View 1 RepliesI'm 40 yrs old and my tubes were clamped 21 yrs ago and I am feeling bloated, cramps in lower abdomen and no period this month, dizzy, nausea (bad mostly dry heaves), urinating a lot, vivid dreams, heartburn, mood swings and hungry at all times. But lost interest in sex. Am I pregnant?
View 1 RepliesI started Cerazette about 6 months ago as I'm in my late thirties and my periods were becoming more painful, plus, condoms were started to irritate me. since starting it I had one tiny bleed and that's it, it's a revelation but I am constantly worried that I'm pregnant as it's odd not having periods and I have read that women have got pregnant on this pill, I have always taken it correctly. I may be being silly but if I'm not getting periods does that mean that I am not ovulating either, hence, would not be able to get pregnant and if I was accidentally to get pregnant on the pill then would i still be able to use a pregnancy test whilst still on the pill, i.e. would it show up? I'm just paranoid that after my Husband and I have had sex that a week later I take a test!!! Any ones views on this would really put my mind at rest as I'm considering coming off it just to get a period even though I don't want one!!!
View 1 RepliesI had a tubal ligation in July after my third child was born (c-section). I bled the normal amount afterwards, about 6 weeks. Then I finally, got my first real period on October 27th, it lasted until December 13th, it came back on December 23rd and it still hasn't stopped, I made an appointment with my gynecologist for the 19th. It's a pretty heavy flow, I have to change my pad and tampon every 3 hours, I can go 6 at night. I'm not anemic, I had my iron checked at the health department when I went for my recertification. It's been 9 weeks of cramping, back aches, and bloating, I'm just really done at this point. I would like someone's opinion on this, has anyone ever had this happen to them? Is it just a hormone imbalance? Does it seem concerning? I don't want to go to my appointment completely oblivious as to what it might be.
View 1 RepliesI recently started to pee more often at first I was fine but now every time after I pee it hurts alittle I'm scared idk it seems like a mild uti but I hope it's not more
View 3 RepliesI'm 17, and I got my period when I was about 13. It would come fairly regularly, but I never really tracked it to the day. About 2 years ago my periods became further apart, every two or so months, but I never really payed attention. I now haven't had my period in over a year, and am beginning to get quite worried. I have been to a doctor (about 6months ago) and had blood and hormone tests, all of which came back fine. My doctor said to come back if I still hadn't had it in a year, which I plan to do as soon as I can get an appointment. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on why it might be? I am a virgin, eat completely healthy, exercise every day, am at the middle of healthy weight range for my age/height, and have never been on any birth control. My doctor said he thought it unlikely to be cysts but I'm not ruling it out (just crossing my fingers that it's not). I haven't been too worried as its quite convenient with my very active lifestyle, but i realize I need to get it sorted out.
View 1 RepliesI had my period was June 2015. I have now taken my period for the first time since then, and it has been going on for 3 weeks and doesn't look like it's going to stop anytime soon. I am 24 years old and have went to my doctor about this, but they said it was normal. Honestly I don't think it is normal but I might be wrong. Has anyone experienced anything like this and know what could be wrong? I do have Crohn's disease but I don't think it has anything to do with that.
View 2 RepliesI have been getting these lumps for a few years now every time I go to the doctors they put me on antibiotics the seem to go in a few weeks but then they come back .....
