If I go more than a few days without ejaculating (either from masturbation or sex), I will begin to spontaneously experience rather severe groin pain. Initially it feels like a normal urge to urinate, so I will go to the bathroom and void. However immediately upon finishing and zipping up, it will feel like I have a very urgent need to urinate much worse than before. Trying to suppress the urge is extremely difficult and painful. Of course nothing will come out if I try again, but all discomfort will cease as long as I am relaxing the muscles as if I was trying to urinate. This pain will usually subside on its own within 30-60 minutes, but it is quite uncomfortable to the point that I have trouble concentrating or talking with people while it is occurring. If it happens at night I will not be able to sleep.
Since it's been happening with such frequency lately, I've begun to notice even the faintest hint of it creeping up (a slight pressure in my testicles/prostate area). If I masturbate right away it will generally resolve without any problem. If I wait for it to flare up to the point that it feels like I desperately need to urinate as described above it will still be extremely uncomfortable and painful but will generally resolve sooner than if I didn't masturbate.
I seem to remember this happening every once in a while when I was younger. However I do also recall being able to go weeks without masturbating. Now, however, it is guaranteed to happen if I don't ejaculate every few days (I am 34).
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this worthy of a trip to the urologist? I remember asking my general physician about it years ago but he dismissed it as related to dehydration, which I am certain is not an issue for me these days.

I am a 19 year old guy. I never masturbate frequently, or if I should recall, I could say I've masturbated only about 6 times or so, in my entire life. So, the past 4 times when I ejaculated, there was cramped like pain in my butt. It lasts for about 2-3 min and then fades away. So, I decided to check this out clearly and yes, today when I masturbated, the pain was confined to the butt region and the region below my testes. It lasted for about a minute but there was sufficient pain for me to feel discomforted. Also, every time I ejaculate the semen comes out hot, meaning, the fluid is hot. I had undergone an ultrasound scan a year and a half ago and it described my prostate gland to be in normal shape and condition. Can anyone help me out, what could the possible reasons be like, for such discomfort?

About half a year ago I was masturbating and when I came I tried to hold it in to make the orgasm last longer. I ended up getting bad stomach pains, my stomach started heaving a few times and I felt sick for a few minutes. Since then I was unable to ejaculate fully without feeling sick. This went on for a couple of months where I kind of stopped myself ejaculating properly. During this time I visited my girlfriend in a different state...and I felt very anxious when ejaculating. There was even one point where my stomach started to heave when the tip of my penis was touched.
However when I got back I decided to just cum for real and just see what happened...eventually my stomach got used to it and I was ok and could cum normally. All was fine until last night when I came and the same thing happened again with my stomach and I felt ill for a couple of minutes after and my stomach hurt. I masturbated again tonight and the same thing happened. It's hard to explain but it's just this weird feeling in my stomach where I feel sick and faint whilst I'm cumming. Afterwards I feel fine.
I think most of it is physiological because I am such a bad hypochondriac and I do get anxious at the most stupid times. I looked up on google for anything it might be and there's nothing. Nothing to do with the prostate or anything...which I guess is a relief. But it's still an odd thing to have. Does anyone else get this way? Were you ever diagnosed with something or was it just something you just ignored and got better?

Just a couple of weeks ago when I was masturbating and ejaculated something started to happen and it's been happening every time since. The upper portion of the head of my penis moves upwards more than usual and is a bit painful when it presses against my thumb. I was just wondering why this is happening all of a sudden because it's irritating that I can't enjoy a pleasurable masturbation without having some sort of pain. Now every time I ejaculate I have to move my hand off my penis so it doesn't press against my hand or else the movement of the head against my own hand hurts (when it throbs up and down). This has never occurred before to me. I am 20 years old. Any ideas on what it may be and what my next action should be?

I struggle with pain in my left testicle on a regular basis, lately it seems to be getting worse after ejaculation. Another problem is that it seems to draw way up inside to the point that I have to push it back into my scrotum. Does this just happen to me because the urologist don't seem to have an answer!

What happens is after I'm done masturbating and I've ejaculated, the glans kind of seems to swell a bit and in the next, say, 6-7 hours, whenever I get erect, I feel a slight pain throughout the entire shaft, but mostly in the glans. Sometimes, urinating closely after ejaculating helps to lessen the pain, but it doesn't go away altogether. Because of this, I can masturbate a maximum of 2 times a day. And no, I don't furiously beat my meat so it hurts. Also, my penis is pretty below average, around 13.5 cm (5.3 inch), so maybe that plays a role as well? I'm uncircumcised too, if that helps in diagnosing.

I've been having this pain in my lower belly after I ejaculate for quite some time now. It's never during sex or masturbation but ONLY after. It may take 2 minutes before I feel it or 20, but sooner or later it comes. It's sharp but resonating at the same time. If I were to put it on a scale of 1-10 of how painful it is it would be a 2 but annoying none the less. Its been something I've dealt with for awhile and i always thought it would go away but it hasn't. Its almost like its behind my pelvic bone and last from 30 seconds to a minute or two.

After i ejaculate sometimes i got penis and anus burns and stomach too and need to pee and poop at the same time i pee some but i try to poop its hard for me to poop, i've been ejaculating since 10 yrs now i think way back in 2003 i experience burning sensation after 4 years until now sometimes . i ejaculate every day i've been use to it to help me sleep.

I'm 29 years and I am really hoping to get some help or at least some idea of what is going on with me because I have been to a few doctors done a few tests and I still haven't found any solution.For a few years now, anytime I ejaculate I experience extreme pain in the shaft of my penis. It is very uncomfortable and very painful, especially when I have another another erection after i ejaculate. I've been having this problem for a long time and I neglect to see a doctor about it.
During masturbation at the point of ejaculation the bottom middle part of my left and right foot start becoming extremely painful. Even when I attempted to massage it, as I pressed on it, it hurt even more. Then a few seconds after the pain just stops. Can anyone tell my why this happens and how I can fix this?

Please tell me is my period flow normal. I used to get 5-6 day periods, heavy for 2 days, medium for 2 days, then light for 1-2 days until it tapered off and ended. It was this way even when I was on birth control.
For the past few months now, I have been getting 3-4 day periods, where the first day is really just some spotting indicating my period is going to be starting. The second day is my heavy day. The third day is medium light. The 4th day is light. I'm still on birth control. I am 30 years old now.
Also last month, my period color was dark brown and I also had some black colored clotting during my heavy day. I know some blood clots are normal during menstruation, I had them all my life. But this blood clot was black. Again this month on my heavy day, I had black colored clot. It was a dime size clot. Size was not large. Is black color clotting anything to worry about? I do not see red blood these past two periods like I am used to seeing. I am seeing mostly brown and/or black.
And how can I increase my menstrual flow. I am worried that my endometrium lining is thinning and can cause a problem when I do try for children.

So yesterday my boyfriend and I were messing around a bit. I still had my undergarments on, and he was grinding against me (his penis was out). He didn't climax, but my panties kept snagging and I think he might've accidentally penetrated me a bit. I've never had sex though, so I have no idea whether he did or not. I was put on 15mg of Lansoprazole by my GP as I've been getting interjestion and heartburn from my heart medication. Had a heart attack in August. After taking it for a few days it was making things worse not better so decided to stop taking it. First day ( yesterday ) I felt 'rough' in the afternoon and had to go to bed early. I have felt even worse today and have been having chest pains off and on all day. I have now had chest pain for about an hour and half. It is not the unbearable kind of pain I had when I had my heart attack and I have no pain else where but I have come close to using my GTN spray . I am also constipated and have wind.

I have had a "spasm" in my stomach for nine days. It it located about an inch to the left of my belly button and up a little higher. It feels like a mild labor contraction, though I'm a 48 year old female and not pregnant. It can also be described as a strong "butterfly" feeling. I have tried an anti-spasmodic medication, a muscle relaxer, and anti-inflammatories, though NOTHING relieves it. It spasms about every 10 seconds and lasts for about 1-2 seconds. My doctor couldn't feel a spasm. I've tried massage, heat, castor oil---nothing is helping. Any suggestions as to what it could be or how I can stop it from spasming?

Of what I am reading of everybody else's pain experience with this bunion surgery , I should not still have to be taking pain killers. Anybody else out there that has had this procedure surgery done, have had a hard time healing? Would love to hear of how many days it took them to be pain free after having this surgery. I keep my foot elevated at all times. I try to ice but it doesn't go through the cast that I have on the foot at this time. I see my doctor Sept. 2nd. I think he will be putting my foot in something different then.

I had 4 Wisdom teeth extracted on 12/3/2012. I initially went to get one tooth extracted due to the impacted tooth causing pain. The oral surgeon talked me into getting 4 extracted (I wasn't even aware that I had them as they caused no issues)
I am on day 11 currently and I am in SO. MUCH. PAIN. I have been experiencing pain since about day 5. I had a follow up on 12/10/2012. The oral surgeon looked in my mouth for all of 2 minutes, told me that everything looked fine, and that basically showed me the door. I asked him questions about all of the pain was having and he advised me that I probably clench my teeth when I sleep. I told him I don't really sleep because of the pain, and he didn't really say anything...The only extraction site that hurts is the one that the problem tooth was extracted from. The pain actually resembles the same pain I experienced before getting the tooth extracted.I have a very high pain threshold, but I can't knock this. I take two ibuprofen every 8 hours and It still leaves me basically paralyzed to the point I want to lay in my bed in Fetal Position. Could it be possible that surgeon slacked off on the check up and missed something? Warm water rinses leave me in discomfort. Using the syringe is critical, as food gets stuck in my sockets. When I use it, there is nothing that can stop the intense radiating pain that I feel for the next 30 minutes of my life. I have even tried not using so much pressure while irrigating with the syringe.What should I do?

I had diarrhea for the past 4 or 5 days and really not feeling well at all. Yesterday i got better and today i thought i should eat Activia and so i ate it and guess what i've got gas pain and it's like crampy to. I had my gb removed 10 days ago and am still suffering a lot of back pain and hot flashes. My gb was not functioning and my ef rate was minus 3.2% before the surgery and it took months for a diagnosis. I thought I would be getting back to normal by now.

I have had low and mid abdominal pain and bloating for a couple of days, which is getting worse. Since last night I have also had upper abdominal burning pain and nausea. I started taking Ramipril 3 days ago for high blood pressure and have read that gastrointestinal inflammation, abdominal discomfort and dyspepsia can be common side effects, so I am assuming this is the cause. I can't see a doctor for 3 days. Is there anything I can do to ease the pain/burning in the meantime please? I have taken paracetamol, a pro-biotic and gaviscon tablets to no effect.
