I feel my vaginal opening is small and tight, which causes pain and difficulty in penetration. I used to do digital penetration and am able to insert two of my fingers together, but it doesn't seem to dilate while penis insertion. What could be a possible treatment? I had sex unprotected (pulled out) Dec 19th and again Jan 1st protected ( however I did bleed a lot which I didn't notice til afterwards but I'm sure its because my partner was well endowed and we skipped foreplay). Since then I've had 2 regular periods. I noticed the pink spotting once sometime before the first period in January it was off and on for 2 days and only noticed the pinkish red when I wiped. I had my period for February as well and sometime maybe a week or so before that I again had pink spotting only for a day or so. Now my period is due in 2 weeks and I again have had the pink spotting once earlier last week and again today. All this hasn't happened before.
Could it be infection I haven't had any discomfort whatsoever other than last month I had a slight itch that went away after 3 days using an apple cider vinegar rinse.

I am 26 year old virgin and having vaginal infection, it was swollen and itchy with thick white odorless discharge. I went to gynecologist and told symptoms without any examination cause i was requested her not to do so and she gave me candistat for candida infection treatment. Now the itchiness and discharge is almost gone, swelling is no more but it is reddish pink from inside what i checked by taking images, and I can see a lump kinda thing at the opening. I have had a hard lump inside the lip of my vagina for at least two years now. I can't remember exactly if it is longer because it may be. I always remember it being there. I don't remember it NOT being there. It's like the size of a grain of rice and doesn't hurt at all, there is no itchiness as well and no discolouration where it is. I am 23 yrs old and i have this problem that i have a white discharge from my vagina.
sometimes the quantity is less and sometimes more and sometimes doesnt happen. sometime back i got white thick discharge which was watery but it got stretched. i was like a chewing gum which i could take out by pulling off my vagina. after it dried on panty, showed as light yellowish lump or so. it also came out after bowel movement or even pee.. the quantity got lesser on its own , then i had my xams and that time it again started but was not the type i told, it was just simple liquid which when dried got into flakes.
after that for sometime it almost stopped except for after orgasm.
currently its like usual discharge but in a lesser quantity only.( also i got more red lumps like small mass during my period flow)
i dont know and worried regarding this. is it normal?
ALSO The second thing is that when i get aroused the vagina gets wet but now it pains while getting wet naturally unlike before.

I just saw a Urogynecologist yesterday who says I need a total vaginal hysterectomy. Of course, I am scared! They did Urodynamics study and my bladder is OK. I originally thought when I went in that my bladder was falling. That's what my GYN at home told me. Not true according to this St. Louis doc. His name is Dr. Veronikis at Mercy hospital. Would love to hear from anyone who has info on him. I haven't scheduled the surgery yet. Still thinking, praying, researching, etc. until I decide. My prob is that my uterus is falling down and pushing out my vagina. Quite an ugly sight!! lol He will do a TVH and repair the vagina. So it's been about 10 days since I got off my period and I've been showing some discharge, which I know is normal for the body, so no biggie. About a week ago I believed I had a yeast infection because I had all the symptoms (thick white discharge, odor, itching, a bit of swelling. Then a couple of days later I had intercourse and my partner said I bled "Not a lot but it was noticeable." That next night I noticed blood in my discharge that was bright red. The next morning my discharge was a pinkish color but dark red again that night and has been continuing for about 3 or 4 nights from then. I'm currently on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo and I start my period in a couple of days but I've never had bloody discharge before. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
