Erections Will Be Better After Testosterone Therapy
Oct 3, 2013
Guys: I have a question. If one's Testosterone is LOW. Dr says take Testosterone meds to improve Testosterone level.
once Testosterone level is higher, does that mean that erections will be better?
Also, how soon can someone notice any difference in erections?

can anyone help me find a doctor to cure my problem with soft erections at times. I need to satisfy my wife like I use to I love her and don't want to lose her cause I would lose my children to visitations. I need viagra or a urologist to fix me, I caught something from a stripper from Barrie, and went to get swabbed for it since it was itchy the morning after her. The swab came back as negative to STD's. SO why were these symptoms occurring, I went and got three more uncomfortable swabs and all returned negative. I get flare ups 2 to 3 times a year and my flare ups always comes with redness around a part of the shaft that gets itchy and at the tip but sometimes I get 2 or 3 tiny blister type bumps that are itchy and when I squeeze my main thick vein and roll it around with my fingers I'am relieving more itch. Now I've had 3 swabs and all came back with no std's and this stripper girl was 15 years ago and its now affecting the hardness and sensation which I feel makes it softer, when it goes in its usually hard but not like it use to be I discharge less from orgasims.

I am male and 27 years old. I have recently had 3 blood tests over a 3 week period as part of a medical trial and the result from all 3 tests was that my free Testosterone levels are around 9 nmol /l. I have read online that this is quite low for a person of my age.
Is this level low enough that i should consider some kind of testosterone replacement therapy? As i have always though that my levels where quite low. I have very little body hair, not even that much facial hair etc.

I'm a 22 year old male guy. I am worried about my body and some aspects of my behavior. For my age, I consider myself not having a manly body. I have thin muscles and my breasts are kinda large, not a lot tho. During puberty, I didn't experience many changes. I have almost no facial hair or body hair. My genitals didn't grow a lot and my voice didn't got that deeper either. Additionally, I'm usually tired and I lack a lot of energy most of the time. One more thing that worries me is that my body language is not manly by nature. My movements are kinda feminine even though I don't mean them to be like that. For those reasons, I have started to think that my testosterone levels are low. I know that need to have my hormones levels tested, but before doing that I'd like to have some questions answered.
Is my situation even related to low testosterone?
If so, can a hormone replacement therapy change my body and physical movements?

Can anyone help me understand these test results? I had a blood test that read my testosterone was 35 NG/ML (17-76 ref range) free testosterone is 0.2 NG/DL (0.3-1.5 ref range). I then had a saliva test done and my results were Testosterone 1,852 pmol/L (34-148 ref range). I am so confused. Do I have HIGH or LOW testosterone?

remember when i was 13 I would be able to get rock hard erections . i am now 15 , And my erections are only going about 40 - 50 % Of what they actually use to be . i weight , 115 lbs , skinny . i started smoking pot about 2 years ago and am starting to think this is the main problem .been masturbating since early age of about 10 - 11 yrs old And till this day , about 2 - 4 times a week, maybe this can be the main reason ? When i was 13 and a half is when my erections started getting weak . I at that age , i Had an infection of the penis from not cleaning correctly . I was given medication they were some pills i took for about 2 weeks . Maybe that medication could have affected my erections. Or also the fact that at that age i noticed i had a lot of fordyce spots on my penis , which made me go through some depression And sometimes Still am depressed about it Cause it hasnt gone away and am afraid for my sex partner to see this . Btw , I am a virgin , I don't dare try and have sex , with these problems . Someone Please help me ! i am so sick and tired of this its been a long time and im sure its affecting my mood and the way i act . just been hoping it gets better on its own . please i don't need to hear " You shouldn't worry about such thing at such small age ". i am HUMAN , This isn't normal. Is there any way i can achieve my erections back , even though the last time i got rock hard was a few years ago ?

Not only in the gym but in my own shower, I get erections very easy if I just touch my penis. Is there any way (other than masturbation) that I can, I don't know, train my penis to not get erections?

So, I went to see my urologist last month and he noticed that my foreskin became tighter. It has always been tight, since I was born, and I'm incapable of retracting it when erect. Whilst flaccid, I don't have any problem. But he said that, sooner or later, I won't even be able to do it at all.
I'm not afraid of the operation. In fact, I think it will be for the best.
What I want to ask is about the outcome of getting my foreskin removed. Until now, with my glans covered, sexual stimulation is practically null, whether vaginal or oral. My penis feels and looks almost like a finger, actually, and I'm not kidding. I was wondering if getting circumcised will indeed improve my sexual life.
Here are some issues regarding my penis that haunted me since forever:-
I'm generally scared of intimacy, because I'm so self-conscious about my penis: it looks kind of weird, strange, different from the other's, with that extra piece of skin. That makes me feel so very anxious, which commonly keeps me from having a full hard erection. (That's also where most of my performance anxiety in bed comes from).
Maybe getting rid of my foreskin will not only boost my confidence and self-esteem, but also help me to achieve faster, easier and harder erections: besides the psychological factors, there are plenty of nerve terminals in the penis' head, which remain inevitably unstimulated during sex due to the interference of the foreskin. Having the glans totally exposed, I guess, will make arousal not only possible but also more enjoyable. Correct me if I'm wrong.
People, I'll appreciate so much your input on this matter. It's so important to me to finally have a full and rich sexual life, just like it is for everyone else. In short: will circumcision boost my self-esteem and self-confidence (since I won't feel "deformed" anymore when naked), and will it contribute to feel more stimulation and, therefore, better erections?

when I get erections they seem to be soft or very easy to squeeze lets say, especially when I stand instead of pointing up and solid it points more straight out and not as firm. they are not what they use to be no matter how turned on I get, and because of that I don't crave sex like a young male should. im good health im 27
I don't know if hemorrhoids can affect it I have had them before. I also don't know if this has any connections, but I had a wet dream one night I could feel myself orgasm, however I was laying on my stomach basically flatting my penis, could do have damaged the shaft? I went to a urologist and they said everything seemed ok, gave me Cialis samples and Viagra samples' but I did not continue them I did not like how they made me feel very groggy and eyes tired.
any suggestions is very helpful. thanks! I am determined to find a reason to this.

I just started dating a woman and we have been having sex daily for the last month. Well, about 3 days ago, I started getting symptoms of hemorrhoids, not too big, but painful nonetheless. We were getting into it, and it seems that I can become erect but it doesn't last long b/c of the pain in my rectum. It has happened on 2 different occasions now, and it's becoming very frustrating. I have had hemorrhoids before, but not with a sexual relationship going at the sametime. And again, I have had the erection go down, but due to stress and other things on my mind. So my question is, What's going on, why am I losing my erection when 3 weeks ago I was erect and still erect long after orgasm?

I'm 23 and have had very few sexual encounters up to now. A few days ago me and a friend decided to have sex from now on as friends. When we did try however, my erection started dropping while i was putting a condom on and didn't come back in full force so we were unable to finish. I don't really feel ashamed in front of her, and I'm aware that my ego probably did the job as she is more experienced and i have to "train" as we go in a way, but is there anything i can do to prevent such things from happening again? I'm not talking about medication, just something like a relaxing exercise or anything of the sort, as i generally get fast erections and had that one for like an hour or more before we actually started.

I am 19 soon turning 20, I've been having sex since I was 16 with no problem. It wasn't even a full year ago that I started noticing difficulties getting erections while masterbating. I simply ignored it, imagining it was me losing attraction to porn so I continued to Jerk off before bed or in the morning. Shortly after that I had my first ever problem when actually sleeping with a girl and I did have it hard for maybe 10 minutes but lost it and was maybe about "75% there" , I was also extremely drunk and assumed little of it the next morning. The lack of erections while I masterbated where occurring sometimes, and since I've slept with 4 women, 3 I was fairly drunk and managed to get it hard with 2 of the 3. My most recent girl was attractive, I was sober but a little tired since it was 3am. Regardless I could not get hard and I am now worried I could have ED. I am seeing someone and would be deeply embarrassed if I could not perform in bed both for her and myself. Please help

I believe I slowly am developing E.D. I am 65 years old, but do not have normal causes for E.D. At 5'10", 165#, BMI of 24. I work out 6+ hours a week at the gym. I do not smoke, drink, do drugs. I am not diabetic. I am on testosterone therapy, and my T level is around 650. I suffer from hypogonadism (forever) which is why I am on testosterone. It is not the problem since I used to get normal erections. I also had a T.U.R.P. operation around 8 years ago. I suspect it might be part of the problem. This problem only started during the last year or so.
I no longer get nocturnal erections. I can only get erections with manual stimulation. They take a lot longer to happen. I also lose them very quickly.
This is my question. The center portion of my shaft struggles to become erect. My penis thickens at the base, and also on the end starting near the circumcision scar. Right behind the circumcision scar is the worst area. My penis stays real limp for about an inch or so. That area does finally fill in at full erection, but it takes a minute or two to become fully erect. Since E.D. is lack of blood flow, might there be a blockage in that area?
