Male Impotence :: Penile Neuropathy Due To Complications Of Diabetes

I've been with my boyfriend for almost a year now and we've just started getting sexually active. He has confided in me that he has penile neuropathy due to complications of diabetes.
He's been to doctors and had tests done. The result is there is no problem with blood flow, it's nerve damage, the nerves don't transmit the signal to the penis to become fully erect. I've noticed the base does become semi erect but that's about it. Just curious if anyone has any experience with this and is there anything that will help such as over the counter medications like Cialis?

I occasionally suffer from Hemorrhoids, and have been told that they can cause impotence.
Nothing I have read about Hemorrhoids seems to correlate with this, but it would but my mind at great ease if a medical professional could dispel the notion for me.
Or is there any link?
I have no problems getting it up-it lives in that state-but am worried about potential future problems.

I'm a 27 year old female with absolutely no past sexual health issues. I had sex a few times with a new partner in June within a week long period. July 1 I decided to get STD tested to be safe (I usually get tested once a year). A week later the clinic called and said I had chlamydia. I was showing symptoms as well: some random itching that went very quickly and burning after sex at my g spot area. I took the antibiotics they gave me and got a yeast infection from them. I went to the gyno and she verified and prescribed me diflucan. She also said my PAP was normal (from July 1), but had some yeast present. Everything seemed normal after that other than I got a skin rash (like pimples) from the diflucan on my back, chest, and up my neck. That was verified by the gyno.
A week later I had sex again, but this time it was burning a lot at the g spot after sex and I was spotting. This was enough to freak me out and I went back to the gyno the next morning. She said that everything looked good but the chlamydia may be sticking around. She prescribed me another round of antibiotics. Once again I got a yeast infection. This time I took Monistat and it took longer to heal. I had some small cuts on my labia from the irritation that healed quickly afterwards.
In the meantime July 17 I had my yearly physical and blood work done at my physician. All my tests came back normal (including hep, herpes, and syphilis) except for a minor UTI in my urine. He prescribed me a full week of antibiotics. I waited two weeks to take them due to the yeast infection.
I had sex again 2 weeks after the 2nd dose of antibiotics for the chlamydia. I had a lot of burning afterwards--in my urethra, in my vagina? I couldn't figure it out. Mostly on my g spot again I would say. So I started the antibiotics for the UTI the doctor gave me (this week). By Wed I had a full blown yeast infection again. I used Monistat again and the yeast discharge cleared. Now I have a number of sores inside my labia minor that look like canker sores (red rimmed), as well as red irritation throughout the inside of my labia. They are very painful and it hurts to walk. My lymph nodes to the right groin are also slightly swollen and hurt to touch.
Obviously I'm freaking out because I can't go to the gyno on the weekend. Sorry that was so long, but I'm at my wits end and any advice or tips to ease the pain or ease my mind would be greatly appreciated. I know it's a chance that it could be herpes, but could be caused by the yeast infections or chlamydia.. Among other things. Any ideas?

There is a large lump on the right underside of my penile shaft, I haven't had sex and know its not a sexual disease. It appeared all of the sudden last night when I noticed it while I was in the shower. It looked like a swollen pimple almost so i proceeded to try to pop it (probably a bad idea) there is now an indention not unlike a hair follicle has been dug out. There was a decent amount of blood that came out of the surrounding area (most likely because I scratched it while trying to "pop" whatever is causing the lump. Its been a day since that and I checked on it again shortly before writing this. There is still a lot of welling in the area and I put some topical antibiotic on it (neosporin) just now to avoid it becoming infected. I would like to know if this is something I can just ride out with the proper care, or if I need to go to a doctor.

I got diagnosed w/ HSV1 about a week ago. I slept with a girl about a month back who i didn't know very well, and I'm sure she passed the virus to me.
In any case, I masturbated about two weeks ago and noticed a significant bump on my penile shaft the morning after. It was hard, red, and noticeable. However, it DID NOT blister, and actually got significantly smaller each day before disappearing completely within 72 hours.
I masturbated again two days ago, and again the bump appeared. Obviously, I'm nervous this is HSV1. I've scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist, but that's two weeks down the road. I know diagnosing something online is difficult. But can this be a herpe sore if it goes away so fast AND doesn't blister? It should also be known that the sore doesnt really hurt. It feels like a tiny pinch, but I can rub my finger on it without experiencing pain.

Recently had an ultrasound for unusual pelvic pain. I learned from the doctor I have a retroverted (backward, as they stated) uterus. I've tried to research this online but there's just so many different opinions on this topic. I know it only occurs in 20% of women. I've heard it can affect getting pregnant and labor complications. And, from experience, I know it's painful. Anyone out there been diagnosed with this?
If so, what symptoms/complications do you have associated with it? Are there things I can do to relieve the pain myself caused by it without pain medications?

I'm 48 and would like feedback on the TURP surgery...
I've had issues with my prostate over the past 2 years. Last October it was 3.9 cm x 4.9 cm. An now its measured at 5.9 cm x 5.7 cm during the past year I've noticed I was getting 5-8 times a night and during the having to rush to the restroom with no time spare, in the past 4 months I've had to force my urine out. Called doc he ordered urodynamics test, it showed that my bladder has no reaction when I'm full of urine. Doc said MY prostate is so large it's shutting off my urethra tube. So he said I need the TURP surgery. .
I'm so unsure about this because I've had penile implant surgery this past Jan. and if I have the TURP I'll lose my ejaculation...
I also would like to know how to do all with not being able to cum?

On 2/1/14, I broke my tibia (spiral, slightly displaced) and fibula falling off a motorcycle (not at high speed). OS said I didn't need surgery and on 2/3/14 I had a long-leg cast put on. I developed blood clots from the leg which shot to my lungs and OS removed cast early on 3/5. I am now in a walking boot, although I cannot bear weight just yet.
I'm worried about the bone not healing or fusing properly since I am no longer in a cast. Will there be longer healing times since I am no longer in a cast?
X-rays were taking on 3/3 and OS says the bones are back in place nicely but no fusion.

So I have been to a few different dr over the last two years. Been in full arm and short arm casts, got shots, mri/x rays.....and so on.....I got three opinions...one dr wants to fix the tfcc tear, possible shorten the ulna....one dr wants to fix the tear and shorten the radius....last dr just wants to fix the tear....goood night! I'm confused, sick of casting, and this issue needs to be fixed so i can get thru a day of work with no pain....now when I was 6 yrs old I fell outta a tree about 25 ft and broke both ulna/radius, so they think thats the issue with shortening it healed wrong.....
How long is the recovery? how long am i outta work? one dr said i cant drive for three weeks....one said ill be casted again for 6-8 weeks.

Has anyone found anything to help neuropathy after ALIF surgery? It has been 19 months and the pain is increasing. I cannot bear to wear anything except the loosest of clothing, I cannot walk without a cane or walker, I have new bowel and bladder function problems within the last 3 months. Is there anything that would even work temporarily to allow an airport ride? I buy even groceries online. I am in pain management with a respected doctor. I have have PT, water PT, massage, acupuncture, and narcotic medication. The fusion on L4/L5 and L5/S1 is fine; my life is not worth living.

In May I was told I had a vitamin d deficiency. My level was 11. Right before i was told about my low d i had burning pain throughout both of my thighs. If anything touched my thighs it felt like bees were stinging me. I went to the neurologist because I was also getting numbness in my arms. He told me i had mp or another name for it is lcpn from wearing tight pants. I bought new pants and waiting six weeks. Saw him again and now he thinks it's because my d levels were so low. D is up to 50 s now so why am i still in pain. I had an emg done on my legs and it was normal. Emg on arms showed mild carpal tunnel. I was tested for hiv 5 months after any exposure results were negative. He tested me for a bunch of other stuff all was negative. Could all of this be vit d

Just going into an air conditioned room; a fan is blowing on my legs; even at home in the evenings my feet and calves get cold. Then comes that cold-to-the-bone feeling for hours. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, what do you do to prevent the misery from cold feet that are hard to warm up?

Was on 600mg Gabapentin 3 times a day for peripheral neuropathy to little effect. Was prescribed Amitriptyline, took 25mg for 3 days then 50mg for 5 days - replacing the 2 Gabapentin at night. Reduced Amitriptyline to 25mg after awful side effects. Took for 2 days with 300mg at night (in addition to the 600mg in morning and new GP said stop Amitriptyline and increase morning dose to 900 mg. Was OK for a while, but then feet and lower legs started severe pins and needles, difficult to walk. Disturbed sleep last night and feet and legs still bad. Is this withdrawal from Amitriptyline? How long will it last? GP rang and said gradually increase Gabapentin to 900 mg 3 times a day and if necessary go to 1200 mg 3 times a day.
