I'm a 14 year old male i started masturbating 1 year ago and i haven't hit puberty i'm starting puberty because the hair is starting to grow down there i have never had sex with anyone only masturbation it started about a month ago when i ejaculated i got a weird feeling in my chest and face area also i get a dull sharp down the shaft of my penis I'M scared i found out u cant get an std from masturbation but i cant talk to my parents about it i want to know is it just puberty I DON'T HAVE SPERM.

About half a year ago I was masturbating and when I came I tried to hold it in to make the orgasm last longer. I ended up getting bad stomach pains, my stomach started heaving a few times and I felt sick for a few minutes. Since then I was unable to ejaculate fully without feeling sick. This went on for a couple of months where I kind of stopped myself ejaculating properly. During this time I visited my girlfriend in a different state...and I felt very anxious when ejaculating. There was even one point where my stomach started to heave when the tip of my penis was touched.
However when I got back I decided to just cum for real and just see what happened...eventually my stomach got used to it and I was ok and could cum normally. All was fine until last night when I came and the same thing happened again with my stomach and I felt ill for a couple of minutes after and my stomach hurt. I masturbated again tonight and the same thing happened. It's hard to explain but it's just this weird feeling in my stomach where I feel sick and faint whilst I'm cumming. Afterwards I feel fine.
I think most of it is physiological because I am such a bad hypochondriac and I do get anxious at the most stupid times. I looked up on google for anything it might be and there's nothing. Nothing to do with the prostate or anything...which I guess is a relief. But it's still an odd thing to have. Does anyone else get this way? Were you ever diagnosed with something or was it just something you just ignored and got better?

I have a strange problem. I have vertigo-like head spinning on or after ejaculation after I masturbate. Sometimes it will be just before ejaculation. This does not happen when I have sex. It also does not happen all the times, but most of the times it does. The spinning settles down in 2-5 minutes. I have a normal systolic BP, but diastolic remains above 85 with pulse rate in the 85s-90s. Taking Vertigo medicines beforehand does not prevent the spinning though. Two times I had this spinning - once while watching TV and once while working at office. In all the cases, there is ringing in the ears and if I open my eyes, the room spins around, which slowly converts into swaying and then normalize. Does anyone have such a strange problem? What could be the reason?

As the title says, I do not masturbate. I'm 18 soon to be 19 and I just don't want to do it myself. I wanted to know if there are any adverse affects I may come across by not masturbating. I am sexually active though, which brings me to my next question. Is it bad to hold in ejaculation when I've reach my orgasm? I don't mean that I grab my penis and stop the flow of sperm, I mean that I hold it in in the same manner that you would hold in urine. For me, holding it in makes the feeling of pleasure last longer. I don't hold it in indefinitely because I can't, and eventually after a few moments I ejaculate anyways, but I wanted to know if holding it in has any side-effects.

20 years old. I am still a virgin and unfortunately I have been a porn addicted my entire teenage year and masturbating for many times. i am 18 years old, but the symptoms start from when i was about 13 years old. the occurrence of the symptoms was seldom, but now since i was in senior high school, it started to occur more often. sometimes it will attack several times a day but sometimes it will attack after several days had passed.

I have had lower back pain for years. It always gets worse when lying down for long periods or bending over for long periods. I've also had sciatic pain in my left leg for years. It comes and goes. Recently I have started to get the same pain in my right leg. The sciatic pain as gotten severe. I also have some other new symptoms. One new symptom is searing pain in my knee sometimes when I'm standing or when I bend my leg all the way in. The other is sharp pain in my pelvic area. Are these connected? Can you please possibly tell me what is going on? The only notable health history I have is ovarian cysts.

Does anyone that has back problems have sharp nerve pain in their groin private area? I have had back problems for years and sometimes would get a sharp pain up my vagina. After a bad muscle strain in my back and using the elliptical machine I've had twitching and burning all over but also in my private area. A week or two ago I was having this weird feeling, like tugging, in my belly button it was accompanied by some sharp pains on and off. A few days ago i noticed that the right side of my tummy, starting in the lower right quarter of my belly button and going about two - three inches down and about the same to the right, maybe a bit further, was swollen. It isn't super noticeable unless you look right in my belly button because I have some tummy fat, but the right is absolutely swollen. It is not a lump, but honestly just feels like fatty tissue or water retention. It isn't very tender, sometimes it feels like there is a bruise but there isn't, there is a spot that seems more tender. I have had this sharp tearing pain but it is very random and hasn't been bed enough for an ER visit. When I walk it hurts but it is very dull.
I have a doctors apt on monday but I am worried that this could be something bad.

I usually have normal/ heavy periods that last about 5-6 days. This time it started off very light, the next day i had about 12 hours of soaking a regular tampon in like an hour and a half (this is really unusual) and then it tapered off that night. The bleeding only lasted 2-3 days and the last bit was this strange copper color as opposed to bright red or brown. This is pretty strange for me.

I am 23 (M) unmarried.Last month 2nd Jan I felt pain in my right testicle.The pain was mild at that time. but increased next day. So I went to the doctor I had an ultrasound and I was diagnosed with epididymo-orchitis. . I was given by some anti-biotic for 2 weeks. It has been 1 month since taking the medicine, but didn't get relief from the pain. Instead, pain was getting worst.
From past 2 days, my right side of the abdomen also starts to paining and hurting badly, Its kind of like sharp pressure pain. There was a Pinch type pain in abdomen(pelvic area). I can't even able to sit correctly in one position. It is very uncomfortable. it is constant pain in pelvic area. I am unmarried & I haven't done any sexual activities till now. I am very worried about that i could able to be father in future.?
Is the medicine i am taking is correct.?Doctor prescribed medicine :

Since December 2012 my sister has had severe pain in the left side of her stomach. The doctors have tested everything even when she was admitted into hospital, nothing was found on CT scans, MRI scans and no results from blood tests... She has just had a key hole operation to have a look inside and see what it is but they have said again there is nothing there.

quick history:
- I had a minor chest pain for a year where this was investigated via ECG and appeared no cardiac issue.
-In January 2016 went back to my GP regarding chest pain and lower back pain. Referral request to physiotherapy was made.
-early March, I had what I believe to be chest infection coughed up mucus with blood, NHS 111 advising that this is fine.
- In March 2016, still on physio waiting list and went back to my GP again because the chest pain became very sharper accompanied by sharp upper back pain. At this point no paint at the lower back. GP believes there's nothing they can do apart from just to wait for physio. I was told that the pain is likely from structural problem so no point in investigating further.
-now mid April, I'm still waiting for my first physio appointment and I'm concerned that during this waiting period my thoracic back pain got worse as well as chest pain to the extent that it even hurts when I move eg deep breathing.

I'm a male 25 years old and for the past year and a half I've been having this severe pain when urinating mostly when I have a somewhat full bladder. It happens about 5 times a month. I have been presumptively diagnosed with endometriosis for the past 8 months, meaning I haven't had a laparoscopy to confirm. My pain is usually a gnawing/aching pelvic pain concentrated around my inner right hip bone. It can make it cumbersome to eat and move, and will eventually build up to create anxiety and fatigue.
Suddenly, I've been having very strong pain on my right side (again near my hip bone, but also higher and more general). This pain is sharp, sudden, and paralyzing. It will leave me shaking, gasping, and frightened to move again (as if moving might make it worse).
I am concerned about taking the endometriosis NSAIDs I have, in case this pain is from something else. (?)
