Pregnancy :: Fetal Growth Restriction? - Induced Labor At 34 Weeks
Jan 9, 2015
I am 34 weeks, but getting induce this month on jan 26, where I will be exactly 37 weeks. I was told my baby is experiencing fetal growth restriction, but its not to the point where they want to deliver me any earlier. Has anyone else had this problem? What was your experience like?

I'm going into my 18th week, and have yet to feel the baby moving. This is my third child, but it's been 11 yes since I was pregnant last. Should I be worried? App keeps saying I should have been feeling movement around 16 or 17 weeks

I am 34 weeks and for the past month my baby gets the hiccups 3 to 8 times a day! I told my doctor about it and he just laughed and said baby is growing. It's quite annoying when it happens so often. Has any other mothers to be experienced this as well?

Do you have to walk or exercise for you to go into labor because I really just stay inside most of the time. The only moving I do is clean.

Anything I can do to help my fear of labor or ease it? I'm terrified my vagina won't go back to regular size as well. Maybe, I am just young and dumb at 24.

Any other ladies out there have a fetal doppler at home? How often do you use it? I spoke with my doc about it and he said it's ok for even everyday use. Just wanna get some second opinions.

Has anyone gone for a Fetal Echo for their baby? I went for my 20 week scan 2 weeks ago and they told me everything looks good but I need to go for a Fetal Echo to get a better look at the heart.. I've been thinking about it since and don't know if they are having me go because I'm high risk and want to take caution or if there is something wrong with the babies heart.

They are literally the best little. Tool ever I finally found baby's heart beat and not my actual heart beat and its amazing. Just by reassuring myself that baby is doing okay gives me a piece of mind. Since I had a miscarriage before I have been so paranoid but thank goodness for this little device.

So, to being, I'm 25. I've had seven miscarriages so far and I really don't want to lose this one. I've finally found a stable enough relationship with my fiancee who has been super supportive through all of this. Also, I have an advanced case of PCOS that causes massive hair growth on my face and other parts of my body, so I have an overproduction of testosterone.
About a week or so ago, I found out I was 3 weeks pregnant. I had my usual period but then the bleeding wasn't stopping so I called my doctor, they asked me to take a pregnancy test, it came out positive. They had me follow up with another one the following day and it too was positive. They had me come in and do blood draws.
The first draw returned HCG levels of 103. That was Wednesday of last week. On Friday last week, I went in for another blood draw and the HCG level was at 150. So it is increasing, but I am still bleeding. It's not the normal implantation blood which is darker in color, it's a brighter red like a period.
Sometimes it's heavier than others on some days and other days it's lighter. Even throughout the day it changes how heavy or light it is. I'm so confused and it's causing me undue stress which is not good for the baby.
I've only had one day where there was tissue passed and that scared the ever living daylights out of me. I really want this baby and I'm trying everything I can to keep it. I've been taking prenatal vitamins every morning, I quit drinking caffeinated drinks all together, I've been drinking more water, eating more fruit everything you're supposed to do to help the baby grow strong.
The doctors tell me not to worry but because of my past history, I can't help but. I'm going in for another blood draw today and I'm worried as all hell that it's going to come back even lower and that they will tell me I'm going to lose this baby.
Anyone else experience anything like this where the bleeding increases and decreases throughout the day?
