In my last 2 cycles I have noticed more changes than usual for me. I have started spotting about a week before my period and have pain almost from ovulation onward each cycle. I have been tired most of the time, temps are all over the place even after ovulation, have a combo of diarrhea and constipation as well as an influx of acne. I do have a Drs appointment but I have to wait a month to see her. Anyone else had anything similar? I usually have painful periods but not usually all month long and many symptoms of Endo, just never been diagnosed with it as of yet.

My boyfriend and I don't have sex, but will "fool around", and I have noticed after foreplay, I have cramping and pain in my lower abdomen that sometimes lasts a few days. It sometimes feels like a bloating feeling, but it is painful. (I have had problems of painful cramps during my period and my doctor has put me on oral contraceptives.) Is he being too rough, or is there something else that is causing this pain?

I've been having pain in my right lower abdomen for some time now and did some tests and all seem clear. Today I went to a surgeon who tested me and said all feels very normal. Since my dad had colon cancer at 56 he suggested I do a colonoscopy just to make sure there is nothing. I need to wait till the 20th April and I'm already freaking out. Will they tell me immediately after the colonoscopy if something is wrong? I'm 39 with 2 kids and always assume the worst that I have cancer.

I went to the hospital a week ago and was diagnosed with a UTI. Since then I've continued to have sharp pain in the lower left area of my abdomen, under my ribcage (and just general side pain and some bloating)- and a dull pain in my back. Along with that, for the past couple of days I've felt nauseous off and on, weak, extremely tired, and today I felt like I was close to passing out when I was in a store. Could this still just be the UTI? Or possibly now moved on to a Kidney Infection, or... Thoughts?

I'm 33 5/7 I have been having bad lower back pain and abdominal and it goes through my thighs which makes them feel sore I didn't do anything out of the normal today but when I try to stand I can't stand straight. Anyone know what it could be?

I'm a 18 year old guy with no previous illnesses of any kind, don't drink/smoke, etc. Except not exercising and sleep irregularly, I'm pretty okay with lifestyle.
I had the symptoms of a UTI one day (first time in my life) with symptoms of blood in urine and lower abdomen pain. My doctor diagnosed it as prostatitis and gave me antibiotics for a month.
I never had the symptoms again since the first day of antibiotics, but now that I'm 3 weeks in, I'm feeling new symptoms like hesitation to go urinate, want to go urinate more often, etc.... Maybe it's my mind playing with me, but I FEEL like my bladders feel a little weird. Like, it feels... full? There's no pain at all, except perhaps minor irritation in my testes.
So now I'm really wondering if I should go see the doctor again, mostly in fear of potential kidney damages (urea poisoning a possibility?) I don't have insurance, but won't hesitate to stomach the bill myself if need be. Since I don't want to end up in the ER, or die...

New bf who is thicker than I'm used to we have had sex a few times normal nothing too rough and we've been careful to make sure we are both ready. I had a full screening a month ago and all my tests were normal. I noticed last night I had slight pink smears with wiping after sex and slight cramping the day after I am not as sexually active and I am due for my period in a week should I be worried?

I had a tubal ligation in July after my third child was born (c-section). I bled the normal amount afterwards, about 6 weeks. Then I finally, got my first real period on October 27th, it lasted until December 13th, it came back on December 23rd and it still hasn't stopped, I made an appointment with my gynecologist for the 19th. It's a pretty heavy flow, I have to change my pad and tampon every 3 hours, I can go 6 at night. I'm not anemic, I had my iron checked at the health department when I went for my recertification. It's been 9 weeks of cramping, back aches, and bloating, I'm just really done at this point. I would like someone's opinion on this, has anyone ever had this happen to them? Is it just a hormone imbalance? Does it seem concerning? I don't want to go to my appointment completely oblivious as to what it might be.

I'm 37 and for the last 12 months my period has only ever lasted a day. I only ever wear a panty liner because its that light. Is this normal? Or does it mean that i am become infertile? I am not on any contraception, my periods are regular but i haven't been able to fall pregnant even though i am having regular sex. I haven't been on any form of contraception for the last 3 yrs but prior to that i was using depo provera injections for 2 yrs.

Since December 2012 my sister has had severe pain in the left side of her stomach. The doctors have tested everything even when she was admitted into hospital, nothing was found on CT scans, MRI scans and no results from blood tests... She has just had a key hole operation to have a look inside and see what it is but they have said again there is nothing there.

I'm 28, never been pregnant. We haven't used protection in over 8 years but I'm still childless. I'll take a pregnancy test probably once a year for missing the first couple days of my periods, only to see the all to familiar negative. This brings me to this.. I started spotting 12 days before my original start date, started to work days after my orig and only bled heavily for one day. Now we're 21 days into major spotting. Its not really a period, as much as its the annoying spotting that will still ruin clothing. I've taken 2 tests in the 21 days to be let down again. I'm 28, 142 (164 a year ago, getting a job made new active) I'm don't live the healthiest lifestyle, eating and exercising, but I am eating portion controlled and am active.

After being advised by my GP a few months ago to stop my Evorel conti (I was using half a patch) my symptoms returned with full force. So I put back the full patch 50micrograms. I have been experiencing spotting and period like pains, breast tenderness and slight headaches. I am attributing this to upping my dose of Evorel. I was actually doing fine on my half a patch. I have started to trim down the 50 patch now and see if that helps.

My period is normally a 28 day cycle and it last 7 days. normally it would come on on the 28 of every month. well this year back in march it started switching around and every month it would come on on a earlier day in each month but it would always be a different day. well today is july 29 and this month my period came on on the 1st and went off on the 7th. i started spotting on the 14 and it lasted for two days. at first it was light pink and i have never spotted in my life, but then that 2nd day it was brown when it was stopped. now, i am spotting again today and cramping really bad and has been feeling sick lately and i have had heartburn for a whole week now.

I'm hurting in my lower right side and across my lower back and bleeding from my vagina.... with a sanitary pad on.... there is no blood when I urinate there is A LOT of blood.... went to the Emergency Room and went through 12 hours of testing... urin... blood work.... ultra sounds .... cat scans.... and even a vaginal ultra sound with the conclusion *we don't know* Anyone else ever have this issue? The pain makes me nauseated and double over plus the bleeding and the pain increases when I urinate.

I just had an abdominal myomectomy on 1/10/14. Recovery is going pretty well other than some tenderness, stinging/burning at the incision site, and discomfort sleeping/walking. What has been most troubling throughout my recovery is BACK PAIN! The aching and tightness of the lower/mid back muscles is excruciating. I still cannot walk completely upright, I often bend at the waist to relieve pressure, and the tightness is so painful at times, that I feel as if my legs will give out and I'll end up falling. Has anyone experienced this or have any idea what causes this? I mentioned it to a nurse a few days ago when I had the staples removed and she wrote it off as "those bad hospital mattresses." 10 days later, I'm thinking it's more than that and would appreciate any insight as I am miserable! Thank you!

For the past year I have had bleeding during intercourse but never any pain. I have been told I could have endometriosis and or pcos. I have had bacterial diagnosis and uti off and on for years but I think now I'm having a constant infection that won't go away. I've seen different doctors and they don't seem to be concerned about the bleeding and can tell me what's causing it. It's alarming to me because I know it's not normal and shouldn't be happening all the time during intercourse. I have no pain with it and always plenty of lube. Also I just recently had a saline sonogram that showed nothing. Please what else can they do to figure out what's causing this and should I just let it go untreated?
