View 3 RepliesI'll be 22 weeks tomorrow and I don't know what to expect when it comes to labor besides pain. Lol I'm a ftm & I really want to try to go natural..I know I'm probably just saying that now because I've never experienced such pain, but the way I think of it is...our bodies are meant for labor if women back then could do it without medication why can't I.? The only way I'll do it natural if it's a water birth. I read into it and like what I've read so far. Any mother's out there experienced water births or just go natural period ?? I would love to hear your experience. Or any mother's looking into it.?

View 2 RepliesI'm almost 27 weeks & thinking about what kind of labour I'm wanting. Has anybody given birth in a birth pool? I was wondering what would be best... Either a water birth or active birth where I can move around? With my first daughter I was stuck to the bed with an epidural.. I've heard it's also harder to give birth lying on your back? I just don't know what to do..I don't want to get to the hopsital & a birth pool not be available.

View 2 RepliesI m 34 yrs and I have missed my periods by 12 days and I felt I m pregnant, becoz I am experiencing nausea and the other symptoms . To confirm my doubt, I did the pregnancy test at home today morning and the result is positive.
I already have a 2 yr old baby .We want to take care of her and also I have joined my husband here in USA after 2. My husband and I agree to abort it. WHY?? Because we are not prepared for another baby as of the moment.
I don’t want to see a doctor, since I'm afraid to surgical abortion.
I'm 22weeks and found out that I had a short cervix I was 2.6 cm now I'm 2.1 this is my first child and I'm scared because I don't want to miscarry or have a premie can I still deliver naturally and has anyone else had this happen to them I'm so scared
View 5 RepliesI'm a first time mommy and will be delivering my first baby August 21. I'm scared..I hear it's one of the worst pains a woman goes through, yet worth it :) but my question is "would it make a difference if I get the epidural shot? I heard it just numbs the lower part of your body but not that much. Than I hear others that it does." I also hear from my mom and mother in law that I shouldn't and I should do it natural. I don't know what to do. I kind of don't wanna do the shot just because I also heard it causes back pain later on in life and plus every time I've gotten shots to numb me (example dentice) it never numbs me or works. It is probably way different than the shot they give you for labor but I just need some help and suggestions. I wanna hear from other moms that have gone through this I'm kind of scared too...
