Hypothyroidism :: Struggling To Lose Weight

Can anyone help, I've been diagnosed with a underactive thyroid about a year ago, I have manage to get my levels normal and yet I'm still struggling to lose weight, I exercise at least 3 times a week with hour sessions at the gym and I have stopped eating any carbs during the day, and replaced it with fruit, I'm not a massive eater and always cook from scratch, I tend to take my thyroxine in the mornings before breakfast, since being diagnosed I felt awful in myself and have been put on fluoxetine for my mood, can anyone help with the weight gain issue?

I have been taking paxil for a few years, I love it!! but the weight gain has been making me very upset!

i've been taking Sertraline for two and a half years now. I've ballooned up to a size 20 around 17 stone. I was on 200mg which apparently is the highest dose you can take according to my doctor.
Over the last few months i have managed to reduce myself slowly to 50 mg which hasn't been easy.and have now noticed that I am loosing a bit of weight. I wondered if anyone could tell me if they have experienced this to? I know the sertraline helped me to put the weight on in the first place and it defiantly doesn't help trying to lose weight while on them. I have found trying to lose weight on it very difficult. I have never certainly never struggled in the past when I wasn't on Sertraline.
Once you reduce the mg does the weight come off that easy? What ingredient causes the weight gain?

Please could anyone tell me if I reduce my dose gradually from 30 to 15, will I lose some of this excess weight. I have gained 2.5 stone in a year which I am struggling with. Tried to reduce before but now realise I tapered too quickly. I intend to do the 10% plan.

I've always had bad self esteem and body image issues. But recently since I had my doctor I've started taking laxatives to lose weight. I'll take a whole box or drink a whole bottle of milk magnesia. I've cut back to only one small meal every few days and right now I haven't really eaten in four days.
I have to weigh myself constantly because if I don't know how much I weight I freak out. If I eat anything my first thought is to get it out of me. Food in general has been making feel sick lately. It's becoming gross. Even the sight of it or somebody eating is gross.
I need to eat but the number on the scale just keeps going down and I'll tell myself this is my last laxative. I'll eat tomorrow. But the number will be low and I'll think that if I do it for one more day then it'll get lower.
I'm wondering if I could be developing an ED. I'm not super thin. Infact, ever since having my daughter I'm a little over weight. Would I even be aware of it if I had one?

I've been diagnosed with hypothyroidism for almost two years and the only change I've seen in my weight is it keeps going up. I've just lost all faith in myself after trying for so long and hard to lose the weight. I hate how I look and I constantly think about it. I'm so so down all the time and I just can't see a way back. I was heavy years ago and lost a lot of weight (over 3 stone) and I felt and looked fantastic. I enjoyed it for a few years before the hypothyroidism. I know people say looks are shallow and unimportant but its important to me.
I just feel so let down by my own body and so bitter towards people who don't have thyroid issues. I don't know how to make myself feel better.

I have a 4 year old that is struggling with legs pain. It's intense enough that sometimes she won't walk & just cries. I've been giving her Motrin. It seems to be in the morning & evenings mostly & from the knee down. Always the left leg. Could growing pains be this intense? She's been sick a lot the past month & her grandpa (dads side) has rheumatoid arthritis.

I know discharge is typical during pregnancy, but I'm really struggling with the odor. I change my liner several times a day, use feminine wipes, and drink a ton of water. Nothing is helping!
