Nuvaring fell out during sex in which he ejaculated inside me. I didn't notice until the next day and re-inserted the Nuvaring about 15 hours after it fell out. I need to know if the sex I had last night could have gotten me pregnant. Do I have to take the morning after pill or will I be fine since I had it in consistently before the sex and put it back in the next day?
View 1 RepliesRecently My nuvaring was taken out for sex, and yes I know you don't have to, but I do because of the painful friction when its not inserted deep enough. I realized the next morning that it was out still (more than three hours), and put it back in like the pamphlet says.. Only I didn't realize that I was in my third week, which comes with different instructions. Not knowing what to do, I left it in and took it out on my normally scheduled day. Now I have my period and my question is should I put a new ring in now, on the first day of My period, or on the day I would have taken it out had the cycle not been interrupted, or should I put it in a week from day that that I took it out the first time? I took it out Thursday put it back in Friday morning and took it out Sunday. Now today my period started. What do I do? How long should I use extra protection for?

I am experiencing some symptoms I would if I were to be pregnant but I'm not sure if it's a side effect or what my chances are getting pregnant back to back packages. The morning after took another one and it also had a faint line I tested again with the next urine and another faint line shown. So I've had three faint line in the last 12 hours. Unfortunately I have a lack in my sex drive, my boobs have gone from a C to a DD, I've gained about 10 lbs, I have been getting headaches, and I have a huge increase in my appetite. I know every woman has different reactions to different birth controls. Are the headaches normal? That's my biggest concern and is there anyway I can get my sex drive back or stop my appetite and weight gain? It's driving me crazy, my pants are too tight and I need all new bras, dresses and shirts! This is becoming an expensive prescription.

It really took our sex lives to a whole new level.
We had been laying off of it the last couple years.. but have started to get it once in awhile again. It's not the same as it was. We would have some WILD and CRAZY sex on it...just a few years ago. Hours and hours of nonstop sex.

I'm 14 years old and yesterday school started after two weeks of holidays. I went to bed at 11 PM and woke up at 4 AM. I tried to go back to sleep but I just couldn't. At 6 AM I got up and got ready for school. After school I was really tired and took an hour long nap, but I was still extremely tired. I went to bed at 9 PM and fell asleep in a second. I woke up at 2:30 AM and tried my best to fall asleep, but it didn't work. Its 6 AM right now and Ive done some homework, as I couldnt do them yesterday because I was so tired. The thing is, this didn't happen in my holiday, and I get really cranky when I don't get enough sleep. Do I have insomnia?
View 3 RepliesI have an open wound and I have been to the doctors to get it packed and dressed by the nurse. They are closed on the weekend so she told me to change the dressing myself when it needed changed but to make sure the packing stays in. I changed it this morning and the packing slid out! And some of it is still stuck in the wound at the bottom. I'm worried that the wound will close over with the remains of the packing still in it and that the wound will be closing over instead from the inside first. Any advice would be Helpful as I my next appointment with the nurse isn't until Tuesday morning!

I recently had sex with my partner on Saturday (1-31-15). I know for a fact the he did come inside of me. I began to have a dull ache in my lower back on Monday (2-2-15). I do not have a kidney infection as I went to my dr just last week for a checkup and also had a urine test and everything was fine. I am not about to begin my period, as my last day of my period was last Tuesday (1-27-15). Would really like some answers to help ease my mind until it is closer to time when I should test for pregnancy.
