Yesterday, I had an encounter with a guy I don't know very well. He told me he was HIV- and he didn't have any STD. We kissed a lot and engaged in protected anal sex. He ejaculated and removed the condom. It was intact and seemed perfect. 30 minutes later, we began to frottage. He rubbed his penis around my anus and then pushed in against my anal sphincter like he was trying to put it in without condom. I felt the pressure and told him to stop immediately so he did. I'm not sure but 1/3 of his penis glans might get in between my sphincter but definitely not get through it. It was like 2 or 3 seconds. He might have some Pre-ejaculation too. Am I at risk? Should I go for PEP?

About 3 Months ago i experienced some discomfort after going to the toilet (#2's), and noticed i had a small lump just outside my anus. It seemed like it went away, but everytime i go #2's it comes back out. Recently it's gotten a fair bit larger, and i believe there's a second one there too. Today, it seems like the larger one doesn't go back in, so it's constantly outside my anus and constantly hurts because it's chaffing between my bottom.. I haven't noticed any bleeding, and it is usually pain free because it goes back into my anus.
The lumps aren't overly hard, i can put a bit of pressure on them by squeezing, but i haven't tried to pop them or anything like that, afraid what may happen.

Hello. Today While showering, I noticed I have a strange bean sized lump around my anal sphincter. The lump moves under my skin when I touch it, and seems to not be stationary. The lump appears to be white in color, although I admittedly have had trouble getting a good look at it.

I have a bump on my anal sphincter. I have no stds, have never had anal sex, and I have never had a hemorrhoid. I hope I do not have one so I would like more information. It just appeared about a week ago. I did shave down there the night before and had sex that night but its a normal routine so I don't understand why I have it. Could it be a cut from my razor that could have gotten infected because of friction? But its not white. Same color as my skin. Could it be a pimple? I don't see a head anywhere on it. Is it a hemorrhoid? I haven't done anything different that would cause that.

Two weeks ago I underwent an anal sphincter repair as well as a rectovaginal fistula repair. I had a fourth degree tear at the birth of my second baby 9 months ago and as a result of this needed this surgery. However a small hole appeared to one side of my back passage and I got this looked at by the registrar in the Hosp and was told it would probably heal on its own and not to come back unless more complications. I was put on antibiotics. Two days later the hole is bigger and there is both fecal matter and thread from surgery coming out of this hole. I am now presuming I have an anal fistula. Has anybody experienced this after an anal sphincter repair?

I had sex this morning with someone I met out. I asked for his STD status and he said he was absolutely clean. I am a 23 year old male and for the last month and a half my gluteal muscles have been hurting. It was about 3 weeks ago, I noticed that my coccyx has was curved more anteriorly than usual. The day after I noticed that my sphincter started hurting as well as experiencing pain in the inside the tip of my penis and i can also feel pain further inside, close to my prostate. Is it possible that my coccyx is pushing my prostate and caused the pain? I've been stressed for the last 6ish months, but other than that I am pretty healthy. Any ideas what is happening?

I had two sexual partner last week end, with one i had safe anal sex and received unsafe oral sex with both, later in the same day i noticed erosion/cut on my penis, since then I am so anxious that i may be infected with HIV .I don't know if this erosion was before sex or after :(...As I know I should wait 3 months to get tested but i can not live normal life with this situation.

I have been concerned about possible HIV transmission. Fooling around with another guy about a month ago, he sat on top of me and put my penis head into his anus with possible expectation that I will engage in anal sex. We were motionless for about half a minute or so before I removed my penis from his anus. I had a mild fever (100F) and cough with phlegm two weeks ago which lasted 2 days. Is there a chance I have contracted HIV with the guy being HIV positive?

I recently had protected oral and vaginal intercourse with a woman of unknown status. I did not ejaculate during the oral and vaginal intercourse.
After the protected vaginal intercourse, I wanted to remove the condom. While I was removing it, I saw that the outside of the condom (which has been inside of her vagina) touched my penis head. Some seconds later, I went to the bathroom and washed off my penis with water and soap.
Is it likely that if her vaginal fluid was infected and touched my penis head, that I will be infected?
Also, the above counts also in case the fluid found its way to my urethra during the washing of my penis.
Note that there was no cut on my penis or scrotum.

I had surgery for HPV/anal warts in March 2012, and have since been unable to engage in anal sex. I've seen my doctor several times (another appointment next week) and he says that it's fine for me to have sex, and that I should do some dilation on my own at home. Well, I've been trying to do the dilation, but I can't even get a small anal plug to fully go in. It's as if there's a restriction up there--which can be felt, it's similar to a ring, and it feels like a scar tissue of some sort...
Anyway, I'm just looking to find some people who have had similar experiences, and am looking to hear from people who have had this problem and maybe have had some better results in terms of having sex again. It's really bumming me out. I'm 23 and I feel like this problem is going to linger with me forever.

I'm kinda freaking out and would like some advice before I head to the doctor in a couple days. Felt a sore on my anus when wiping and looked and saw what looked like a small cut when checking and thought it was from aggressive wiping or from when I was doing squats at gym. Couple days later cut is still there maybe bigger, but that may be from irritating it every time I have to wipe. Do also have what appears to be a hemorrhoid, and itches occasionally though that might just be because I can't stop think about it. I am sexually active but have always been safe and never shown symptoms anywhere else on body before.

I had my gallbladder removed laparascopically 2.5 years ago. Have had some issues with diarrhea but nothing else. About 3 weeks ago I was diagnosed by my PCP based on my symptoms with gastritis due to Nsaid overuse. Have been on a PPI and Carafate. Not improving at all, in fact getting worse. My ALT liver enzyme was slightly high but otherwise the rest of the blood work was normal.
Went back to see my PCP today and she brought up the subject, based on my symptoms, of possible Sphincter of Oddi malfunction. My symptoms are RUQ pain that comes and goes, yellow stool, stomach bloating and nagging upper back pain between shoulder blades. I have an ultrasound on Friday. After reading about SOD (shudder) I think this might be just the beginning of the saga if I do indeed have it.
Do any of you dear readers have any experience or knowledge in this area?
It is a good thing I am retired because I have been basically sacked out on the couch. I think it would be impossible to work with the degree of discomfort I am having.
