I'm a 35 yr old male and about a month or so ago I discovered a small white shot right in the middle of my right nipples. I went to my physician and she ordered a mammogram followed by an ultrasound. Both came normal. However, I have pain on the nipple on and off...there is no discharge or redness that I can see, but the white spot is still there and maintains the same size.
View 1 RepliesOk, what if you are definitely not pregnant, you are on Mirena so haven't gotten your period in years and have been waking up occasionally with a off white-yellowish ring around your right nipple and your stomach feels like there's a lot of pressure until you go pee. so weird right? It's happened a few times and only on my right breast, which coincidentally has a small lump (I have gotten an ultrasound and it doesn't look like it's a concern) help?

View 1 RepliesI had this weird feeling for a while in my left breast just felt odd. I was feeling it the other night wondering what it was and felt a large disk shape under my nipple. I freaked out got really worried and then looked online and realised it could be puberty. But the symptoms are much more like the cancer ones. It's only in one breast and doesn't really hurt, doesn't look really much different but sometimes goes in, in the middle. I felt it tonight and it's a different shape, it's like a large oval shape just larger than my nipple a few inches maybe. It's hard very hard and really worrying me and upsetting me. Please help. Can't sleep or be happy. I have definitely started puberty but don't think finished. I'm quite small and skinny too.

I chose to ignore it until the next day as it had gone bigger and quite painful when touched or if I wore skinny jeans or slept in a certain position. The spot/lump had increased in size and remained red, but it seemed to have a bit of white/yellow growing in it.

Over a few days it faded and went away and i thought nothing of it. But now i seem to have another one that appears to be in the same place. Should i be concerned? There is no pain or discomfort or any loss of vision as far as i can see.

View 2 RepliesIt started 2-3 months ago, i felt some pain so i scratched it a little. It started to pain badly, i was scared at first, so i stopped touching it. After 1 week, everything was fine.
But yesterday i scratched it again(was feeling irritated), so now it's really big and hurting a lot too. I am not able to sit properly. Whenever i touch it, it hurts me deep.
About a week and a few days ago,this white,sort of hole like white spot came on my top lip,like on the fleshy part in the mouth,and its been getting bigger and is painful. This has NEVER happened before and i'm really scared and I just want it to go away.

Do the mouth sores always hurt? I have at least one white spot (bump/lump) on the inside of my bottom lip, but it doesn't hurt. I have heard that the mouth sores are "ulcers", which sound painful. My dentist has seen this spot but never mentioned lupus, so maybe it is just "one of those benign things"?
I few days ago I noticed a white spot on the right side of my scrotum. The spot is no bigger than a dime and when I stretch my skin it doesn't show any abnormal grown and the spot is harder to notice. Another thing I noticed is when my scrotum is relax is harder to find but when it is the tense state is much easy to notice.

It sticks up like a bump compared to the others which I know are something normal. I am a virgin by the way and I just want to get it sorted, oh yeah I'm 15. It was a little itchy like a mosquito bite sensation before but feels sort of like normal flesh. It is white in colour and does not have any noticeable fluid accumulation underneath. The scrotum it self seems a little red on the lower part, it was slightly itchy the red area but I used some cortisone cream and no longer itches, I'm not sure but the scrotum may be slightly inflamed.
