Has anybody been on premique hrt i have been on them for a month and had a period every day my doctor said they take a couple of months to work and his going to increase my dose just worried about the periods every day.

I don't think my doctor(s) believe me when I tell them that I feel this way (almost) every day....I've not actually fallen down, but it feels as though I'm swaying even when I'm standing (or sitting) still....in fact, it's almost worse when I'm standing/sitting still....I was talking to someone in the hallway at work yesterday and thought I was going to fall over (although I don't think anyone can actually see me swaying)....I also feel a weird "internal" shaking in my legs sometimes...I've had a ridiculous number of medical tests, and they all came back normal....my doctors have suggested that it's anxiety, but I'm wondering if it might be perimenopause? My periods have been very erratic for the last eighteen months or so (which is about when all of this began happening)....coincidence? Looking for some advice from anyone who has these physical symptoms....how do you get through the days? I'm so frustrated...I just want my life back!
View 196 RepliesI bleed! Ever since I was told I was perimenopause my periods are erratic. Out of a 30 day month I bleed for maybe 25 of the days, some heavy, some really light but always a show. Does anyone else experience this or have done? Funny story I went for my smear test and they asked me the date of my last period and I said I'd like to know that too.

However, i starting bleeding bright red blood about 3 days ago, and this has been quite heavy as i am normally only very light.It isn't like period blood. This has happened before in this 2 year period and it was bright red then too. i've been on warfarin since last december due to a pulmonary embolism in my lung. Is it necessary to see a doctor, i don't want to feel like i'm making a fuss.

View 29 RepliesNot really sure where to begin...wasn't at all sure what was wrong with me until I started reading that my symptoms were connected to the menopause...Unfortunately I am experiencing the lot in some form or other...anxiety is extreme and panic attacks regular...moods are erratic..can't focus or think straight and there appears to be a sense of doom follows me around..I also suffer from severe heavy periods which take a lot out of me for 2 of the 4 wks of the month so am not in a very good place just now! I am generally NOT this type of person and am really struggling with all this but not sure where to begin
I was given HRT which I only lasted 3wks with as I began to take migraines again which I hadn't suffered from for a lot of yrs
I am really keen to try the alternative/natural route but I don't seem to be improving at all with what I am taking
If anyone hasn't lost the will to live reading this I am also being considered for hysterectomy which to me is a very viable option and would like to hear from anyone who has had the surgery and how it was for them.
Is this normal? Tired, cranky, irritable, can't think clearly, can't sleep, hot and cold, irregular periods, loss of appetite, anxiety, depression...I woke up one day and all the sudden I became some totally different person...is this normal? Just venting...want to feel normal again

View 5 Repliesi am in a lot of pain i'm on so many medications but nothing will make the pain go away. lately i've been so depressed all i want to do is take whatever i can that will make me sleep. i only sleep around 2 hours a day but if it's a new or different medication i can take it 2 or3 days before my system gets use to it i cant be alone with my grand babies because i'm so scared of the mood swings i don't want to hurt them or their little feelings i am miserable i'm nothing without my grand babies they are the only reason i haven't sliced my wrist all i think about is different ways i can end this miserable life i have had so many bad things happen to me when will i ever get a break the only time i can forget my life for a few hours is to escape into tv programs at least the ones that will hold my attention i'm on so many medications that i'm just empty inside everyday i think of a reason not to end this nothing life maybe god will give me a do over im two months i will be homeless i have nowhere where to go with no income i am in so much pain i can't even whole down a job i don't know what i'm going to do im so scared i am a beardom on my children my son just took on a second job to pay for my meds and take care of his family i feel so bad u.

Almost time for my ultrasound and as much as I am looking forward to it I can't help but be worried about my body as my symptoms get worse. Aside from losing a LOT of weight, the nausea, breathlessness, and gassy feeling I get everyday all day is really worrying me. Is it normal for gallbladder sufferers to be this sick each and everyday? The only reprieve I get is when I go to sleep but the minute I wake up the symptoms above plus a dull ache on my right abdomen hits me with the full force of a gale wind. Please help. Has this happened to anybody else?

All ways feel unwell nauseous pains in stomach and have lost 5 stone in weight and tired all the time. Have been tested for crohn's and u c and some other things but Dr's still not yet diagnosed. View 3 RepliesI'm on this pill and lately I've found I'm bleeding everyday. Not much but there is still bleeding. When I was put on this pill I was told there could be spotting but it's almost everyday. Also I've found that when I do stop bleeding and have sex the bleeding starts again. Is this normal on this pill? Or should I be really concerned about this?
