Ii have purple/blue with white spots on my legs,feet, and hands. i get numb feelings in them and fall asleep easily. i am very tired all the time. i am starting to get depressed more easily. i have joint pain in my hips fr about 2 years now. i have high blood pressure and found out birth control can cause more reactions (i am on birth control).
View 3 RepliesI am a teenager and my legs get so purple almost like a veins all over my legs. They also get really splotchy. My hands and feet get purple and have splotches. My feet turn splotchy only when i'm sitting or standing. When I get really hot everything is normal. I hate wearing shorts or anything that shows my legs.
View 5 RepliesA few days ago i went a jog then took my dog a walk. It was raining the full time. I came back and sat for 10 minutes before changing out of my wet clothes. I noticed my fingernails went blue/grey on and off for about 10 minutes.I took ages to heat up too which is unusual for me.Last night the were more of a purple colour and quite sore/tingly at times feeling like it would feel if i tied something around my finger. Tonight they are normal colour, slightly purple at times on some nails (when you look closely for a while) and dull achy pain on my fingernails every little while. I have social anxiety so cant go to doctors.Just wondering what people think it could be.For a few days before it happens i had been feeling dizzy so i really think it is just anemia but does this sound normal if it was that? There are no medical conditions at all in my family.
View 1 RepliesI've been having various health problems over the past 8 months. However, one symptoms that I have been having is purple knuckles. I was curious to know if anyone has raynaud's only in their knuckles? It heavily affects the top knuckles closest to the wrist, especially the one on my pinky. However, all the knuckles have been affected at some point. The main reason I don't believe it's raynaud's is because it doesn't affect the top of the fingers at all and I don't have any other color change except purple. It doesn't happen every time I am cold and they don't seem to hurt or tingle when they change colors.
View 3 RepliesI'm a 14 year old girl. I have recently being getting purple and blue bruising on my knee, the side of my knee and my hip bone. I also have a small green bruise on my left breast and brown bruising over my calves and thighs. All of this has appeared within the last 2 weeks. I really don't know how I got them as I have had no recent traumas or bumps. The only thing I can think of that might be linked to the bruising is the exercise I do at the gym. I go on the elliptical trainer for 40 minutes 4-5 days a week, but I being doing exercise for 3 months and It don't make sense that the bruises are only appearing now. If you know what this is then please help me as I'm starting to get a bit worried now
View 2 RepliesWell Im a male and Im 16 and not sexually active. I have these a bunch of white spots at the base of my shaft and like two mid shaft. and they are all over my scrotum. When they are popped, a white pus type stuff comes out (like popping a whitehead on your face or nose or whatever) I don't pop them, but i did when i first noticed it when I was about 13 years old. I've looked around and the closest thing i can come to is that it's fordyce spots? I really don't want to go to a doctor as this is pretty embarrassing even though its their jobs and all but yeah. Btw when i was taking accutane for my acne they sorta went away? Idk i cant remember clearly but i think i saw less of them but i don't remember. I'm off accutane now but yeah.
View 1 Repliesi have Raynauds. I am not taking any meds so far. It is more related to anxiety then cold. But cold affects as well. It started in my hands but now seems to be in my feet. They get white and blue. And when I wear shoes my feet get numb. I've had all the tests for diabetes and nerve damage and that's all negative. I'm healthy. I run outside for 38 years. I don't drink or smoke. Drs don't believe this is from Raynauds but I do.
View 1 Repliesso the last few months i've been having many symptoms, like going to the washroom every half hr to an hr sometimes a few hrs, i've been cramping, last month my period was late by a week and it didn't last very long only 4 days and this month it was late again but it seems very light not like my regular period. I've been puking up sometimes, sometimes bad sometimes not bad but it wasn't in the morning only during the daytime and been craving weird foods some foods i didn't even like until now..I took three pregnancy test and they all came back negative and also went to my community healthcare and asked for a preg test but that came back negative so right now i'm very confused about the whole symptom things..oh yeah one last thing there are so blue veins around my legs and breast and my breast are sore as ever, can't even lay on my side of my pillow cause they hurt, try to lay on my back but my lower back hurts, cant sleep at night, tired during the day times, been sleeping during the daytime after work.. cant even drive for a longtime without my shoulder and neck hurting, my emotions are going crazy off the wall.

View 6 RepliesMy legs turn very weird colors and patterns! It's hard to describe. But they turn red and purple. The purple kind makes like a hexagon shape with bright red blotches in the middle. It's happens all the time and its mostly random though I've seen its more common when I'm cold or I'm in the shower. It's embarrassing, I can't wear shorts when it's 90 out! Why do they do this and how can I fix it?

But for the last month or so my hands/fingertips have been going White on me it will do this when I'm outside or when I am at home or in bed sleeping. I wake up with pain in my feet and my fingertips. My doctor thinks it may be Raynauds but does not understand why it's happening when I am sleeping or in my home. Can I get some people's thoughts on this? and if it is Raynaud's what can I do to help myself with the pain in my hands/fingertips feet?

View 1 RepliesI have had a fever for a day or so and I've been throwing up a lot I have red dots on my legs I thought they were pimples but there is a lot of them only on my legs. I don't know if there chickenpox or if they are just red spots from shaving.
View 1 RepliesI am a 40 year old male about 30 pds overweight. I developed sixth nerve palsy in February 2014 and it finally cleared up three months later on its own? In July 2014 I started burning in my left arm and hand. As time has went by until now the burning has got worse in both feet and legs up to the knee. I also burn in both arms and hands. I burn across my chest and left shoulder also some. I have had several blood test, MRI, nerve electro study. The Dr. Found that I failed my oral glucose tolerance test twice and a skin biopsy showed small nerve fiber damage. I am currently on metformin 500 mg 2 x a day and gabapentin 300 mg 3 x a day. The gabapentin doesn't help. I have taken lisinopryl hctz 10- 12.5 mg and citalopram 20 mg for several years, could the burn come from these medicines? Is it because of diabetes 2, even though my a1c has been only between 5.6 - 5.9? Any ideas on the cause or what to do?

I also have a tingling and pain in legs and feet which sometimes i can feel in my hands as well. I've been to the er and my primary who now wants me to see a neurologist yet i don't have insurance so it is hard. I had flu like symptoms in sep. Then developed bronchitis after that...started getting the tingling and burning in feet and legs while i had bronchitis. Also my blood sugar dropped to 57 not long ago but when i had lab test for bg fasting was a 97. I'm so fed up and tired of this everyone hates hearing me talk about it and just tell me to get checked out again.
View 3 RepliesI'm wondering if anybody else out there is affected by RLS in the same way I am. It's very specific. Only when I'm falling asleep, my foot will jerk, sometimes rapidly, followed by the whole leg making a violent jerk. There is no sleeping thru that. Once it starts, I know I'm in for a long night because it does not stop. Even if it does, then the other leg will start doing it. (There is that creepy-crawly sensation a microsecond before the jerks, but I can't stop it from happening.) This started in the early '80's with mild episodes 2 or 3 times a week but has increased strongly over the years.
I have incredible empathy for anyone suffering from this affliction / curse and pray daily that the true cause will soon be identified.
I went to the primary doctor and he gave me a diuretic and said it's the fibromyalgia. I ended up in ER for chest pains in February so I didn't know if it was some relation to the situation. I now got into the Rheumatologist on Friday and she says it has nothing to do with the Fibro. Any input anyone?
View 5 RepliesI had a mini flare 10 days ago and went up from 8 to 9 and half. The last two days I have had extremely uncomfortable numbness and pins and needles in my feet and lower legs. The numbness is so bad that I scratched my leg on my zip and drew blood, but hardly felt a thing. I have a bright red weal there now.
View 12 RepliesYesterday, I noticed a grouping of tiny white spots on the outside of my upper lip located close to the inside of my lip. They are about the size of the tip of a pen and there are several grouped together. They become very noticeable when I stretch my lip out. Does this sound like oral herpes?
Also, a co worker shared some tic tacs with me on Wednesday and after she handed them to me and I ate them I noticed what looked like a cold sore below her lip. Could it have been transmitted this way?
