My boyfriend and I use protection when we have sex, but we're wondering if I am pregnant.. Cause I haven't had my periods in months like I said. I'm keep getting nausea every time I eat or my stomach turns if I eat the food I crave I just lose it. Right, so I had the implant in my arm for two years, had maybe two/ three periods in that time. Then I had it taken out due to health problems and had consecutive periods after. I had the implant put back in my arm maybe 7 months later then had it for the full three years with only a couple of really pathetic periods. But this time despite being healthy I out on lots of weight. May of this year as it was running out I had a chat with my doctors and they told me to try the injection, depo provera. So I did, but it was horrible, I was horrible. So after another conversation with my doctor they advised to let my system have a break and after I have a couple of months of normal periods find another method, so I let the injection run out in September. I have regular sex and we normally use condoms but as it normally takes your system a long time to recover from the injection I thought no bother, I also haven't had even a tiny period in over a year.
However, now I'm having pregnancy symptoms, extreme fatigue, nausea, mood swings, tender breasts, bloating and I'm complexed.
Naivity, maybe, let me to believe the odds of me getting pregnant were pretty much slim to none, these also could maybe just be symptoms of coming off constant birth control for so long however I don't know.
I don't want to completely scare my boyfriend and tell him I might be if there isn't a chance, so I haven't done a test as its something I'd want to do with him. We have been together three years, have a stable and loving home together, so although it wouldn't be bad if I was, its not ideal right now - however when is it ever?!
I just wanted to know if someone has had a similar experience, or if it's in my mind, or maybe it's a phantom. But I'm wondering if anyone can offer any experiences.
I will obviously do a test if the symptoms preserve but I'm not sure when to do one as obviously I'd need to wait a certain amount of time after the supposed missed period - which isn't there so I'm not sure if I did one now the result would be strong enough to be picked up as its so early. Any advice?

Several visits to my GP later and I'm still not much further forward.
I'm a 43 year old female. In October 2013 I was diagnosed hypothyroid and began treatment of 50mg levothyroxine per day. Because the bitter taste started relatively soon after beginning the medication, I put 2 and 2 together and thought it was causing the taste. But, no, I took myself off the medication for 3/4 weeks over Christmas and still had the bitter taste.
I've drastically altered my diet as I thought certain foods made it worse but can't pinpoint one particular allergy or sensitivity.......
I've changed toothpaste, tried mouthwash, cut out tea, milk, all dairy, and mainly eat very healthily - fruit, veggies and chicken.
My GP suggested LPR (silent acid reflux) but it doesn't taste like 'acid' - it's just bitter/sour.
I've been on Gaviscon after every meal for over a month and Ranitidine for almost 2 weeks. The symptoms persist still
My mouth can get quite dry, and the bitter taste seems to be on my tongue and/or the roof of my mouth or around a wisdom tooth on one side.
I can't cope with this for much longer. It only eases up when either sleeping or eating.
I'm not Dx but a quick history-for 5 yrs I've had flares of neuropathy-stinging bee sensations that jump around, muscle twitching all over body. Also beau's lines on nail and blood lines under fingernails. At times I get livedo reticularis on my thighs when in hot sun. Also have bouts of mild pancreatitis. Not sure if its related.

I had an exposure around 3 months ago, I got a rapid blood finger-prick test at around six weeks and a little more, and it came back negative. However, starting from this month, I kept having mouth ulcers in my mouth,they are small, I'm getting a new one maybe like a week or so, then it goes away about a week. It's been a month and i have a new mouth ulcer each week after the old one heal.
My question is, how much can I trust my 6 weeks rapid test? I know its not conclusive and I'm getting another test soon, but just really wanna know its accuracy.
Also, is keep having mouth ulcers related to HIV?? is it damaging my immune system and cause such situation?
