Wound Care :: Yellow Liquid Coming Out Of The Scrape

I scraped both of my knees yesterday afternoon. When I got home I washed them with soap and water then let them breathe out a bit. When I went to sleep I put on 2 non-adherent sterile pads and when I woke up, one of them was healing perfectly but the other had a yellow puss come out of it. There is this weird liquid coming out of the scrape and when I put the pad back on for another hour or so today, yellow stuff was still coming out of it. It hurts to move my leg and to put pressure on it. Should I be getting this checked out?

I have a pretty deep laceration to my left index finger but the way that I cut it they could not stitch so they put something they called liquid stitch on it to close it up which has worn off now. It has been 2 weeks now and my finger is very stiff sand I can not bend it at all. Also it aches from time to time and is very itchy. Should I be worried or should i give it more time to heal?

Last week I noticed a yellow substance coming out of my penis in the morning. I immediately thought STI since I received oral from a new woman I'm seeing. It does burn when I pee, I had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago, there is a smell but it's very mild? I've never had a smell before, it is a bit itchy..and I've taken a few pics of my cervix everyday to see what it looks like.
At first it just looked a little bloody with some yellow, the next day there is very little pus draining out (it's thick), and then today there was a lot more thick yellow pus.

I have an open wound and I have been to the doctors to get it packed and dressed by the nurse. They are closed on the weekend so she told me to change the dressing myself when it needed changed but to make sure the packing stays in. I changed it this morning and the packing slid out! And some of it is still stuck in the wound at the bottom. I'm worried that the wound will close over with the remains of the packing still in it and that the wound will be closing over instead from the inside first.
