Pregnancy :: My Son's Head Is Sitting In Front Of My Cervix

At 38 weeks and 6 days I was checked yesterday for the first time. My doctor seemed so amazed at the fact that my son's head is all the way down but I wasn't too amazed at the horrible pain I had to endure for him to get to my cervix :( Basically my son's head is sitting in front of my cervix. I read stories on women having their cervix pulled to the front during labor and it sounds like it hurts worse than how I felt getting checked and childbirth put together.

When I sit I feel pressure on my head and when I stand or walk my legs are like trembling ..
Back few months I had dizziness problem which has been cured but after that I'm feeling that pressure on my had while sitting or standing .Ive consult my near doctor he said to Me wait for 6 days and stop eating oily food.
My age is 23 and weight is 85Kg height 5'11

I am hoping to get as much information about an issue I start experiencing this week. I woke up Monday and noticed my bottom front teeth are now hitting the back side of my top front teeth, when I close my mouth fully (teeth clenched or chewing). Prior to this I could clench my teeth without issue and this unusual touching did not occur. That said, this is freaking me out.
I have an appointment with a Dentist next week but want to educate myself as much as humanly possible. I have spent considerable time researching this but am getting tired of the same links appearing in my searches. While not getting all the answer I seek.
I have read here that this is the first sign of TMJ. I have gone through listing of the symptoms and I quite literally have next to none. I have no headaches, no migraines, no tight or painful jaw, no loss in range of motion, no jaw popping when eating or opening and closing mouth (I can make it pop if I move my jaw from side to side. I have been able to do this since I was a kid though). I also don't grind my teeth, though I have always had a habit of clenching a few times throughout the day.
I have had tinnitus for a couple years now due to loud music, so I guess this is the only listed symptom I have. But like I said, the tinnitus has been caused by hearing damage and been around for some time.
Has anyone here experienced what I am currently?
If so, what was the treatment?
How did you fix this?
Is this TMJ?
Are there any self administered treatments I could start trying?

I've tried every way recommended to kick start this labor. I'm 38 weeks & 3 days. I'm 4 centimeters dilated but can't go into labor, my cervix are still thick. How can I get them to thin out?

Ok well my doctor said I dilated 2 and then she said something about my cervix is thinned out 70% I'm a first time mom so whAt did she mean when she said that about my cervix

Does anyone have either of these or know of someone who does and was able to go into labor naturally, were able to deliver vaginally? Or did it just end in an induction and C-section? If you did deliver vaginally were you able to get pregnant again without big complications? I have this and my doctor wants to induce because I am due tomorrow and I still haven't even softened, but I have a large chance even without inducing that I will have to have a C-section no matter. Every female on my mom's side has it and all had to have C-sections, except my mom who had my brother naturally and should not of and had to be artificially inseminated(sp) with my sister and I because she was not able to get pregnant on her own after.

I just had my 38 week appointment and my doctor said that I'm 1 Centimeter dilated and my cervix is soft . Most people are upset when they are this far but only 1cm dilated but I'm really happy ! I'm a first time young mom and think that I've really progressed . Last week I wasn't dilated at all . Does this mean I could go into labor before my due date ?

Anyone dilating early? I'm 36 weeks and I felt like I would be starting to dilate but nope. Got checked today, the doctor said I'm still closed but cervix is thinning out.

I'm 22weeks and found out that I had a short cervix I was 2.6 cm now I'm 2.1 this is my first child and I'm scared because I don't want to miscarry or have a premie can I still deliver naturally and has anyone else had this happen to them I'm so scared

So I'm 37 +6 and yesterday and today I've been having this pinching feeling what feels like on the inside of my vagina and it gets worse when I walk but if I lay down it goes away for the most part. Like it got so bad a few times It stopped me dead in my tracks but idk what it is. I do have a short cervix btw

Long story short I am miserable and ended up in labor and delivery last night at 38 and 4 due to being light headed dizzy nauseous and seeing spots. They checked me and the nurse said my cervix was "extremely posterior" but didn't explain anything about what this could mean. Apparently I am only 1cm dilated and 70% effaced as well. Anyone else been told this or know what it means? Am I not going to be able to go into labor on my own?

I'm 37 and 1 day and for about 3 weeks iv had pressure in my cervix but not bad pressure, now it's starting to hurt and feels like her head is coming out! And also iv been having pressure in my bottom and my lower back is really sore like a dull pain... Could this be labour starting soon? Did this happen to anyone else?

I noticed a red bump on the front of my vagina. It's like at the top of the lips, but on the front of my vagina. It's a red bump. I'm not sure how long it's been there; maybe 2-3 weeks. It doesn't bother me at all, and it's only a little sore when I touch it. It doesn't itch and it isn't sore when I don't touch it. It literally doesn't bother me at all. What could this be? I'm really scared it could be something crazy like cancer or something, but at the same time, it could be something as simple as a pimple. I do have a bit of a problem with acne. I have a boyfriend who I am sexually active with. We are both clean, however, we don't use protection. This is the first time this bump has ever shown up. We have been sexually active for over a year. We have not changed any of our habits, so I don't necessarily think the bump is due to sex. Oh, and I'm 18 years old if that matters.

I think I have swollen sternocleidomastoid, or a swelling / bulge in front of the muscle. my sister noticed it yesterday, it's not painful, i think it feels a bit tight possibly, but not sure i I'm feeling something now just because i'm aware of it...
i don't know how long its been like that, like i said, i only just noticed it yesterday, but it it is obviously bigger / more bulged on the right side of my neck than the left. like i say, it doesn't hurt, it doesn't feel like there's anything in there under the skin...i'm confused and concerned.

4-5 days now i been having this annoying pain in my bottom 2 front teeth. I do not know what to do. I brushed, i've taken advil for the pain and it still is not going away. I been told by family its because i rub my tongue against them all the time. Could that be it? Is it something else more serious? Should i go to the dentist? I'm 46 and have been diagnosed with LS for approx 8 months. Can't seem to get it under control and despite using hydro mol, and both steroid creams I find I am now in a worse state than I have been for sometime. In tears every time I go to the loo from pain both front and back. Can't use the steroids as I now have raw skin and it stings. Been recently on antibiotics and wondering whether this has had a worse effect although reading about this does not seem to cause a problem. I have scarring and the piece of skin between both areas in now extremely sensitive. Been to see doc and dermatologist but never seems to co inside with a bad outbreak. Haven't had sex for months now which is also depressing as worried about husbands need a even though he is very supportive. Just can't seem to speak to anyone who understands. I've also got vitiligo apparently this can be linked or is seen to be linked to LS as an immuno problem but nothing else. Can anyone help with any suggestions for relief?
