Pregnancy :: Fetal Echo To Get A Better Look At The Heart?
Aug 5, 2014
Has anyone gone for a Fetal Echo for their baby? I went for my 20 week scan 2 weeks ago and they told me everything looks good but I need to go for a Fetal Echo to get a better look at the heart.. I've been thinking about it since and don't know if they are having me go because I'm high risk and want to take caution or if there is something wrong with the babies heart.

Any other ladies out there have a fetal doppler at home? How often do you use it? I spoke with my doc about it and he said it's ok for even everyday use. Just wanna get some second opinions.

Are they worth it? Do they work? What's the best brand? I'm 13w and I'm really considering getting one if it's worth it.

I'm going into my 18th week, and have yet to feel the baby moving. This is my third child, but it's been 11 yes since I was pregnant last. Should I be worried? App keeps saying I should have been feeling movement around 16 or 17 weeks

They are literally the best little. Tool ever I finally found baby's heart beat and not my actual heart beat and its amazing. Just by reassuring myself that baby is doing okay gives me a piece of mind. Since I had a miscarriage before I have been so paranoid but thank goodness for this little device.

I am 34 weeks and for the past month my baby gets the hiccups 3 to 8 times a day! I told my doctor about it and he just laughed and said baby is growing. It's quite annoying when it happens so often. Has any other mothers to be experienced this as well?

I went to my first prenatal appt. Yesterday im suppose to be 8 weeks the ultrasound tech found the gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole my doctor said it could be i'm not that far along or I miscarried and my body hasn't recognized it yet. I'm so nervous i go back in two week for another ultrasound. Has anyone ever had this happen and have a good result?

I'm 8+4 today and I rented a fetal doppler to hear my baby's heart beat. I heard the heartbeat once using this, but more often than not, I don't hear it. However, there is a digital screen that will display the bpm and that will go up to around 160-170, which is what my baby's heart rate was when I heard it last night. My question is, is the doppler picking up on the bpm and displaying them even though I can't hear it?

I am pregnant in the sixth week (second month), I feel some movements inside.
Is that really come from the baby or not ?
And is there any relation between the early movements and the fetal gender ?

I am full term 40 weeks, my baby migrates to the side i sleep on. (Yes i am aware the left is recommended) but it bothers me that he just falls to one side or the other. Is it because he's sleeping and gravity takes effect or something is wrong? I have had 2 NST tests done this week and he is reactive on them as well as shows normal on ultrasound, but i can't help but feel something is wrong.
