HIV Prevention :: Penis Touched Outside Of Condom On Removing

I recently had protected oral and vaginal intercourse with a woman of unknown status. I did not ejaculate during the oral and vaginal intercourse.
After the protected vaginal intercourse, I wanted to remove the condom. While I was removing it, I saw that the outside of the condom (which has been inside of her vagina) touched my penis head. Some seconds later, I went to the bathroom and washed off my penis with water and soap.
Is it likely that if her vaginal fluid was infected and touched my penis head, that I will be infected?
Also, the above counts also in case the fluid found its way to my urethra during the washing of my penis.
Note that there was no cut on my penis or scrotum.

Drunk - was propositioned outside bar downtown on way home. Lady offered me oral sex for $. I stupidly agreed. We had condom on - it was her condom, she put it on me.

For context - have been married for about a dozen yrs, and have never been unfaithful - never kissed, oral, vaginal, anal with any other person. I was very intoxicated resulting in my atypical behavior.This is my first risk experience.
Please let me know your thoughts. Should I get tested for HIV, STI?

It was only about 10 seconds before the precum entered my body. I need to know if an act like this was potential risk of HIV. If someone could give me their input that would be great. Also, I will be getting tested I just would like to know if this was a risk or how much of a risk this was because different doctor sites are saying it could be a risk.

I just had my first one night stand yesterday morning, around 1am. I have been concerned about possible HIV transmission. Fooling around with another guy about a month ago, he sat on top of me and put my penis head into his anus with possible expectation that I will engage in anal sex. After an MRI Scan was told that i have multiple fibroids, intramural, submucosal and subserosal and many follicles cysts. I am now scheduled for a myomectomy in 2 weeks. I am 36 and planning to get pregnant afterwards. I had heavy bleedings many years and fertility issues. I am feeling nervous that i am informed that they will only remove the submucous one and it is not that big 1.5 cm indented to the uterus cavity. I wonder if that has been the issue. am worried why should I do it when they are going to remove only one fibroid. My biggest fibroid is 4.2cm large(subserosal)
does anyone know the possibility of removing fibroids and cysts through myomectomy ?
