Has anyone ever had this with a yeast infection?? Or at all? If so what caused it. Even I say cracks I mean it looks identical to a paper cut. I'm only 32 so menopause is not the cause. Testing for herpes has so far turned out negative but may be too early for accuracy....
View 1 RepliesBut I'm not. My vagina looks fine but I saw a new "paper cut". I couldn't find anything at first but I kept feeling like I could feel something and again with a mirror and flashlight and had to pull my skin to see it. I'm beyond stressed. I was feeling chipper and happy because I'm not itchy anymore and the discharge was going away from the bacterial medication but yet the saga continues. I decided to just go ahead and go to an STD clinic on Monday and have them run the IGG test because my doctor wants me to wait 4-6 more weeks but I'm not waiting. If it's negative I'll recheck again but I think I've had these symptoms 4 weeks now I'm hoping the IGG will show it even though the IGM came back negative. Never in my life have I had so many issues with my vagina. My birthday is in two weeks and I just wanted to make it to the end of the year without any more symptoms. I want my normal sex life back in gear. I hate this. I did find psoriasis could happen on the vagina and cause cracks but the odds of that happening on a healthy 32 year old female after a new sex partner is slim to none IMO. Any other reasons I'd have cracks in my vagina besides herpes?
View 1 RepliesI suffer a bit of OCD with this situation. But here goes...What are the chances of me becoming pregnant after wiping with toilet paper from a unisex toilet. It was in the home of a lady that does gym classes. I had to use the loo and wiped my vagina with toilet paper after peeing and then thought to myself oh no men live in this house, what if one had ejaculated and somehow it got on the toilet paper and I wiped with it. Is this possible? I know it seems irrational but to me it is a serious concern. Can you please offer advice? I'm also on Yaz birth control but I'm such a worrier, I sometimes think well what if Yaz failed for some reason? Do you ladies wipe your vagina with toilet paper in public bathrooms? I felt so stupid afterwards.
View 2 RepliesMy partner has a skin problem on his hand and fingers which is appearing to worsen. He has had it for several weeks. At first it starts as small bumps like blisters, these burst then turn into sores then his skin dries out, cracks and flakes. He has been back and forth to the doctors. The keep giving him antibiotics and creams none of which appear to be working. He is now on another 2 week course of tablets but the tiny blisters are now spreading further over his hands, starting to appear on elbows and feet also. I have tried to do some research and it appears very similar to Dyshidrotic Eczema in appearance. Can you recommend anything else we should be doing while he is waiting to have yet another appointment with his doctor. Any home remedies? I have read warm salt water can help but don't want to make it worse.

Started consuming more fiber, it got better for a few months...2 months ago, had a day where I hardly had any water during the day (was out and busy and it just slipped my mind except when I was super thirsty), then I had a little bright red blood again. Today, I was riding a bike, my butt started to hurt. Shortly thereafter, I pooped with a little blood on it. My mom has battled hemorrhoids since she was in college. Do you think I have hemorrhoids or should I be more worried?

I'm 18 years old i shaved a few days ago & yesterday the hair was growing back causing an itch. i must have been scratching to hard because now i have little paper cuts on both of my lips & between them where the skin is suppose to be pink. it started to bleed so i grabbed a towel with warm water and rubbed it but i did it too hard and my lips swelled but the right lip is worse than the left. i thought it would help if i soak in a hot bath it didn't now today i have this whitish discharge no smell coming out of me the cuts burn like hell what should i do.

The best way to describe what it look like: look like pieces of toilet paper or a chunky piece of dandruff. How weird is that? In order to produce the pulp from the wood to make the paper harsh chemicals are used, typically caustic soda and sodium sulfide. This "chemical pulp" is then bleached, the colour or scent may be added. Could these residual chemicals in toilet paper be contributing to the irritation experienced with VA? Would you put caustic soda (drain cleaner) or bleach on your vulva, even if you didn't have VA?
Since I had vulvodynia I have used toilet paper that is made without nasty chemicals and without bleach to wipe after I've had a wee.

I was concerned so I grabbed a mirror and had a look and i could see about 3 tears and redness. I just dealt with it for about 2 days when it got more painful with extreme itching and burning sensation when urinating, so i took another look and there was maybe 3 blisters i could see and it stung to touch them. today there is maybe like 5 or so and they are yellow on top and hard to the touch. i have clear/milky white odourless discharge. im convinced its either a yeast infection or herpes. oh and ill add that about 3 days before i had sex I washed myself with vagisil for the first time & it felt like i had a chemical burn down there., but if anyone has anything to help or that would be amazing please!
