i am getting light periods since 2 months after having first time sex and i am also trying to conceive..before that my periods were regular...i don't knw what is happening?
just before my period started this month my breast was lyk painting n my back n legs were also paining....
I have had extremely light periods for the past 2 months. They have always been very predictable. Every 28 days lasting 5 to 6 days. Last month, it was 2 days early, light flow for 1 half day, spotting before and after for a day. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. This month.. All day yesterday (26 days), I had blood (red/pink) when wiping but not all the time and had small blood stains on my panties at the end of the day. This morning, there's no blood. Same as last month. My weight is not a problem and I haven't changed my diet. I am not under any more stress than usual. Why the unusual period?
View 1 RepliesI'm 18. When I was 15, I had sex for the first time, and not too long ago after that, I started missing my period. I just assumed they were associated with each other. The first time I missed my period, I had missed it for 4 months. I thought I was pregnant, but I wasn't. There were a few other times that I missed my period for a few months at a time but didn't worry about it. The longest I've gone without my period is 6 months. The last time I had my period was the beginning of November, so I'm about 2 months late right now. I hear birth control helps, but I can't buy any or see a doctor because if I use my card for that stuff, my parents can look on my account and start to question (because they don't even know I've had sex). I'm trying to make it to where they're the last people to EVER find out about any of this, so I'm just looking for some explanation or advice from anyone but them.

View 1 RepliesMonday the 6th I started what I would say was a very light dark brown period, buy Tuesday it was gone, and was only visible when I wiped which ended Thursday, my periods normally last 5 days and heavy and not Dark brown( can only describe as a pooh like colour), i'm also 4/5 days early which is another mad one, ok I know it cannot be IB but I just wanted to know if any as had this happen to them.

I received my "period" about the due time it was expected to come however it started off as spotting -light bleeding for about 8hours. For the next 18 hours (including overnight) it was as if my normal period had come (medium-heavy flow). Then for the next 18 hours again it returned to very light period. Then for the next 4-5 hours it was normal flow again. However after that for the next 20 hours or so it was just quite light again. However now (4-6 hours) i am pretty sure my period has stopped/ i am experiencing extremely light spotting. I'm currently 17 and I think it may be due to stress but i'm not completely sure..
Also, basically my period has all been cut short to 2-3 days when it usually last 5 days minimum.
I'm 20 years old, I suffered an abscess In October last year, it was the most painful experience of my life, I finally got a root canal in my tooth and I thought that was it all done, it's flared up again the other day started throbbing I knew straight away what it was, I went to the dentist today they took an x Ray and he even said it looked like it did before I had my last root canal, so was again infected, I've been put on antibiotics again until Tuesday but if it's not better I'm being referred to a Leeds specialist, can anyone tell me why it's come back so soon? I'm scared I suffered from this once before years again on the other side. What will happen now? I never want another one again and just want it sorted once and for all.

We have had sex 2-3 time more since Saturday also.(Using a condom every time.) I was wondering if it is possible that since it was my first time that it would make my period late. Like maybe a stretch of the vagina or something. I also heard that It could be because of stress or being scared of being pregnant. That that would also make it slightly late.

I am 23 years old .. I have polycystic ovary syndrome .. So don't have regular periods.. But for the past 9 months periods have been regular but haven't had one for 2 months ..haven't been on any contraception for 7 years ( same partner 8 years) .. I brought some with me but have almost run out, which doesn't really bother me as I am not sexually active and don't plan to be any time soon. In a few months I will go on a vacation and I really don't want to have my period while on vacation. If I save the remaining pills (seven), would it be okay to take these before the vacation to ensure I won't get my period? Is it safe to take the pill for only 7 days as a once-off, and if so is there a specific time before the vacation I should take them?
