I did unprotected vqginal, oral sex....I did various test
HIV 1&2 including p24 antigen at 23 day 45 th day rapid test at 92 day and tri dot at 97th day. Did hiv RNA real time pcr test at 48th day....
So I want to know that results regarding hiv is conclusive or not or I need more testing??
Becoz I experienced throat infection,fever, armpit pain, some red bumps on wrest with itching, swollen nodes adjacent to shoulder and l some weakness....

32yo married male here, I foolishly got drunk over the weekend and gave and relieved unprotected oral sex off a female prostitute.
She was not at all high class and I'm extremely worried about my health. I have made an appointment for 12 days after this happened with a doctor for an std check.
I have 2 questions
1. Is this a long enough time frame to get an accurate test done.
2. If negative would it be safe to resume my married sex life?

So I had an exposure a little over a year ago. I started off protected anal but the condom for some reason was taken off and the last couple minutes were unprotected. I ejaculated inside. During my trip to Asia last Aug/Sept this year, I have the following exposures:
1) Aug 27 in China, I have sex with CSW. Protected Oral & Vaginal. My risk for this encounter was: I touched her vaginal fluid, then use that hand to open the condom. Unfortunately, when I was trying to put the condom on, it was the wrong end, so I have to turn inside out. The vaginal fluid probably contacts the head of my penis. Also, when I was done with ejaculation, I withdrew and found the condom was still hanging outside of her vagina. The condom's ring still outside of her vagina tho, I didn't have to fish to get it out. When I pull it out and checked, all my *** was inside the condom.
2) sept 4 in Thailand, protected oral and vaginal sex (No risk from what I read from the forum)
3) sept 5 in Thailand, she performed unprotected oral on me, but protected vaginal sex
4) sept 6 in Thailand, unprotected oral, I licked her vagina, but protected vaginal
5) sept 8 in Vietnam, she performed unprotected oral on me, but protected vaginal sex
My test and symptoms after back US on sept 11
* out of panic, Sept 14, went to my GP and ask for full panel STD test include CBC HIV (I believe ELISA 3rd from Kaiser). All came back normal and Negative. I know this is useless for early HIV test
* Starting week 5 - Oct 7, I started to have big stomach upset. Abdominal pain, lot of gases for 3 straight days. I went to hospital, they performed blood test and found nothing abnormal and no H. Pylori bacterial found either. So, my GP told I probably have Gastritis & IBS. So, out of panic again, I ask for another ELISA antibody test from Kaiser. It came out Negative. But, the stomach problem still lingering until now.
* starting week 6 - I have postnasal drip and cough until now. The cough is probably cause by the drip.
* Week 7 - I noticed white patches on my tongue. I went to GP, he swabbed my tongue and tested. It confirmed that I was light candida albicans growth. But, I looked at oral thrush from the internet, mine is just a light white film coating, no hurt or pain when I swallow. I can easily brush it off at night when I brush my teeth. Again, I asked my GP for another test, actually 2 test, one is standard ELISA antibody and the other rapid antibody on the same day. All came back NEGATIVE.
So far I do not have fever, rash, swollen lymph node or night sweat.
* from that on, I have tested with Oraquick swab for the week of 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12 (85 days). All NEGATIVE.
My Questions:
1) please help assess my risk. Which one I have the most risk?
2) With my ELISA 3rd Gen blood test at week 5 and 7 and all my oraquick swab tests including 12 weeks (85 days), can it be considered conclusive?
3) Is oraquick swab at home reliable at 12 weeks? should I continue further testing with blood test?

I had a risky sexual encounter some 7 years 7 months back...when I was in process of having sex..I momentarily went into slumber for 30 secs maybe and she alerted me...when I withdraw..it was covering 1/4 th of my penis.....she removed the condom and re-adjusted them back again after which in maybe max 10 stroke I ejaculated..when I removed my penis it seems to be covering half of my penis...on closer inspection one condom might have been broken..but other was intact..post these incident

Anyone ever had heart pains or aches with their anxiety? Feels so real mine do and doctors say its anxiety related but I'm so sure they are real. Had bloods and 3 ecgs done all were fine though they were done 3 months ago. It's ruining my life and constantly scared I'm going to die, its started to affect my relationship with my kids 3 yr old boy and 10 month old girl. I'm 28 years old not overweight eat healthy and do only little bit of exercise walking mainly, don't have any family or friends around as moved in January away for partners work.

I had 2 Cortisol stim tests done one in the afternoon and one in the early morning .
Afternoon test read 2.8 out of 5-15
Morning test read 3.8 out of 5-25 Both low
Do i now have a Acth test done to see if its the adrenals glands or Pituitary or Hypothalamus Producing such low cortisol ?

i had my period last june 9 2014, then on june 27 and 28 i had a light spotting.den, i felt something's wrong with me..there's a feeling or slight symptoms of a pregnant woman..a boobs are tender to touch and painful..my body feel hot like i was having a light fever..than july 1 i take a pregnancy test and shows positive but faint line.. then, july 2 to 8 i got again spotting.. and goes away.. july 14 i took another pregnancy test shows again positive faint line.. i went to my ob july 18 just to know her what's happening on me. i had that light spotting again..and in transvaginal ultrasound shows that there was a thickening of the lining tells me that i am positive. 5 to 6 weeks, but i have a cyst considered benign.nothing to worry about she said. she gave me medicine duphaston good for 10 days, and i'm going to come back for a follow up appt. on july 28. again the spotting continues sometimes light bleeding, sometimes full on my liners. another medicine duphaston gud for 5 days she gave me because on the ultrasound she saw only thickening of the linings and the baby wasn't developing. then, this day august 1 i came back for the final appt, i took a blood test and shows negative. transvaginal ultrasound shows again the lining on my ovary.

I am male 30 years old Indian. Had a protected vaginal sex with one girl with unknown HIV status during 11th of August 2013 for 3 times after that I had a foreplay without protection keeping pennis on her vagina without Inserting / penetration into the vagina for 5 minutes but during that event my foreskin pulled back. I am totally convinced on my protected vaginal sex and bit worried on my unprotected foreplay and believing that some of the vaginal precum fluids may entered through my urethra. My anxiety starts since I got mild fever (38 degree) on September 9th 2013 exactly 28th day evening which exists for one night after putting antibiotic injection after two days I faced fatigue exists for 2 days and after 2 days I had mild sore throat with dry mouth exists for one day and after 3 days I faced diarrhea 2 times a day and exists for 3 days.. all these days I got small red spots rashes 10 - 20 no's which on my shoulders and mild night sweats which only on my neck and hand elbows 1 hour after I slept. But I never faced fever on these days expect the day -1. Never faced swollen glands and swollen lymph nodes up to now.
I am totally worried and got anxious and had a Standard HIV antibody rapid test for HIV -1 & 2 on my 53 th day ( i.e.: Oct 4th 2013 - 7.5 weeks from my possible exposure date) and it came as non-reactive,
I took western blot test on my 58th day again it came as negative..
But from Oct 5th I am getting small rashes on my hand and in shoulders and in legs and some of them in legs are itching...
1) Kindly advise me will my 7.5 weeks standard antibody negative & negative western blot test at first day of my 9th week (ie : 9/10/2013) will likely to change positive on my 12th week standard antibody (HIV 1 & 2) testing.

I am taking one 5mg Prednisolone every morning. The shoulder pain is now bearable and goes after about an hour. I have no problem with swimming - no pain at all and the sauna is bliss! My beany bag is indispensable and very comforting if the shoulders ache during the evening.
What is the real cause of this ailment? Stress? My GP has put me on to Mindfulness and I am going to to go in for meditation as I am sure it will help.
What about diet? I have stopped drinking tea and coffee and do not touch alcohol. A friend has recommended red vegetables ...

There is a red bump that came up on my butt cheek it looked like a mosquito bite but got a few more around it thought it might of been ringworm bc it looked like a circle I scrubbed the area with bleach, I know that wasn't smart but it went away and let a slight dark spot on the area well the bump comes back from time to time in the same spot what is it? I ended my period about 12 days ago. Two days after that I had sex. (Not my first time) Afterwards I was a little sore down there. Lasted for a few hours. Then about 3 days later I noticed some light spotting. No pain. No other symptoms just a dark brown color / dark red. This lasted for about 7 days and now the spotting seems like it's getting heavier. Like it's real blood coming out and it doesn't look like spotting to me. What could this be? Could I be pregnant?
