Food / Beverages :: Beer Vs. Soda
Yes, you know I like my beer. Now, is there really any difference between having a beer or two or a soda or two? I actually cannot drink soda due to the massive carbonation. It hurts my GERD. Beer doesn't give me any problems, and I like the taste better anyway. Don't get me wrong, I still drink a lot of water and milk, just enjoy a beer on occasion.

I'm 45 year old mother and I'm really worried for my son. You see, he is only 20 years old but already suffers from hemorrhoids.
It is all from his all day sitting in front of his computer.
I don’t know what to do about all this.
We have even took him to see some doctors and one of them told us that this could be even worse if he continues like this.
Not only that he should change some of his nasty habits but he should change his complete eating habits.
That’s why I'm interested to hear more about this “right eating” to prevent hemorrhoids!
Food / Beverages :: Getting Sleepy After Eating Fruits?
I'm a 23 years old male living in Iran. Recently, I've been experiencing a very strange problem with fruits that has led to me stop eating them. The problem is after eating almost any kind of fruits, specially melon, I immediately feel sleepy. A few days ago I couldn't resist a fairly big piece of melon and after eating it I fell asleep for more than 8 hours (from 8 pm to 5 am). last night I decided to see if it happens again and after eating two tiny pieces, almost immediately it all came to me but this time it went away by eating some chocolates.It seems that, if I can survive not falling sleep, taking some sweets will make the sleepiness go away.Banana, Cucumber, Water melon, Pomegranate and a few others have also caused the same symptoms but nothing like the bloody melons.This also happens ,although rarely, after daily meals.

Most people must use dried herbs instead of fresh herbs sometimes, right? There have been no fresh herbs in my supermarket for quite a while now and I ended up being dried ones instead. I hate the way they make the food taste. It's still better than NO herbs of course, but the food has not been to my liking at all. What experience do you have with this?

I have increased vaginal discharge the past two weeks. The past couple days it has increased the discharge is a watery clear no smell discharge. Today i noticed a thick green discharge without any smell. I have not been sexual with anyone in a long time. I do have some cramping in my lower abdomen. I am from Canada living in San Diego and do not have a doctor. Is there any clinics that would not cost me an arm and leg to get checked out, or do you think this might pass in time?

I always got white discharge, but suddenly, i have green .. and when I went to take a test, that was when I know i'm pregnant. I kind of afraid about that green discharge because i read on google, it said "vaginal infection" is it true? i have an appointment with my doctor this friday, but kind of afraid if i do have an infection. Since four years i'm having a problem of high level of prolactin. my younger daughter is going to be 5 in oct. I've used the "parlodel 5mg"daily for 6 months or so. The discharge controlled but now one of my right breast is still having a drop of green discharge when i squeeze. since, a week or so i'm feeling slight pain under my breast. i want to ask that what this exactly is? I'm about 14 weeks preggo and for the past couple of weeks i've been having alot of cramping, along with lower back pain and some pressure. I haven't gone to the doc. cuz it all seems pretty normal and i've had no bleeding. i've also felt emotionally distant from the pregnancy,like i'm not pregnant. I'm nervous because i did have a miscarriage at 21 weeks with no symptoms except feeling disconnected like i do now.Anyway, last night i went to the bathroom to finally go number 2 and when i wiped(sorry i know it's gross) this weird green mucus stuff came out of me. I remember the same thing happened to me with my other pregnancy also. I called ob and the nurse didn't know how far along i was and told me it was my mucus plug. When i told her how far along i was, she didn't know what to say, I wasn't far enough along to go up so i had to go to my doc. who told me everything was fine. I have an app. with my obgyn on thur. but was wondering if anything like this has happened to anyone else, and if so what was the outcome?
I should mention, I did have a full term pregnancy after my miscarriage and do not remember this mucus.

I am a 63 yr. old woman that has had five back surgeries, eight wrist surgeries. A hysterectomy And gallbladder surgery plus several serious stomach surgeries. These are over the past 20 yrs. Back surgeries most recent and gallbladder plus hysterectomy in last couple years. Anyway, that's not why I'm posting. I am posting because in the past week I started having Dark green bowel movements. I'm kind of constipated, but that's the norm for me. I can't think of anything different I'v done . I ate a couple pieces of cake last weekend with green frosting. I had an incident a few days ago where I bent over and had excruciating pain on my left , lower back. But I have a huge bolt there so I contributed it to that. It's a pinching feeling now. I am full of metal from my sacral to my neck. (Huge surgery) like I said, I just started the very dark green(almost black with green in it) stools. Any suggestions as to what can cause this? Thanks in advance for any input on this subject.

I found a tick on my back - it was very bloated, soft, and a light olive green color (almost like a small berry) and came off easily. I squished it and dark brown liquid came out. Does this have any significance? I've never seen/heard of such a thing.

I have alway experienced a small amount of white discharge, but for the past month I have thick green discharge which has a horrible smell. I am also getting bad back pain. I have been on the pill for coming up 1 year and have a long term boyfriend. Am scaried incase it is a STD. My boyfriend has been tested a few month back for STDs and got the all clear. there are rumors going around about the implanon, the little rod that goes in your arm that it causes infertilization. I want kids here in the near future and that is like my worst fear. So... I am having it removed. But I was wanting to know if any of you other ladies out there have heard the same.
Also I am having a very light odorless green discharge it will only appear for a little while during the day and then go away and then I will have a brown discharge. I have not seen my ob gyn and plan on it very soon.
I also have bad gas. I am still on the implanon which is making me gain weight as well.
Breast :: Dark Green Discharge When Squeezed
For the past three weeks my right breast has been leaking a dark greenish thin liquid when squeezed. I first noticed it during my menstrual cycle and thought it was just my hormones going crazy, but it hasn't gone away after my period ended. I don't feel any unusual lumps. But I do feel a slight pain, though I'm not sure if this is jut because I've been thinking about it so much. (Kind of like when you think about your feet and they start to itch.)
I also have bursitis in my right shoulder, which sometimes causes sharp pain in my pec muscle. Could the discharge in my breast be related to my shoulder injury, or is it just a coincidence?
My mother had breast cancer (is healthy now thankfully), so I am very worried. I am only 24 years old.
