical researcher on magnesium says: “Many people needlessly suffer pain – including fibromyalgia, migraines and muscle cramps – because they don’t get enough magnesium.”
According to the University of Maryland Medical Center web site, inadequate magnesium also appears to reduce serotonin levels in the brain.
One study found that magnesium was just as effective as an antidepressant drug in treating depression. In addition, researchers at Stockholm’s Karolinska Institute reported that for every 100 milligram increase in magnesium intake, the risk of developing type-2 diabetes decreased by 15 per cent.
Other studies have shown that people with migraine headaches have low concentrations of magnesium in their body.
i intend to post more magnesium finding as i find them
this I totally second this info above as I really noticed a difference after taking effervescent magnesium before bed , and my curiosity lead me to find out more ..
I had a vasectomy in 2005. Pre surgery orgasm was amazing and shot far. Since then it feels boring and the semen only drizzles. Has anyone else had this issue? Why? It's been ten years since I've had a good orgasm. I'm only 42. Dr says it's mental.
View 4 Replieshusband has been diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia. Was referred by doc for colonoscopy and endoscopy but we have decided against this as he had a stent fitted in January and is on Ticagrelor to stop blood clots forming around stent. If they cause even the slightest damage when doing those procedures he could have a heavy bleed and as he doesn't have a common blood type we don't want to risk this as a blood transfusion may be delayed while they get suitable blood. His hemoglobin level is 81, ferritin is 5 and folate is 5.2. What I would like to know is what iron tablet people recommend that does not cause too many side effects as we have to discuss this with the doc on Friday.

View 1 RepliesWhen me and my GF have sex she is discharging A smelly white thick thing. Usually she is having around 6 to 9 orgasms when we have sex and then its happening, feels like as excited she gets the most thing comes out. When we don't have sex she doesn't discharge that thing this is happening ONLY during sex.
She went to the 3 doctors and all its negative.
I first started masturbating at age 15 where I would watch porn for a while and orgasm a few times. After I realized that I could go on for hours, over the years I had a few nights (once in a while) where I would orgasm every 30 seconds-3 minutes until I was drenched in sweat and had to stop. At 18, I bought a vibrator and used that for pleasure and my orgasms were always so powerful in the beginning and after a while they'd get weaker. Now, I'm 20 and my orgasms have become very weak. I can go 2-3 months without even trying and when I go for it I expect magic, but all I get are weak ones. Lately, I've been bored out of my mind, orgasming for hours every day for the last 5 days and they're pretty weak, but just pleasurable enough to keep me going. Now I've just done some research and learned that over-masturbation is bad and that I could be causing nerve damage to my clitoris. Even when I go months without they're still weak. Have I ruined my chances of having a powerful orgasm again?
