I've been with my girlfriend for a while now. Typically, we will have sex 4-6 times a day when we are able to see each other. Around the 3rd or 4th time I get hard and aroused yet after having vaginally sex for about 15 minutes I all the sudden go soft, and I can't seem to orgasm.
Also, when she wants to have anal sex and I am inside her it feels cold compared to her vagina and I was wondering if that was normal? I also cannot orgasm during anal sex, she can, but I cannot.
The first couple times we have sex, everything is fine, I stay hard the entire time and I orgasm and it's great.

I'm a woman who normally has a healthy, strong sex-drive. But I couldn't help from noticing that my sex-drive/lustiness/libido seems to have substantially diminished in the last month or two. As the subject says, I seem to have lost the ability to stay hard when I put on a condom. I can perform perfectly when I'm not wearing one but my wife and I really don't want anymore children!! As soon as I put one on, I loose a good 85% of sensation and lose my "mojo".
I have never liked condoms per se but they were always a necessity - I like to stay healthy!! As a younger man the fact they reduce sensation was a good thing to me, I could last longer etc.

I am healthy in general for an overweight dude. The only medicine I take is 100mg of sertraline per day.
I am still attracted to my wife so its not that things have gone off the boil.
I've tried various thicknesses and sizes (I'm above average in girth but nothing massive) but nothing works.
My wife suffers from hemiplegia so can't take the pill and I am ashamed to admit that I got scared at the prospect of a vasectomy and bottled out.

My boyfriend has used meth for 20 yrs, the first time he got hard like normal but he got off in 2 seconds, it's been 9 months and he is lasting longer but he can never go more than 1 time and he will be hard one minute then soft the next. can anyone help me find a doctor to cure my problem with soft erections at times. I have been suffering from this condition for 9 months now. It started off as urethritis where I had severe burning when peeing, and discharge, and a lot of swelling. My theory is that the swelling was very damaging and it disfigured my peehole permanently. Now, when I am hard I see two solid slips on the two sides of my peehole slit. But when I am not erect the skin on the meatus gets super soft and puffy especially when it is wet. The hole itself had gotten larger too because of the softness. It can get pretty red at times too. It get irritated easily because the skin can flip inside out and the inside of the urethra hurts when it touches my underwear.
I am been very depressed and anxious about this. I don't know if there is anything that can be done to fix this. Surgery perhaps? I just want my peehole to be firm and tight again.

I have tic syndrome characterized by a bunch of complex motor tics these usually get worse at night or when i am alone i am currently taking no treatment or medication for this because i believe i can manage to live with it ( i also have ocd, add and possibly ptsd) However there is one thing that really bothers me and i'm not sure if its a tic or some sort of sexual dysfunction. When I actually am sexualy active in a normal voluntary way it calms the ticks down for a little but it always comes back after some time.

I often get chest pains when i walk or run. I am 23 years old male. i had a recent spleen extreme but the non invasive version back in october.
I never had this kind of pain before and I'm underweight, blood is fine.
I did however blackout a month after my surgery only to find out I had huge amounts of lymph nodes throughout my system.
Doctors believe this to be a reaction from surgery and my injections prior.
The pain hurts badly in my right chest. Last for about 10-30 seconds and goes away. Does not happen when I sit or sleep. And has next to no affect on my working or active lifestyle.

I suffer with health anxiety and i never accept any symptoms are anxiety. I have diagnosed myself with every cancer going with dr google. I have had a back ache on my right for a few weeks, sickness and night sweats. I had loads of bloods took last week, blood pressure took and she listened to my chest and all were fine. I keep feeling like i can't breath properly and i am conscious of taking every breath, it feels like breathing through sludge. I had a mammogram 5 months ago because I had a little bump in my breast, and nothing was found. Two days ago I found a large hard lump in my breast. I had another mammogram today.
