View 1 RepliesI keep track of my period using a tracker, and it hasn't failed me yet- I'm always right on time, but last month that changed. My husband has been overseas for a year and just got back last month, the day my period was due, but it ended up being 5 days late. I put that into my tracker and it updated my "schedule" for this month.. But again, I'm almost 4 days late. We only use the pull out method, so I'm worried I might be pregnant. I've been experiencing lower back pain, and mild cramping like I have when my period is coming.. Also, there's a white discharge but I haven't noticed any spotting or anything like that. I'm wondering if it's the stress of having my husband home again after so long, or could my hormones possibly be messing up due to having sex regularly after not having it for a year? I've taken 4 home pregnancy tests and they've all been negative. They were all "early detection" tests and I took 2 before my period was due, one the day it was due, and one after I was 2 days late. Clear negatives. I really don't want to be pregnant right now and was planning on getting on birth control after this period.

And we have a problem due to sex. because the last time we had unprotected sex she was delay for 3 weeks but she got her period after that.. but this time she's delay for almost 2 months. I don't know what's going on and I'm afraid if she's pregnant.
We had unprotected sex again on the 2nd week of june.. and we were expecting by the 2nd week of july she will have her period but sadly it didn't come. after that we had unprotected sex twice in one exact day it was the 3rd week of july.. it's almost august and her period is still not coming.
she said her breast and lower abdomen is aching sometimes, we were expecting that it could be the sign of her period coming.. and still we are hoping for that.
is she delay because of active sex we're having?

I'm a 33 years with a 8 yr old child. had regular 28 days cycle of periods of 3 days till the age of 31. But for the last 2 years the cycle has changed to a regular 60 day cycle with slight increase in flow. I weight 80 kgs currently and height 5ft7". gradually put on 15kgs of weight in last 5 yrs. diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency and having DRise weekly.Calcium and thyroid levels normal.Joint pain due to weight and lack of exercise.This time got periods after 62 days. but instead of 3 days have been bleeding for 15 days. Not the regular flow but just a drop or 2 everyday.The texture of the period is like the normal period.

View 4 RepliesI'm 25,my last period is on 24august2013,until today 3oct2013,i my period late 9 days,I feels stomach cramp , last few days i thought I will come period but I'm haven't come yet.Yesterday I went to see doctor pregnant test show negative, doctor ask me came back next weeks to check again,she said maybe hormone haven't build up.Today i worry about my stomach still cramp,then I see another doctor again,he ask me to test also shows negative,he give me hormone medicine and Gynaecosid to let my period come,should I taken the medicine or I should wait next weeks test again?
View 1 RepliesMy periods are usually regular - 28 days but there are a couple times in a year where I get my period on the 21st day/a few days before or after the 28th. I last got my period on November 2 and it lasted for a week. On November 11, my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and he ejaculated inside of me. I took the Nordette ECP (4 pills at first and then 4 pills 12 hours later) about 5 - 10 minutes after. On the 16th, I started my withdrawal bleeding. I usually get withdrawal bleeding, but this time it was a lot heavier. The first 2 - 3 days, I had to wear a pad and every time I coughed I felt blood coming out. It lasted like a period and eventually died down. It weirded me out a little because my withdrawal bleedings were usually quite light - light enough for me to wear only a pantyliner.
Last week, I got my usual PMS symptoms (slight sore breasts, a bit of cramping, and acne breakout). It has been 36 days and my breasts are back to normal, my cramping is very mild, but my acne breakout is CRAZY. Usually I only get maybe a pimple or two on my forehead but I have them on my forehead, cheeks, and chin! I've had no pregnancy symptoms whatsoever and no implantation bleeding as well. However, a few days ago my boyfriend and I had sex and my vaginal discharge was brown. I'm quite positive it can't be implantation bleeding because if it were, I should have bled a week before that.
Every time I've taken the ECP, my period is always on time. It's never been this late. I'm getting very anxious even if I have no pregnancy symptoms. My acne breakouts are usually my #1 indicator that I'm about to get on my period but it's been 8 days and still no luck! I've read around that some women really do miss a period and some can come as late as 70+ days. There's a high chance I'm not pregnant since I took the ECP in the window time and I wasn't ovulating that day, but any advice would do me well!

View 1 RepliesI suffer from PCOS and am trying for a baby. I have had no period for 3 months now (last period Dec 2013) and my GP conducted urine test which was negative. However I am suffering from a few symptoms of pregnancy. I am passing urine a lot more than usual, feeling hungry sooner, nausea etc though I have not had any morning sickness. I also suffering cramps in my stomach and my stomach does seem bigger, which my husband has also commented on.
I also have a little white/brown discharge whilst passing urine, although i have not had to use any pads.
Am i pregnant and what can I ask my GP to do?
