I am 19 and circumcised.
It all started with a red spot on my shaft right below the penis head, i still continued to masterbate and eneded up with dry skin and the skin around the spot getting darker, i visited a doctor and was given a topical cream to apply, and i did see some results. But ive been masterbating a lot recently and there is now some slight dry skin in my penis head, and in the area below the head (where the foreskin was) could this e from the friction of the masterbation, or could it b a different condition.

I had sex about a week ago and when I woke up the next morning I noticed a white bump on the shaft of my penis... The following day I began to notice the addition of another bump on the head of my penis and eventually a week later (today) I currently have 3 bumps on the head of my penis, in no related pattern, 1 on the posterior of my shaft, 2 on the anterior, and one on the right of the shaft. I can't tell if more are developing or not and it does itch occasionally, not often or triggered by anything. I also have a few bumps on the left side of my thigh close to my genital area. I have a strange problem. I have vertigo-like head spinning on or after ejaculation after I masturbate. Sometimes it will be just before ejaculation. This does not happen when I have sex. It also does not happen all the times, but most of the times it does. The spinning settles down in 2-5 minutes. I have a normal systolic BP, but diastolic remains above 85 with pulse rate in the 85s-90s. Taking Vertigo medicines beforehand does not prevent the spinning though. I meet this girl don't really know her and we have unprotected sex.
