Moles Appearing On My Scrotum And Penis

I'm a 19 year old male, and recently, I've been noticing more and more moles appearing on my scrotum and penis. I have over 20 in that area now and it's worrying me. Most of them are symmetrical, flat, evenly coloured and aren't growing/changing, but there are a lot of them there. It's as if every time I look at my parts, there'd be a new mole, and I just found a red one, less than 1mm in diameter on the tip of my penis. I do not have as many moles on the rest of my body. I do go out in the Sun quite a bit, but I'm always covered down there.

I have a very red penis and scrotum, it has been inflamed a good few times too,
I thought it could be an allergic reaction to lube or washing powder, some lubes like durex make my penis feel like it is on fire.

I recently turned 14 years old and I have never had sex. But I recently noticed after my birthday in July that I had a couple very itchy bumps on my scrotum. At first I decided that it was nothing and I pushed it aside. But then I started seeing more itchy bumps. I noticed one got on my penis and I thought it was a STD or a STI but I have never had sexual intercourse. On my birthday I met a girl who gave me a hand job but you can't get any STD from a hand job. I looked up "itchy bumps on penile shaft and scrotum" on google and I read that I can try putting either Baby Powder or Gold Bond on the bumps. I've been trying doing this for about a week and nothings really changed. I am too afraid to talk to my parents about this and the only place where I know of getting a free check up is in downtown and my parents would not just take me to downtown for no reason. I don't want to tell my mom or dad about this, someone please help me. I'm scared and the itching has gotten so bad that it just woke me up from sleeping at 4 AM.

There have been dots that resemble pimples on my penis showing up. Even though when popped either blood or minor amounts of pus surface. What should I do? These small dots also cover part of my scrotum. Same question applies of what I should do?

its a rash that's just really annoying. and sometimes it gets so much and when i scratch one area, all other areas begin to itch... and it gets really painful.. im definitely sure its not std bcos i've never had sex.

I've recently noticed that my scrotum has become red, dry, scaling... it feels like when your lips are dehydrated and starts chopping & also skin on shaft and the head of penis is extremely dry and started peeling, not had sexual intercourse so I think it might be something like a fungal infection because I have pinhole phimosis so It's really hard to clean properly under the foreskin.
I'm really worried about this problem because it's all happened within the space of 2 days.

So, I know these are completely normal I guys, I am a 19 year old male with them on my scrotum. They used to be small, until I tried to get rid of one and it got irritated and got bigger. Now it's a huge one under my skin. I have passed up a lot of sexual experiences because of this one bump. It is pretty noticeable. How can I get rid of this? I try to use tweezers to rip the hard oily stuff off my scrotum but it is attached very well.

I am currently 13 years old and I have these small white bumps on my scrotum and shaft of my penis I don't want to tell my dad or mom anything because I get very embarrassed about stuff like this because I'm sorta a runt and I have enough problems but I don't really know what they are I am willing to send a picture of what they look like if I have to it, but I don't really know what they are and if they are normal.

I have had several moles on my stomach which have dark spots inside them. They have changed slightly over the past year in size and my doctor has recommended me to see a dermatologist. Is this anything to worried about, considering they are very rarely exposed to the sun?

Well Im a male and Im 16 and not sexually active. I have these a bunch of white spots at the base of my shaft and like two mid shaft. and they are all over my scrotum. When they are popped, a white pus type stuff comes out (like popping a whitehead on your face or nose or whatever) I don't pop them, but i did when i first noticed it when I was about 13 years old. I've looked around and the closest thing i can come to is that it's fordyce spots? I really don't want to go to a doctor as this is pretty embarrassing even though its their jobs and all but yeah. Btw when i was taking accutane for my acne they sorta went away? Idk i cant remember clearly but i think i saw less of them but i don't remember. I'm off accutane now but yeah.

I had unprotected sex for like a week straight 3-4 times ,a day good intense session each time, with a girl i know is clean(STD Wise). Well thats what i thought(showed me legit papers so that's legit). Anyway the day after the final day of having sex, i notice a few red dots(little) appear on my head and shaft, and my scrotum got swollen red and shiny, and now today the pee hole has gotten a little swollen too. It itches no more noticeably then ever only a little bit(not like i'm itching every 5 minutes), doesn't hurt when i pee or ejaculate, its just freaking me out. I am going to get tested tomorrow but was hoping for some faster advice.
The thing is i shaved all of my junk for the first time(usually just trim) and got what i think is an ingrown hair or pimple (looks like one) on my shaft too, i don't think it's herpes but who knows, i'm just trying to figure what else all this could be.

I had an abdominal ultrasound done for some abdominal pain and it was noted in the report as an impression that I had an echogenic appearing liver (such as non alcoholic fatty liver). My doctor at that time didn't tell me and just said my report was normal. When I went in for my Colonoscopy that was unrelated, it was mentioned again and when I did some research I realized what fatty liver actually was. I switched doctors.
My new doctor is considering giving me a CT scan but is checking with the GI department to see if they think its needed, etc. etc. But that there is no treatment for it besides diet modification.
Here's the thing. I don't have any of the risk factors. I am not overweight. I'm actually underweight slightly (BMI is 18, I weigh 110 lbs). I don't drink any alcohol, never did. And I don't have diabetes or hepatitis. The only thing I could do and what I have been doing is change my diet. I stopped eating processed foods, watched my sugar/carbs, and eat more vegetables than I ever have.
I'm a very anxious person and I'm not sure I want to know what the scan says. If it's worse than what I thought, I'm going to be so upset and stressed out. And I can't treat it anyway. It's not like they can give me a medication and make it go away. I think knowing the extent of it will just cause me mental anguish and I'm already stressed out about it as is.

Small but geometric -ish shape. This changes in 1/2 hour or more, the shape gets larger forming a getting larger approximate 'C' shape to the left of center. It is almost like me seeing a crude kaleidoscope . Eventually the thing disappears to the left. The shape seems to be of small triangles squares, anything 'sort of' geometric. I can see past it but still have to see the shape. Whichever eye I close I can still see it; close both I can see it! It has now cleared completely as I have not being looking at the sun or any strong light. Is it 'just one of those things' to be tolerated every now and then. I am 75 and in general good health

Few months ago I suffered from classic cold symptoms like. I had enlarged cervical lymph nodes, a decrease in appetite for a few weeks, headaches, fever and was extremely fatigued.
With all these symptoms I have had had a tingling sensation under my scrotum.
All these symptoms disappear in about ten days but the scrotum tingling sensation stayed the same.
I thought it was some normal viral infection but this symptom made me think. Now, I’m sure that this couldn’t be some cold and I’m a bit worried what could it be!

I'm 16 and I have some kind of boil on my scrotum that's been bothering me for about a year. Sometimes it's hard, sometimes, it's soft and I would like to know what it exactly is. I also get lots of boils in my inner thigh region as well. I usually just rub Bengay on them for temporary relief. They're very common and I'm kind of embarrassed to tell my doctor because I have one testicle. I feel like him looking at it while I have one testicle will trigger a lot questions.
My sister also experiences these boils in her inner thigh and has a massive boil or cyst it may be in her armpit. It's kind of the boil/cyst I have on my scrotum. Her doctor one day attempted to draw out some of the fluid for testing but since the boil was to hard, he didn't get deep enough to draw any fluid. This was a really painful process for my sister and it still is. My brother had run ins in the past with boils when he was younger showing up on his buttocks. So to conclude everything, I need answers, quick.

To me it feels like a wart, although I've never had one I don't believe this to be any type of ingrown hair from shaving. I'm not sure if I can post pictures here to show what I mean. I had my vasectomy 3 days ago. It seems like my left testicle it attached to the incision site. My right one is fine, and hangs where it should, but the left is up high at the base of my penis, eand the incision site is pulled in like a deep dimple. Will this go away on it's own or will I need another surgery?

I have a really bad rash on my scrotum caused by my penis rubbing against it. It really hurts, and now my left testicle is rubbing against the inside of my scrotum. I have used petroleum jelly but I find it uncomfortable because it tickles my penis! Is there any cream or anything like that I could apply to stop the irritation, or should I wait until my testicles get a little bigger(I am prepubescent)?

I have small bumps on my penis and a larger one which seems to by a cyst i have had the itchy sensation for almost a year now w/o going to a md. No insurance is on reason other is embarrassment. Are the two connected my scrotum will itch unbearably almost all the time. My palms will itch the same why with rough skin on the hands just the palms. This my seem weird but guys when we pee we usually use our left hand to hold our pants down and my left thumb will usually touch my scrotum or penis that is where i have gotten a itch rash before that went away after washing hands and using hydrocortisone 1% cream. No weird discharges but it seems to be spreading to my anus area and around the bottom or my buttocks by my legs. I also will get small blister type bumps that when i pop them will bleed like crazy. I have used hydrocortisone and it stops the itchy almost 100% for a few hrs. I thought maybe a fungus and I am trying tinactin creme on my penis and hands seems to be very itch after the tination creme has been on for a few hrs.

I few days ago I noticed a white spot on the right side of my scrotum. The spot is no bigger than a dime and when I stretch my skin it doesn't show any abnormal grown and the spot is harder to notice. Another thing I noticed is when my scrotum is relax is harder to find but when it is the tense state is much easy to notice.
I've had jock itch before but it last some weeks max....
I'm in a monogamous relationship for some years now.
So I'm very confuse, it is a fungal infection? or simply a white spot? or something else?
