I have multiple bumps on my penis shaft, none on the head. Some are small and flesh colored, while some are pink. One of the pink bumps has a black dot on the top and another has a white dot. Anyway to know what this is? The last time I had sex was 2 months ago, and 8 months before that, with the same person who hasn't complained of anything being wrong with her.

About a week ago, I noticed that they have risen and turned into a cluster of little bumps and I'm afraid of it being herpes or maybe some other STI. I am very sexually active but with only one partner and I know that I am her only partner too. We use condoms about 80% of the time (she is also on the pill but can never be too safe). I would like to think of us two as very clean and hygienic people which is why I'm confused about what these small bumps are. They have given me no pain at all, in fact, I forget they're even there until I look at them.
View 3 RepliesFor about a year, I had a small bump about midway up the shaft of my penis. Every indicator seemed to me to be that of an ingrown hair, so I basically ignored it. Now, about five or six weeks ago I noticed this bump was much larger. I also noticed 4-5 similar ones around it, not right next to it but in the same general vicinity. I have plucked a hair from the middle of the original one and am treating it 2-3 times a day with hydrogen peroxide. I also plucked a hair from two of the others, the remaining ones look like these but I have yet to find hairs growing out of them. My question is, are these most likely ingrown hairs? Is it possible to get several at once? I'm pretty sexually active and was a bit of a wild man in my past, so I have had exposure to other sexual partners, although I have slowed down a lot in recent years. Do I simply have ingrown hair or should I be concerned about something worse?

The following day I began to notice the addition of another bump on the head of my penis and eventually a week later (today) I currently have 3 bumps on the head of my penis, in no related pattern, 1 on the posterior of my shaft, 2 on the anterior, and one on the right of the shaft. I can't tell if more are developing or not and it does itch occasionally, not often or triggered by anything. I also have a few bumps on the left side of my thigh close to my genital area. I normally practice safe sex, but the women I have been with without the use of a condom were disease free. The bumps themselves are nearly the size of a needle point and are somewhat peal-like.

I've always had tiny white bumps under the shaft side of my penis ever since i was a kid. but never comin along the base or mid shaft area. ive researched everything i could find online. but every picture i see looks way different than what i see on my penis.
some of the spots are there one day and the next they shrink or get smaller. one has gotten big enough for me to pop..and when i did puss came out like when you pop a pimple then blood and after a little more squeezing a hard white very tiny ball comes out.
from the looks of it i'm thinkin they may be some sort of cysts from pictures i've seen. they don't break open and scab over like herpes and they don't resemble any kind of warts i've seen online, not even the mildest of cases.

View 1 RepliesI'm 25, I have these very small red spots on my penile shaft that are not painful and do not itch. I kept picking at them and I couldn't tell if I "popped" them but one slightly bled and they are still there. They don't look like blisters or crusty. I know what herpes feels/looks like bc I got it on my face from wrestling in college. I also have what appeared to be chiggers around my ankles and knees and that has also spread throughout other places on my body such as my butt/waistline, bellybutton, and parts of my arm. Most of these have itch pretty bad, but some have not at all. My lymph nodes in the left side of my groin are slightly swollen and sore. I also had sort of a congestion thing too with a sore throat, but that seems to have subsided. However, I still feel pretty tired at times. I was freaking out about an STD, but when I went to the doctor he immediately said it looked nothing like an STD when he saw the spots and I was fine. They are spread out at least a half an inch and don't look clustered. He said it could be scabies or some kind of mite so he prescribed me antibiotics and prednisone which I started yesterday. The last time I was sexually active was about 6 wks ago with my girlfriend at the time, and she had been tested for STD's while we were together which came back negative. Does the doctor sound right on all of this and it's not something to worry about? I've been having other personal issues going on with family so this stuff is just kind of compounding on top of all that.2 hours ago-4 days left to answer. I also forgot to mention that my doc said it could also be folliculitis. The red dots on my penis have been there for about 3 days now. As far as the lymph nodes in the groin, I stay very active in sports and thought I might've stretched a muscle around there this past Saturday- not sure if that's the cause for them to be like they are.
View 1 RepliesFor the past month, I have had this purple bump on my waistline that itches. It will break open and then come back. Yesterday, while at work it felt sore, so I went to the bathroom to take a look. It turns out I now have several of these bumps on the front of my waist (around where my belt line is) and little black dots that almost look like blackheads. Last night I put rubbing alcohol on one of them and it immediately burst open. Today, they are sore and itch.
I also suffer from keloid scars on my chest and back because of severe acne in my junior high days. I am wondering if this is just acne acting up again or something more severe. The use of google suggested eczema or scabies.

There was a red area and I could see a spot with a white head in the middle, I pinched the spot and applied a slight amount of pressure and it popped and out came some pus and a small amount of blood. It seemed like a regular pimple/zit but on my penis shaft.
Earlier today though I checked again and this time the spot appeared slightly bigger (like a small pea), with a brown crusty scab that was now covering a small amount of the spot, I gave the spot a slight scrape and the scab came off, followed by a very small amount of clear fluid. Right now as I speak, the spot is red, shiny and it is itching a bit. The spot seems to always look shiny and wet but when I wipe it with a piece of tissue, it doesn't dry so it has a wet appearance to it if that helps. Also note, that the spot wasn't itching before I took the scab off, so I guess it started after that.
I'm 19 and I haven't had any sex. I may be overreacting but I'm worried it could be something bad. I have had a pimple on my penis before (like 2 years ago) and it cleared up on it's own. Does this just sound like a regular pimple or something worse?

Once in awhile I get small red bumps (I do not remember the correct name but they are not pimples) either on my thighs, close to on on my vagina. I was sick the last two days (just a fever) and went through the hot/cold process, typica fever stuff. Yesterday when I woke up I had one red bump and wasn't concerned simply because I had been sweating during the night. I took a shower and everything and it seemed fine. Today it began hurting when I sat or walked so I finally go home and checked it out. It now went from one to two huge bumps. The outside of the bump is red and raw, the net inner layer is white, and right in the middle of both are two huge black sections. One is on my outer labia and the other is on the next layer. I'm totally freaking out and will probably go to a doctor but does anyone have any recommendations of what it could be or what I should do? I'm unable to sleep not only from the pain but I am beyond stressed out.

I'm not sure if they were there before because I haven't looked at myself this detailed before. Well i've looked on the internet and seen that it could be sweat glands, hair follicles, or papules. I haven't had sex in over 2 months and it was protected, before that I had unprotected sex with a girl who has recently gotten tested for HIV and HPV and she is clean as can be.
The area they showed up in is where some hair grows, and I had shaved it with a razor WITHOUT shaving cream, dumb I know. They appeared and about a little over a week they were still there so I decided to scrape them off with my razor, dumb again. A month later i tried scraping them with my fingernail and they just bled. Its been 2 months and they are still there.
What could they be? They don't look like warts (no cauliflower look, aren't big and bulky) and they don't look like herpes because there is no red rash around them. They are painless and not itchy at all, they're just there. I've used bacteriocin on them and it didn't seem to help although they do seem smaller. I'm freaking out, I just want them gone. I have also heard that obsessing over something can make them stay there for longer, which i have been obsessing over them (I suffer from anxiety) Also, hair follicles... can they take longer than 2 months to recover? I thought that's what they were too but hair follicles normally heal quickly and look like pimples whiteheads.

It went away after a week. I went to a doctor who said it had To be herpes and u took an icg or igg urine test and hsv 2 came back but the doctor said it's not very accurate. On my 2nd visit he said there's no way it's herpes and that it looks like warts so he zapped or burned half of them which really hurt. He referred me to a urologist who said it could be anything and gave me antibiotics which didn't do anything. I have been staying away from sex and stopped mastyrvating because every time i do the red crusty rash shows up around my penish on the top of the shaft or and small bumps that go away after a few days the red rash looks like chaffing based on what i researched and i don't have an answer for the bumps. Again, the bumps or rash show up right after sex if masturbation. Have a red rash with somewhat cracking dry skiing under the top of the penis on my shaft. There is no discharge. No pain or burn when i pee.
