View 1 RepliesI never had any procedures in my life. But a month ago my doctor told me that I need to have angiogram. I accepted it because he told me that this is very important to do. But I never asked him why I needed to do this at first place. Now, almost a week after angiogram, I am having a really weird pain. Some people who have experience with it told me that this is normal thing, but some of them told me that this is not that common.
I was wondering what you think. Is it normal to feel pain after angiography?
For about a week or so I've been having some slight numbness. It started as tingling in my lower face, but now much of my body has a slight numbness to it. It's not complete numbness, as I can still feel pressure/pain/temperature, but it seems to be getting worse. I've had a small amount of back pain recently as well, but no real injuries/trauma that I can remember. Can a simply back issue be causing this diffuse numbness? Is there any chance this is all permanent? Or could a chiropractor/PT set things straight?
View 4 RepliesPulse rate high but blood pressure normal?
View 1 Replies26 yr old female. Blood pressure is 120/80 exactly with a heart rate of 73. But I suffer daily with chest pains all over the place and back and neck pain. Everyday...panic related? Over exaggerated? Are my readings normal? Should I worry about the pains in my chest with this kind of reading? Also...as you can tell my mind races. Feeling so exhausted and very alone.
View 3 RepliesI'm 37, my hight 1.80 and I weight 79 kg. My average blood pressure is 138/90. My GP prescribed me Ramipril 1.25mg.
I reduced my salt intake, stopped drinking caffeine, stopped drinking alcohol and started going to the gym regularly. I completely changed my life style.
What I would like to know is: If my blood pressure comes back to normal after the treatment, can I stop taking blood pressure medicine or I have to take it for the rest of my life?
