I am a 19 year old girl, I've been with my boyfriend for 3 months. STD free. I am on the birth control Implanon. But its gone now. We have sex about every other day. He is bigger than the previous guys I've been with.
The last two weeks have been a bit of an issue. Sex feels fine, but right after we're done I have this pretty bad pain in my lower abdomen, where my uterus and cervix is. It just feels exactly like very bad period cramps. I have no other symptoms. I am supposed to be getting my period in about a week. The only change I can think of is he has been lasting longer lately, to where he's inside of me for 45 minutes straight. The pain only lasts for about 10 minutes after we have sex.
Is it possible he is being too rough and too long in me which is causing pain? I am a petite girl. Or is it something else? Sorry, I'm a bit of a hypochondriac. Could it be an infection?
I had a tubal ligation in July after my third child was born (c-section). I bled the normal amount afterwards, about 6 weeks. It's been 9 weeks of cramping, back aches, and bloating, I'm just really done at this point. I would like someone's opinion on this, has anyone ever had this happen to them? Is it just a hormone imbalance? Does it seem concerning? I don't want to go to my appointment completely oblivious as to what it might be.

My boyfriend himself says it is 'natural' for men to be grossed out by periods. I try to be understanding about this and accept this opinion, although it's hard. Yet, sometimes, he spontaneously says during my period he does want to have sex but only when it's almost over or only if I'm on top because then he can 'focus more on me as a person'. I find it great he tries to do this, but since I can tell he sometimes is a bit grossed out or not very excited it makes me even more ashamed.
I don't think there is a real precedent since his ex-girlfriend was anorectic, and therefore barely had periods. She also did not have a high libido at all, according to my boyfriend. I also have to add his reactions do not suit his personality at all since he is very relaxed, untidy and generally not afraid of dirt at all.
Is there a way to break through this problem so that we are both happy in this situation?
I'm 17, and I got my period when I was about 13. It would come fairly regularly, but I never really tracked it to the day. About 2 years ago my periods became further apart, every two or so months, but I never really payed attention. I now haven't had my period in over a year, and am beginning to get quite worried. I have been to a doctor (about 6months ago) and had blood and hormone tests, all of which came back fine. My doctor said to come back if I still hadn't had it in a year, which I plan to do as soon as I can get an appointment. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on why it might be? I am a virgin, eat completely healthy, exercise every day, am at the middle of healthy weight range for my age/height, and have never been on any birth control. My doctor said he thought it unlikely to be cysts but I'm not ruling it out (just crossing my fingers that it's not).
