HIV :: Dry Sperm With Fresh Sperms Combined On A Wound?

I was trying to wash my cloth by hand with some amount (large) of fresh sperm on, then I notice that there is a yellow clot (very likely to be someone else's dry sperm)... and I got a wound on finger 10 hours ago (so the wound is probably under the process of vasoconstriction)...
So if:
(1) The clot (dry sperm) contains HIV and
(2) The HIV got activated by the new fresh sperm and
(3) got to the surface of my finger where there is a wound (in recovering, there might be Lymph on the wound)
Will I get HIV?
(1) I was 'flushing' the cloth with warm water (approx. 45-50 degree) (I am using my hand washing it)...
(2) After washing I can feel my hand is sticky, so some of the sperm got on my hand and very likely
If this is regarded as an exposure ... Shall I take PEP as soon as possible?

Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for five years. Recently we have our check up and my ob gyne said i don't have any problem. but my husband on his result states that he has a pin head sperm, non motile and have only 1000 ml sperm. the doctor said he has no chance of having someone pregnant. we haven't tried the ultrasound and other test that they want us to do but we are already depressed on what they have said. I thought I was truly going round the bend after 2 and half days on Metronidazole. I slept for 10 hours last night, have had mega hot-flushes combined with freezing cold spells during the past 2 nights and feel like a total zombie. I am not going to take anymore of them as I'm also on penicillin 4 times a day for a tooth infection. So - been to the GP today as had fresh blood from backside now for about 3 days with no pain.
She had a good feel around (much to my dismay!) she said no fissures but that I could 'possibly' have an internal hemorrhoid as she felt something 'squishy' but to be honest... She didn't sound very confident!
She's given me some hydrocortisone suppositories (lovely) and said she hopes the problem will disappear as quickly as it came about.
Other than the fresh blood I have no problems whatsoever and no other symptoms.

I have an open wound and I have been to the doctors to get it packed and dressed by the nurse. They are closed on the weekend so she told me to change the dressing myself when it needed changed but to make sure the packing stays in. I changed it this morning and the packing slid out! And some of it is still stuck in the wound at the bottom. I'm worried that the wound will close over with the remains of the packing still in it and that the wound will be closing over instead from the inside first. Any advice would be Helpful as I my next appointment with the nurse isn't until Tuesday morning!

I am posting this because I suspect that I have piles. It all started with minor constipation and with in 2 days it got severe (when I say constipation I mean hardness to pass stool). However, I still go to the loo daily. Anyway, long story short, I have been having severe bleeding, pain and constipation for over a month now. Without having a break. Dressing stayed dry all week , removed it this morning at 4 weeks post op so could have a shower then realised an arc of fluid was coming out of a central point in the wound - rest of the wound is fine and dry. I have this bacteria called IMPETIGO. To be honest it's the worst thing I had in my life. I'm 18 years old and having this kind of bacteria is simply awful. I scraped both of my knees yesterday afternoon. When I got home I washed them with soap and water then let them breathe out a bit. When I went to sleep I put on 2 non-adherent sterile pads and when I woke up, one of them was healing perfectly but the other had a yellow puss come out of it.
