A couple of days ago I noticed a lump on the shaft of my penis just an inch or so from the bottom. I chose to ignore it until the next day as it had gone bigger and quite painful when touched or if I wore skinny jeans or slept in a certain position. The spot/lump had increased in size and remained red, but it seemed to have a bit of white/yellow growing in it.

Well Im a male and Im 16 and not sexually active. I have these a bunch of white spots at the base of my shaft and like two mid shaft. and they are all over my scrotum. When they are popped, a white pus type stuff comes out (like popping a whitehead on your face or nose or whatever) I don't pop them, but i did when i first noticed it when I was about 13 years old. I've looked around and the closest thing i can come to is that it's fordyce spots? I really don't want to go to a doctor as this is pretty embarrassing even though its their jobs and all but yeah. Btw when i was taking accutane for my acne they sorta went away? Idk i cant remember clearly but i think i saw less of them but i don't remember. I'm off accutane now but yeah.

I had unprotected sex with my Ex GF years ago. Well she happen to have a yeast infection.
Well as you know i got a male yeast infection. My symptoms were typical.I had itching, pain, redness, and hurt to pee. Well I was given one pill, a powder, a cream and sent on my way.
Well I had a rash at the tip of the penis. I still cannot get rid of the rash. I have tried TONS of different creams with no luck. Some actually cause more inflammation.
Well i have tried many home remedies with no luck as well.
My next plan is to go to a Dermatologist.
Just on a side note. At the time i was not circumcised. Then i went to a Urologist who suggested to get cut. So i did. But the rash did not go away.
From the research i have done I'm sure it is Balanitis.
Penis :: Hard Large Pea Sized Bump On The Shaft
For about 4-5 weeks prior there was an extremely small white bump that looked like a zit that would show up on my face in the same spot that didn't seem like much of an issue. Then suddenly about 4 days ago this huge lump was there instead of the small white thing. After doing some research it looked like it wasn't a big deal but it has stayed there for a few days now and has only gotten worse. It is very smooth and shiny with a dark spot on the top. Well as the topic mentions i have really small testicles, so small that when my penis is erect they most likely go in me.
My penis is extremely small when flaccid , prob 2-3 inches top if its a good day, but when erect it is about 6 or so ( apparently what they call a grower)
Now i have been suffering from this since i can remember, It has taking a huge amount of my life away, i feel as i would of been a more successful man if i didn't, i avoid at all cost going OUT yes it sucks that bad, i go out only when necessary.

The bulge in my pants... yes many of you might think this is stupid but this is the reason i tend to hide from public. I have considered shoving a sock or something down there but i think it would be worst or maybe it is just the fear of looking funny.
Please do not say people do not look or don't notice because believe it or not they DO, some are even loud and shameless to say "did you see that guy" some stare and some laugh, this goes without fail every single time i am out. Any solution is welcomed , i have tried using... pumps, stretchers, pills etc nothing does the job, you might be thinking im stupid for trying any of these things put i am desperate and willing to try it all. Money wouldn't be a problem, and surgery is very acceptable if it is an option, like i said there is just not enough info about anything.
