STDs :: No Itch /pain - Red Spot On Shaft Of Penis

2 days ago, I noticed a single red shiny spot on the shaft of my penis, about 1/2 way down on the top side. about the size of a BB. It seems to be just flat, and not raised at all. There is no pain or itching, but it came about rather sudden. I have had multiple sex partners (3) in the last year but have used condoms religiously, without any failure, and it's been at least 3 months since with zero occurrences of this in the past. Could there be a benign cause for this or is it something I should get tested for?

On Saturday the 27th I noticed a red spot down at the bottom of my shaft on the left. Exactly one week before this on Saturday the 20th I had, had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with a girl friend of mine. I cannot be 100% sure but I do not think I achieved an orgasm and so did not ejaculate.
The red bump was a bit tender to touch, and so I finished my shower at the time and tried to ignore it. I noticed the next day on Sunday that a tiny yellow head had appeared in the middle of the spot, I do not recall it being tender by this point. On Monday a really small scab had formed as whatever it was began to heal. Doing a lot of research on the internet my biggest fear became herpes, but with this said I was hardly itchy at all and if I was at all itchy it was possibly more out of paranoia. On Wednesday I went to a clinic to get checked up, but when shining the light on my junk the nurse and I couldn't find anything! I went on to give a urine sample and take a blood test. As luck would have it, it was the stupid light because when I got home I could see the spot under normal light, and so it had not entirely cleared as I had hoped. It is now Thursday, five days since I first noticed the spot. It is still visible although now smaller and purple in colour as it continues to go down and clear.
One other thing worth noting is that about two days after having the unprotected sex I noticed a tiny red flat spot the size of a pin prick just below the bell of my circumcised penis. It faded after a couple days. Could the two possible symptoms be related? Does this sound like herpes?
I have to go back to the clinic next week to drop off a second urine sample, since chlamydia doesn't show up until 14 days after sex apparently. Show this spot not have cleared by the day before i have to drop this urine sample off, I will arrange for another one to one.

I'm like what the hell is that. and for the whole week I've been freaking out and depressed and worried that it's an STD. but I don't see how that was possible if I used a condom at all times and she was a virgin. About a week ago or more i had two spots on my penis that have continued to grow and seem to have converged into one massive red lump on the side of my penis, it hurts to touch and seem pretty hard. I am sure its not an std because i've only had safe sex with condoms but i am worried it wont go or will get worse. Do i need medical help or is there any ointment i can get to help it go away?

Last night, I was about to masturbate, when I noticed a small spot on the shaft of my penis. It is situated just above the ridge of the head, but is on the upperside of the shaft. It's roughly 1-2 mm in size, and does secrete a clear liquid (almost certainly pus) whenever I squeeze it.
I'm no stranger to this, as I do have fordyce spots and do get the occasional ingrown hair as I do shave down there with a gillette. However, the difference here is that it is not on the underside of my penis, where they always appear. Also, it appeared literally in a matter of hours, as it was not there when I showered about 5 hours before.
I'm sure it would go away soon, and I don't see it being an STD, simply due to the fact the last person I had sex with regularly gets checked up and has blood tests done due to having another medical condition.

A few days ago I was in the bathroom and I noticed I had what seemed like a pimple on my penis. There was a red area and I could see a spot with a white head in the middle, I pinched the spot and applied a slight amount of pressure and it popped and out came some pus and a small amount of blood. It seemed like a regular pimple/zit but on my penis shaft.
Earlier today though I checked again and this time the spot appeared slightly bigger (like a small pea), with a brown crusty scab that was now covering a small amount of the spot, I gave the spot a slight scrape and the scab came off, followed by a very small amount of clear fluid. Right now as I speak, the spot is red, shiny and it is itching a bit. The spot seems to always look shiny and wet but when I wipe it with a piece of tissue, it doesn't dry so it has a wet appearance to it if that helps. Also note, that the spot wasn't itching before I took the scab off, so I guess it started after that.
I'm 19 and I haven't had any sex. I may be overreacting but I'm worried it could be something bad. I have had a pimple on my penis before (like 2 years ago) and it cleared up on it's own. Does this just sound like a regular pimple or something worse?

About 3 months ago i noticed a small bump on the bottom of my penis shaft. The next day there was about 5 to 7 and only 1 crater looking very small bump on the tip. It went away after a week. I went to a doctor who said it had To be herpes and u took an icg or igg urine test and hsv 2 came back but the doctor said it's not very accurate. On my 2nd visit he said there's no way it's herpes and that it looks like warts so he zapped or burned half of them which really hurt. He referred me to a urologist who said it could be anything and gave me antibiotics which didn't do anything. I have been staying away from sex and stopped mastyrvating because every time i do the red crusty rash shows up around my penish on the top of the shaft or and small bumps that go away after a few days the red rash looks like chaffing based on what i researched and i don't have an answer for the bumps. Again, the bumps or rash show up right after sex if masturbation. Have a red rash with somewhat cracking dry skiing under the top of the penis on my shaft. There is no discharge. No pain or burn when i pee.

I have kind of holes half way up my penis that go directly down under a thin but of skin, and when squeezed white pus comes out. I have developed more of these "holes" recently which has got me more worried. I had also used Canesten fungal cream as I first believed it as a fungal infection.

A question regarding a painless white spot or rash on penis. It was transparent at first but seems fairly visible now. It was a little itchy like a mosquito bite sensation before but feels sort of like normal flesh. It is white in colour and does not have any noticeable fluid accumulation underneath. I did have unprotected sense roughly a month prior to this situation.

I'm gonna be as detailed as possible. I've been looking everywhere for an answer and haven't been able to find it. Im very sexually active. Hardly ever wear protection, a few weeks ago i noticed a couple bumps on my inner thigh. At first i thought it was a bug bite or 2 so i wasn't to worried. It was very itchy, but again nothing that worried me. throughout the next few weeks, it seemed to spread. They aren't leaking any types of fluid, but are uncontrolablly itchy. About 2 weeks ago, after taking a shower i examined my legs and on my scrotum found these pink lumps that didn't have any pus or any discharge, but when i scratched my legs i caught myself scratching my scrotum too. there are a few bumps on my scrotum a few on each side and underneath. They kinda feel like they have something inside of them but when i squeeze them nothing comes out. I've been clean never had an std. About 1 week ago i noticed a small bump on the shaft of my penis too. I'm not sure if its spreading to my penis or if it is an std. i started getting worried and went to see the doc. he examined it and told me that there is nothing i need to worry about. that its some form of ingrown hair. all i had to do is add some lotion to it and it should clear up. Since then i've noticed a couple more bumps on the shaft of my penis. I'm really worried that i might have caught something. also from then to now, the itching has gotten so much worse. i scratch and scratch. i know im not supposed to but its uncontrolable.
