After i ejaculate sometimes i got penis and anus burns and stomach too and need to pee and poop at the same time i pee some but i try to poop its hard for me to poop, i've been ejaculating since 10 yrs now i think way back in 2003 i experience burning sensation after 4 years until now sometimes . i ejaculate every day i've been use to it to help me sleep.

About half a year ago I was masturbating and when I came I tried to hold it in to make the orgasm last longer. I ended up getting bad stomach pains, my stomach started heaving a few times and I felt sick for a few minutes. Since then I was unable to ejaculate fully without feeling sick. This went on for a couple of months where I kind of stopped myself ejaculating properly. During this time I visited my girlfriend in a different state...and I felt very anxious when ejaculating. There was even one point where my stomach started to heave when the tip of my penis was touched.
However when I got back I decided to just cum for real and just see what happened...eventually my stomach got used to it and I was ok and could cum normally. All was fine until last night when I came and the same thing happened again with my stomach and I felt ill for a couple of minutes after and my stomach hurt. I masturbated again tonight and the same thing happened. It's hard to explain but it's just this weird feeling in my stomach where I feel sick and faint whilst I'm cumming. Afterwards I feel fine.
I think most of it is physiological because I am such a bad hypochondriac and I do get anxious at the most stupid times. I looked up on google for anything it might be and there's nothing. Nothing to do with the prostate or anything...which I guess is a relief. But it's still an odd thing to have. Does anyone else get this way? Were you ever diagnosed with something or was it just something you just ignored and got better?
This morning I woke up around 4 am, with very sharp pains in my stomach and rectum/anus. I was laying in bed but as it was too uncomfortable, I had to get up and sit on a chair. After about 30 minutes, the pains started to subside a bit but they were still there. I took some Zantac and some Mylanta and the pains slowly went away. During the day, the pains came back but not as bad as the morning. I could feel the pains in my lower abdomen and in my back this time. As the day went on, the pains almost went away and now, they have gone completely. The pain I had early this morning was like nothing I've ever had before!!
Does anyone know what caused this pain?? I'm definitely not pregnant.
so I've had an ongoing stomach problem caused by a bug for a few months earlier in the year which now with the right treatment seems to be going/gone.
however the tablets I take have caused me to be severely constipated.

i went to see my doctor yesterday who said it's probably piles, hasn't given me anything for it except some high fibre drinks to help with the constipation.
i'm worried now that with the previous stomach problems it's something to do with that. My dr never examined me. But Surely I would have pain if a pile had popped and I don't have my, there's also nothing around my anus so I'm presuming they must be inside

I'm 31, male, and up until monday i hadn't had the urge to poop. Finally when it came on monday night it was much to big and was hurting very badly when trying to push it out.

The upper portion of the head of my penis moves upwards more than usual and is a bit painful when it presses against my thumb. View 1 RepliesMy problem started in 8th grade. During 4th period after lunch, my butt would start making noises. It would feel as if I had to fart or something. I don't even know how to explain it. Of course I couldn't try to fart because it was always quiet in that class. The noises came from my butt area and sounded like my butt was whining or something. I don't really remember having a stomach problem or anything near what I dealt with freshman year but that's when it all started.
Summer passed and I started high school. During first two weeks, the noises started happening. It would happen in mostly second hour and sometimes in other classes too. I would always text my dad and BEG him to come get me. Nothing I did would stop it from happening. I thought it would go away and that it was just stress because I started high school but I was wrong. It started getting worse and worse.

My parents thought I was overreacting and that what I was going through wasn't serious enough to miss school. I would cry myself to sleep every night, when I got home I would break down, and I began having signs of depression. I used to play sports and go out and had lots of friends but ever since this problem started everything has changed. I have developed a phobia of quiet places. I know this sounds really dumb and unless you're me you won't understand. I was starting to become suicidal and it ruined my self esteem. I wish I could go to school with a smile on my face, I wish I could wake up every morning and say "I have a feeling today is going to be a good day" and not one day freshman year did I have a "good day". I wasn't bullied at all but I know people thought I was weird and gross because of it.
My dad finally made an appointment with a gastrologist. He had me do a couple stool tests and that didn't help. Everything came out as if nothing was wrong. He thought it was an physiological problem or that I had IBS. It was so frustrating because I knew neither of those were the case. I thought it might be a bacteria overgrowth thing but no one would listen to me or even consider it. I felt so alone and frustrated. I was taken out of school by my dad and did school at home for the last two months of school. I almost failed freshman year and only got four credits so now I'm going to be behind everyone with my credits. It literally felt as if I was the only one experiencing this. Every single day, I was always looking things up online. I've read countless amount of articles about different things it might be and read other people's experiences. Believe me when I say this, it basically ruined my life. I thought it would stop but it hasn't. Everyone keeps telling me that it's physiological and my dad got me a therapist. I tried explaining to him that it is NOT physiological because it would happen NO MATTER what situation I was in. I'm sitting in bed right now all relaxed and my stomach is growling and my butt is also growling. My butt not only makes fart noises and whining noises but it also growls a lot. I feel as if my intestine might be twisted or something but I honestly don't know. This has taken over my life and I'm TERRIFIED of school starting in the fall. All I can think about is if my classes are going to be quiet or loud.
While most teenagers are out having fun with their friends on a Friday night, I'm at home googling every possible thing looking for something that could help. I know what you're thinking. That I'm selfish and that I have no reason to complain because some people have way worse problems. You DON'T understand. All I want is to be happy again. All I want is to go to school and sit in a quiet classroom without my butt and stomach making loud noises all period. You have no idea how much I dread going back to school. My parents have no idea. It's the middle of july and I've had this problem for over a year now. For the passed couple months, right after I eat I would have diarrhea no matter what it is. View 2 RepliesFor the past 8 months I have been experiencing some uncomfortable symptoms which I have not been able to resolve. 8 months ago I had unprotected vaginal sex. About a week later I felt a strange stuck feeling in the tip of penis which was relieved by urinating but would come back about 15 minutes later. I also experienced some discomfort urinating as well. Like there was something obstructing my urine flow. I went to my doctor a week after symptoms started showing and was tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Both tests came back negative. Additionally, a friend of mine had unprotected sex with this woman and had an STD test done when I told him of the symptoms I'm having. His tests came back negative too. I was also prescribed bactrim for a possible UTI. I was then referred to a urologist. I had my prostate examined and was prescribed cipro for prostatitis, which did not provide any relief. Afterward, I had another chlamydia and gon test done and it came back negative again. Since the cipro did not help, I was prescribed celebrex which did not provide any relief. The next visit to my urologist, he performed a cystoscopy and could not find anything abnormal. He then provided a bladder control medication to see if that helped. Nothing. By this point I am very confused about what is causing this problem and my doctor does not seem to know either. The symptoms are often better in the morning, and get progressively worse throughout the day. In addition to the stuck/tingling feeling in the tip of my penis, I sometimes experience aching testicles and pelvic pain. I also sometimes have a forked stream when I begin urination and dribbling after. Ejaculating sometimes appears to be split, with small amounts coming out of the underside or my urethra and the semen appears bubbly. Sometimes, but not always, ejaculating makes the symptoms go away, but the next time I urinate they come back after about 15 minutes. When I am experiencing symptoms (which is pretty much all the time) if I squeeze the tip of my penis the pain/discomfort gets worse.

View 1 RepliesI'm a 33 year old male. I had unprotected sex 5 months ago. I've been tested for HIV, herpes, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis- all negative. My doctor, as well as a urologist, have both said I am fine. They say that it's related to stress because the unprotected sex was not with my wife (she's been tested and is negative too). The problem is that I still have burning in my penis and scrotum and tingling in my toes. I don't have any discharge and it doesn't hurt to pee. The burning is pretty constant. The itchy, warm anus is occasional. I've taken 3 different antibiotics and one nerve damage drug and no change.
