My friend that has HIV has cut his hand but instead of using a band-aid he left his cut uncovered. He has used my computer (keyboard and mouse) for a while and has served drinks. The cut is not that big, it was a small cut at his finger, should I be worried?
What are the chances of getting HIV from drinking small drops of his blood?
Is it risky to type using the keyboard?
How long the virus survive in the outside environment?

a while ago my friend cut his hand and some of his blood got onto my hand and under my fingernail. I noticed dried blood under my fingernail the next morning.
1. would the virus be dead before it touched my hand ?
2. can the virus get through under the finger nail ?
3. does dry skin and paper cuts allow entry into the bloodstream?
4. is this a no risk situation?
5. no need to test? .
i just need clarification as I'm not 100% sure.

On 16th September 2014 I was cut by a paper cutting knife on my finger and the cut is not deep. There is little blood coming out. 10 minutes before that the same knife cut a person with unknown hiv status and his cut was deeper than me. Am i at the risk of hiv infection? Now i have sore throat, loss of appetite, itchy patch on the upper side of my left ear, cough and headache.

The surgeon said this was most unusual, why it was hard to remove without damaging liver and is probably why my liver enzymes are still raised and Bilirubin low ten days after surgery.
I have suffered 18 months of severe idiopathic peripheral neuropathy - could this be why and could recent GB removal help to get rid of this pain?
Trying not to get too optimistic but lots of bizarre, seemingly unrelated neurological symptoms have got much better already. However I do have an open wound in my navel where an abscess formed in the keyhole wound and am on several antibiotics now so could just be coincidence or distraction?
I didn't have cholecystitis ever and my gallbladder was perfectly healthy apart from one very large egg shaped stone. So it's really really the contact with liver I'm asking about here.

I'm quite young (23) and for a few years I've been experiencing hemorrhoids more and more frequently. I don't remember not having one in the last year : a new one always seems to replace another at a different place. For now the inconvenience is limited : there is no bleeding and I feel pain when I touch them, nevertheless my recent hemorrhoids are really between the interior and the exterior, which makes them shuttle a bit and create a smell sometimes, particularly noticeable after sweating.
SOLVING ATTEMPTS AND DISCUSSION
To keep it short, I've decided to greatly diminish my straining and my wiping for the last three months, which were both out of the norm in my opinion. Surprisingly, it was quite the opposite of an improvement, but I plan to keep those habits and to add more vegetables to my diet (which is fine on other regards). Besides, I'm a rarely constipated person and I believe my stool is a bit softer than average.
If I had to guess what are the causes of my problems, I'd say :
-the stress is causing me to contract (tighten)myself you know where all day long, or even the night.
-keeping the stool inside instead of pushing might not be a good idea and might cause more harm than good.
-inadequate (not in length or strength but in the manner) pushing. -too much leg-crossing or other bad positions.
-bowel movement at fix hour every day, instead of waiting for the opportunity (which I find to be quite hard).
Could anyone help me with this situation ? I'm afraid to endure a life of increasing pain. A doctor's advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

my niece just turned 5, and she seems to be the aggressor in the show and tell game and touching inappropriately for over 2 years now. she has had some sort of incidents with all her cousins (5 kids both boys and girls). however none of the cousins have ever had any issues with any other kids.her mom has had several talks with her, she has been in time out, and even gone to counseling and nothing seems to work. some family history is her grandpa on her dad's side (which she has never met ) is a sexual predator.

I was told many years ago I had a hemorrhoid. Lately it's been bleeding a lot more. It's an oval shape it's hard and has good size hole in it. Sometimes string like things come out of it when I wipe. It seems like it's on the inside of the butt cheek, not on the anal wall. It's near it though.

I get anxiety when people or things change.... even people I do not know. Today at work I heard that a child who is two years old is on her last days due to numerous problems. I felt anxiety shoot through my body even though I do not know this child. I know we all feel sad when we hear something like this but I cannot understand my body reaction to this. Another example is that there is a house behind me which is now sold and I feel anxiety that they are leaving even though I have never met them and I dont even know their names.
