Male age 30. I have been facing a strange problem where left or right nostril swells up suddenly for a day or two and goes off.I don't have any pain in them, I take steam and it relaxes a bit. It usually stay for more than a day. The swelling happens alternately on right/ left nostril from outside. It looks a weird.I have shown that to an ENT who recommended a CT scan while I had this swelling. I found little sinus problem but the doctor was not able explain the cause of the swelling.

Sunday evening I felt pain in my nose as if I'm getting a pimple. I work up Monday morning feeling like I got punched in the nose and my bridge was swollen and painful. I have been sneezing from allergies all week so its possible I got an infection. I was also picking on my blackheads so it could have come from anywhere. I went to the doctors office and saw a physician's assistant she suspects is cellulitis. She prescribed bactrim but I am petrified of taking any antibiotics because I am a highly allergic person. I'm allergies to most foods that I have a very limited diet so scared. I have no fever. For now I've been using saline spray rinse and neosporin outside my nose. The pain subsided about 10% after 24 hours but I still have a ton of pain. I read from forums that nasal cellulitis can lead to blood or brain infection so since I'm scared if taking antibiotics because if adverse affect I don't what to do. I'm damned if I take antibiotics I'm damned if I don't. Does here here experienced this and didn't need antibiotics?

How do i make this go away? so its really read and irritated burns to touch and air hurts it a lot. its not here constantly but is pretty close comes and goes. my doc said contact dermatitis but everything he's given me seems to make it worse. Now that winter is here the air is so dry and I wake up every night in pain from my nose and throat being so dry. I already have a humidifier in my bedroom but is there anything else I can do to make it stop. I'm just scared that it is implantation bleeding or something. I read that implantation occurs a week or so after conception. We have not engaged in actual penetrative sexual intercourse and this was the first time we had oral sex. I know that there are cases wherein there was no penetrative sex but pregnancy occurred. My question is NOT can I get pregnant from giving/receiving oral sex. The bottom line question is: Could I be pregnant if I KISSED my boyfriend after giving him oral (with possible pre-cum as he did not ejaculate) and then him giving me oral?

I made the mistake last week of both giving and receiving oral sex with another male. The other male is of unknown status and was a drug user/sex worker. I received the oral for less than a minute and gave it for roughly 10, with no ejaculation on either side.
Since then, I have had slight lower abdomen pain, a sore throat and what seems like burning urine/penis tip. I am in a monogamous relationship and really don't want to pass this on and certainly don't want to ruin my relationship by bringing this up, I'd rather deal with the guilt as this was a one time thing.
My questions are...
- What are the risks of contracting HSV, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia or Syphilis? (understanding that HIV is very low, if any risk, for oral)
- Is the abdomen/pelvic pain a symptom of anything?
- If the event happened roughly 4 days ago, would I be able to test for Syphilis, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea? I am going to the clinic this evening and asked them to give me antibiotics for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea anyways just in case.
- Would there be any risk of any of these diseases infecting my throat from his penis and vice versa?
- Should I abstain from any sexual encounter with my current partner? There would be no expectation of protected sex considering we are monogamous and saying no or we need a condom would certainly raise red flags.
- Am I at risk of anything else that I can't think of?
I am very worried about this encounter and would appreciate any insight and thoughts you can provide. Mainly, if you think I am at risk from this encounter and if I should abstain from any sexual encounter with my current partner given the circumstances.
Cannabis Addiction :: Normal For Paranoia To Last After Giving Up Pot?
Now I'm 3 years without a single relapse and I have no intention of smoking again, no desire or urge. Admittedly I feel much better compared with how I did when I smoked, no wheezing or coughing, my head is much clearer.
But still I feel paranoid. It's like it builds up, slowly, accumulated, and then suddenly I realize I'm just scared of everything around me, like everybody is focused on me, and everybody is talking about me. It's horrible.
If anyone has had similar experiences it would be great to hear about them.
