I am having the problem of erectile dysfunction, whenever i tried to have sex i ejaculate within seconds of sexual activity even before getting hard most of times, and my whole body starts trembling (i don't know why). I am physically alright and healthy and also i have morning erections almost daily but unable to have sex with partner.. i am very stressed about this issue... kindly please help me what should i do P.S. I think i also have haircut fetish whenever i see girls short haircut i ejaculate with preseminal(pre-cum) fluid but don't get hard..

The thing is I have never ejaculated in my life and being 16 I am worried about it and I do not have that much hair too.Of late I have been pretty depressed of my condition while my friends boast about their manliness.Can someone please tell me what is wrong with me.

When I first started experimenting with sex (masturbation), which was summer last year, it worked out fine for the first couple of times. Then, I would start getting terrible headaches at the base of my skull, near my neck, right before, during, or after ejaculation. They would usually go away after about 2-3 hours. One time I had actually passed out afterwards, and when I woke up, the headache was faint, but still present. They went away after about 4 times, but they came back for the first time tonight. The headaches are more intense than any other migraines I've had, and believe me, I've had doozies. Anyway, I have been doing research on these tonight (and when it first happened, I researched it but thought nothing of it) and I have been getting mixed answers. I think I have answered all of the questions that the replies to other forums have asked. I don't know if this matters, but my head was laid back and I was standing during the orgasm/headache. I have a bad habit of masturbating about 4-5 times a week, which I have been trying my best at stopping, or at least lowering it to once a week. Another thing I am particularly concerned about is approaching my parents with this information. I am young, so I cannot make a doctor's appointment by myself. I am very stressed about telling her, even though she knows I masturbate because she caught me one time , but she reacted calmly. Any information would benefit me a lot, but please don't post things like I have been reading like "Masturbation is a sin" because I know this.

I am relatively convinced this is a mental thing and I just don't know what steps to take alone and with my partner to ease back into ejaculating. It is getting easier during penetration sex, but it seems we get focused on if I *** or don't It is really exhausting and a bummer and frustrating. I can always ejaculate from masturbating and I don't need to squeeze really hard, watch crazy porn.. I am pretty convinced it is somehow in my head I am not letting go, and don't know the path to do this.
Another example is that I have shy urination. What is this? Well if there are other people in the room at a public toilet for example, as hard as I may have to urinate, it won't come out. How did I cure this? I simply convince myself that I am in the room alone when I am in the public bathroom. If my subconscious is convinced enough it works! I am able to pee. So in that instance it is 100% in my mind. I am amazed at how this works pretty much all the time, I simply act that there is no one in the room and I can pee.
I am thinking that I need something like this in order to ejaculate during intercourse or oral sex or with a hand job. My girlfriend is there to help with anything that can be practiced with a couple.

Problem begun over recent years since I've been with my present partner (female).
We started off with a great sex life together seven years ago. She needs lots of satisfying and I used to satisfy her.
Over recent years I've found that I have started climaxing far too soon after only about 10 thrusts inside her and then afterwards my penis is extremely sensitive on the end which prevents oral sex or further touching. I soon become limp and can't get my erection back.

I've been having this problem for a long time and I neglect to see a doctor about it.
During masturbation at the point of ejaculation the bottom middle part of my left and right foot start becoming extremely painful. I struggle with pain in my left testicle on a regular basis, lately it seems to be getting worse after ejaculation. I suffer with health anxiety and i never accept any symptoms are anxiety. I have diagnosed myself with every cancer going with dr google. I have had a back ache on my right for a few weeks, sickness and night sweats. I had loads of bloods took last week, blood pressure took and she listened to my chest and all were fine. I keep feeling like i can't breath properly and i am conscious of taking every breath, it feels like breathing through sludge. I have a feeling in the back of my throat as if i have been exercising hard or breathing hard. I am convincing myself that the breathlessness and back ache is lung cancer now.
I am not actually out of breath as in i am struggling to breath it's the feeling that i can't. The feeling has been here most of the day. Anyone else know this feeling?

I had a mammogram 5 months ago because I had a little bump in my breast, and nothing was found. Two days ago I found a large hard lump in my breast. I had another mammogram today. I'm a 42 year old guy, have a skinny build but healthy and young looking for my age.
Every so often, about once every 2-3 months or even twice a month, I have a wet dream or nocturnal emission during sleep. These are usually accompanied by a sexual dream and I always ejaculate in my sleep then wake up soiling my pyjamas. I had my first nocturnal emission when I was almost 16 although the frequency was greater then than what it is now. I don't really mind having wet dreams and apart from making a mess I actually quite enjoy them, but are they still normal in men my age as I thought that usually these episodes petered out after the mid-late 20s or so? I also sometimes have erections in the early hours (morning wood) but have heard that this occurs with guys of all ages. I am free of any STD's etc. as I am very much still a sexual virgin, but I masturbate probably around once a week.
