I am a 29 years old man and I recently noticed a 5cm fat heap right on my chest a bit below my breast.
It is absolutely painless and not visible normally but Once I stretch my hands upward it becomes touchable.
On my right breast, I have a red skin bump. This bump is not in my breast tissue, just in my skin. It at first, looked like an ingrown hair, so I left it alone. But it's been a few months, and its still not gone and looks worse. It is red and round/oval shaped. If I squeeze it a yellowish puss will come out and maybe bleed. I have done exams on myself and never feel any lumps inside my breast. I"m really scared! I don't know what a cyst looks like and have never had one before.

I first had reconstruction with implants a year and a half after the mastectomies, and then I had the implants removed (they felt tight and uncomfortable) and DIEP reconstruction (where they used my abdominal tissue and fat for reconstruction) about two years after the initial mastectomies.
Now, ten years later, I experience chest tightness when I run. It is very uncomfortable, and I have trouble catching my breath. It feels like the muscles tighten up as I run. When I slow down and walk, the sensation abates. I even saw a cardiologist because of this uncomfortable chest tightening sensation with exercise.
Is this related to the intitial breast implant surgery, where the surgeon placed the implants under the muscle tissue?
How can I know if I am having cardiac symptoms vs. muscle tightness due to all the chest muscle and tissue manipulation after the mastectomies?
chest pain ... more on the left side - under breast. sometimes, and the middle. Pain is sometimes sharp, sometimes just like pressure. hardly other symptoms. This has been on and off for a while ... (8 months or more)
Triggered randomly (usually at night, especially if sleeping late like 4-6am) ...
I'm female, 30, asian, 1.58cm, 48kg. Not exercising. Slightly depressed. History of panic attack.
I am having deadly pain in my right chest below breast, while i cough,sniff. I had a cough two weeks ago. I check up for doctors , i did x-ray and video x-ray it shows everything normal. Doctor gave me pain killer and ask me to take until i feel ok. He suggested me to do physiotherapy.and also suggested me to take rest. I can't sleep laying backside down. i can't even move things using right hand. When i cough or sniff i have a deadly pain. Doctor said that the muscles between the ribs have problem. I am worried about it. It is effecting my daily life.
View 9 RepliesAt first my breast was really itchy so I scratched a lot and that caused the skin around my nipple to Peel. After that I noticed some liquid coming out of that area so I put a napkin inside my bra. Later, when I was trying to pull the napkin off, I noticed it's stuck to the part where it was watering. So I pulled on the napkin and it did come off. But that again caused the skin to peel and i saw yellow dry stuff on the napkin. At night instead of sticking to my bra or the napkin, it would get stuck to my shirt and it would look just like the napkin. So after a few months I visited my family doctor and he gave me a special cream to put on twice a day and if it doesn't get better I should see him again in two weeks. After 3 days, my breast was completely normal again so I stopped using the cream. But it came back again. It would start itching then the skin around my nipple would tighten and crumble. I would pull on my skin and there would be cracks on the skin. During the day, the skin would Peel and the same thing would happen all over again.
Please note that this only happens to my left breast.
My age is 26 and i am suffering from big pimples on shoulder and on chest from 6 months, may i know the reason why they are getting only on shoulders and on chest, what is the best treatment to cure.
View 2 RepliesI'm in my mid teens, and earlier on this evening, i noticed that my right breast slightly ached, so i checked it out myself and found a lump, which is not visible on the surface of the skin. The lump is located on the left hand side of the right breast, directly next to and underneath the nipple. The nipple on my left breast is flat, which i got checked out earlier in the year by my doctor. The lump inside my breast feels unmovable, possibly quite large, and aches even when its not touched.
I am also two weeks late for my period, which hasn't occurred before.
I need to get this checker out, however, beforehand, i would like some advice on whether or not it could be premature breast cancer, and whether or not it can be treated. I have also read up on the possible link between breast cancer and infertility.
I have an indention in my left breast,right above my nipple. it's like a hole. I have family history on my mother's side of breast cancer. Besides cancer what else could it be?
View 2 RepliesHey, so breast cancer runs in my family and so I check myself regularly. Lately tho I keep getting an ache in my left breast and sometimes the right one. I have had children so they have changed a little but when I feel them I keep feeling lumps and can't tell if they are normal or not.. Sometimes it is tender to press.. I have noticed also my nipples go a little crusty almost (I am so sorry for that info :-/).. I know I should see a doc but I suffer anxiety badly to the point I can barely leave the house alone and my husband is about to start a new job so he won't be able to come with me.. I am so scared!! I don't want to tell any friends incase it's nothing but then I'm freaking out about going alone esp with my children .

I am experiencing the sensation of food being stuck in the throat/chest, as if you swallowed a large pill and it is resting there. I have had acid reflux issues and take Zantac for it (previously Prilosec) and neither of them helped much. It's difficult to swallow and I also feel like I need to burp to relieve some pressure build-up in my throat/chest.
I woke up out of sleep last night and felt this sensation severely along with stabbing pain in my upper abdomen the radiated up to my chest. There's dull pain in my lower back as well along with nausea, trouble getting a full breath. It's extremely uncomfortable and concerning. It seems to hurt more when lying down, but I feel it when I'm upright too.
I'm waiting on a referral to see a Gastroenterologist to discuss my very extensive list of symptoms.
I understand that it anxiety could add to the pains I'm feeling, and I do have extreme anxiety when it comes to my health, but what I'm worried about is that I woke up out of my sleep with this pain to where it can't be directly caused by anxiety. I've been to the hospital for chest pains a couple of occasions and they ruled out everything but anxiety. So trust me, I know what anxiety can do.
So spent night in hospital for chest infection on Tuesday night. Been on 50mg steroids and 500 mg Co amoxiclav three times a day.
Pulled my back muscles coughing yesterday so taking diazepam as doctor prescribed for it as asthmatic so can't take ibuprofen.
However today when woke up my lower right lung area is swollen and have acute sharp stabbing pain when cough and constant pain which is dull. Anyone any idea what it is? I'm wondering if diaphragm or maybe need to see doctor for 3rd day this week.
I'm 29, mostly healthy, unfortunately I'm a cigarette smoker but I am a hypochondriac and suffer from bad anxiety. The past 6 weeks have been tough. I just recently got off Xanax after 5 weeks of daily use for panic attacks and sleep. I was taking about .25 to .5 a night. Quit last Tuesday only withdrawal symptoms was insomnia and a little night sweats. Head feels a lot clearer and I feel better. I'm now taking lexapro which I've now been on for 3 weeks. I do feel it's helping a bit and I also up the dosage from 5mg to 10mg. I'm taking trazodone for sleep also. But In the past 2 weeks I have been getting some chest cramping. Tightness in the center of my breasts, little pains here and there but I can't figure out if it's heartburn, acid indigestion, or what it can be. I know anxiety can give u tightness in the chest which I have felt many times but the cramping and tightness freaks me out! The hypochondriac part of me keeps thinking I'm having lung issues or heart issues. It's like if it ain't one thing it's another with me. And I hate it. Does anyone have anything like that from meds? I need some reassurance. I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow to make sure it's just from the meds.
View 3 RepliesI'm 60, had asthma for just over 3 years, which started after a persistent bout of bronchitis. I take Seretide twice daily. I try to run regularly when I'm able, but I'm never quite sure how I should respond at the onset of normal cold symptoms. Once I have any degree of cold infection, I regularly experience chest tightness and discomfort immediately, almost before any cold symptoms have established. I'm not really sure what the best strategy is to get rid of the chest tightness, prevent the cold developing and enable me to continue exercising. I try increasing my inhaler dose, take extra vitC, etc but without great success. I'd really value hearing how others deal with this, is it just a case of putting up with it, or should I be able to nip it in the bud?

I am a 27 years old male and have been suffering from some left chest pain for the past two weeks. The pain worsens when taking a deep breath, exercising, lying down, and even talking. Along with the the chest pain I get a sharp stabbing pain in my back when doing all the same activities. The weirdest thing is I have a hard lump on my chest that is painful to touch. It doesn't get better with ice or heat and pain medications don't seem to help either.

Someone told me to use tomato juice or potato juice instead of lemon juice to avoid white hairs. my question is that will tomato juice or potato juice will be helpful to get a fair and toned skin without turning my hair white.
View 1 RepliesAbout a year ago I noticed raised areas, like blisters under skin on the Palms of my hands(red), some pin head size others small nail head size some of the larger ones form a blister well under the skin...painful to touch. The others ones are just itchy, drive you nuts itchy. A doctor checked on Vasculitis and they think it is that...I seem to think there is a bacterial inflammation in my blood. Has anyone heard of this? I take Zyrtec 1 daily and if I miss two days the bumps come on me with a vengeance. A biopsy was done at the site of a bump and prevalent of Neutrophils. I had a corticosteroid shot for another ailment and it worked miracles on my vasculitis. Does anyone know of other diseases that I should check into. and will a full body pet scan reveal the source of this stuff.
