I am 24 years old and have an (apparently) odd eye colour. My sclera has turned blue- only the visible portion- it appears almost like a blue contact lense. if i move my eye there is a clear defining line between white sclera and blue sclera.
After several people noticed I went to the Dr who had never seen it before. They ran blood tests for iron and liver. only issue was slightly lower ferritin at 17 (not enough to treat). The Dr has no clue, and neither do any other doctors in the practice. Optician says eye health is fine, and they don't know the cause either.
Has anyone else encountered this?
I also get joint pains, digestive problems, and fatigue.

I have a complicated history. February 2013 my retina detached right eye. I had a vitrectomy and a lot of laser in left eye. The following January (2013) I had cataract removed and a toric lens implanted. Having always been a high myope with a lot of astigmatism it was a miracle. Only real problem was the disparity between my eyes and need to always have contact in left eye if awake. WIthin 5 weeks I had developed posterior capsular opacification. After the YAG I could see for a couple of days clearly again and then vision started declining again. I developed an epiretinal membrane and macular hole so I got to experience another vitrectomy in September of 2013. Since then my vision has declined. Multiple attempts at contacts have been frustrating. My dry eye makes soft contacts very unstable throughout the day and at times the vision with the soft is worse than without it. Multiple RGP's have been attempted. I wear and RGP in my left eye. Glasses have been tried but I must wear contact in left eye because the difference between eyes is too great. Unfortunately glasses don't work great because even that subtle difference of one eye corrected in front and one on eye makes my brain wacky. So my options are according to doctor "live with suboptimal vision or be willing to take a risk." PRK was mentioned but favorite option is to remove lens and have plane lens put in front of capsule then have vision corrected with RGP's. I am nervous about this with my history of scarring and retinal damage. Has anyone experienced this. I can be corrected to 20/20 in the eye.

The last time I had sexual contact with anyone was almost 5 years ago. however, a year ago I noticed an ulcer behind the inner labia in my vaginal area. It was only mildly painful for a few days then stopped hurting at all. I had half of a prescription of Valtrex from a bout of shingles I had before and because my first fear was herpes (because my ex had been unfaithful, apparently several times) I took them to see if it would heal after taking them. It did not and has stayed the same for this last year. About 4 months ago I got a second one slightly above the first that started the same way. I never see any blisters or anything, there is just suddenly an ulcer there. Again it was painful for a couple of days, then it stopped hurting but does not heal. I now have a third one at the top of my vaginal area that has just shown up and is again slightly painful but not unbearable. I am scared to death it's herpes and fear being told that. I know it's not the end of the world but it feels like it. I have done tons of research though and cannot find anything on herpes ulcers lasting as long as these have. Has anyone ever had an experience like this and it have been herpes or something else?

Small but geometric -ish shape. This changes in 1/2 hour or more, the shape gets larger forming a getting larger approximate 'C' shape to the left of center. It is almost like me seeing a crude kaleidoscope . Eventually the thing disappears to the left. The shape seems to be of small triangles squares, anything 'sort of' geometric. I can see past it but still have to see the shape. Whichever eye I close I can still see it; close both I can see it! It has now cleared completely as I have not being looking at the sun or any strong light. Is it 'just one of those things' to be tolerated every now and then. I am 75 and in general good health

I'm late 5s,have had floaters since my 20s,back then they were small black or clear dots, fast forward, late fifties, now i've had pvds in both eyes, vitreous gel shrinks and pulls away from the back of the eye,now i have these clear to gauzy larger floaters, plus one large clumpy black one and I can't ignore them anymore. PVD is age related. I am just lucky enough to have these awful larger ones that can blur and obstruct vision. How does a person deal with it. Oh yes I also am starting to have dry eyes. Both also can cause hazy vision. Unless you've experienced it,no one else can relate

Hello, Sorry for the long message but the background is important, please read.
I am 28 years old living and working abroad in Europe. Since September I've been traveling to many different cities, staying in hostels, hotels, AirBNB's and living/sharing 2 different apartments with people I don't know for extended periods. Have been always on the go, trying to save money on food etc... So it's possible I haven't been eating right as well.
Almost 2.5 months ago I had protected sex with a girl (condom broke and pulled out quick). 8 days after having sex I noticed some small bumps on the base of my penis that looked like Molluscum Contagiosum (It could have been there before the 8 days as well). The doctor said it could be anything but when it stuck around for a week or so later I figured that it couldn't be nothing so I decided to do some research and it seemed to look like Molluscum. I popped them and now it seems to have come back in the same spot (no more, no less - maybe 1 or 2 less but I can't tell)
I read online that he incubation period of Molluscum is 2 weeks to 6 months usually appearing between 2-7 weeks. So...
Here are my questions:
1. Can I rule out that the Molluscum was contracted through sexual contact with this girl after noticing it 1 week after sexual contact?
2. Could it be possible that I contracted Molluscum on my PENIS from another source???
3. Should I be worried that this could possibly be linked to HIV from sexual contact with this girl?

I have some problems with allergies (mites, etc.). In addition to some other nasal ailments.
I shall therefore be cut away my the nasal concha, but what is the disadvantage of removing those? I do not think the actual surgery, but the nasal concha must surely have a function? Perhaps it’s a function that I'm going to miss when they are removed.
My native language is not English, am I not quite sure if nasal concha is the correct English word to use. The latin word is concha nasalis.

The squint(left eye) had been developed at an age of 3 or 4 years I think... A cataract was also developed in it.. It had been ignored by me as I was not able to focus on it while seeing things... Cataract was recently removed(At an age of 18) by a laser treatment... But after the treatment also I had not get my vision back for my left eye (lazy eye).. I'm not able to see with that I now... Can I improve my left eye's vision...? If I can't.. Then how can I correct my eyes appearance... My left eye is little outwards from it's actual direction.

My doctor doesn't seem to have a clue what is wrong and has given me antibiotic cream, steroid cream and now antifungal tablets nothing seems to improve. This has been going on for over 3 months and there has been no change.

I got a corneal ulcer around 1 month ago due to contact lenses. The bacteria was pseudomonas, they told me its very dangerous because it releases enzymes that melt the cornea. It all started one night when I felt like something was in my eye and it hurt like crazy. I didn't get any sleep and in the morning I went to the hospital. They started me on vigamox every 30mins. I saw them the next day and said it antibiotic wasn't effective, so I was on tobramycin and another one(forgot the name) for the first week I went to the hospital everyday. After that every 2days. They said there was a 5%melt of my cornea and I might have permanent blurred vision. It's been a month now, the ulcer is gone but as expended it left a scar. My vision is blurry but the doctor said considering the size and place of the scar(middle of my line of vision) my vision is pretty good. Has anyone experienced this before? I'm not on steroids, should I be? I'm just on artificial tears now. Will my vision get better? My next appointment is next week so I will ask them what my options are with my vision.

I have this squint since childhood. My eyes move outward. It happens a lot when I'm tired or try to look quickly at something, It was diagnosed early and I was asked to do a regular exercise with pencil. I had to Keep pencil in front of my nose and look at it and then slowly move the pencil forward and repeat it several times. The later I was given glasses and it improved it a little but then again it got as it was earlier. My vision is 6 by 6. But its just I don't have proper control over the muscles. They seem to be aligned but when I'm tired or move eyes they go outward. I wanted to know how it can be permanently corrected. It just disturbs me and I always feel a stress on my eyes. I have this irritation over eyes too and itching which makes it even worse. How it can be treated or it can be operated? I guess it would be easier with operation and I would go for it but I was asked to do exercise and told that it will stay but will get better, It was 30 degrees.

I was with a women who clearly had genital warts. When she pulled her underwear down they were visible and she then covered them with her hand. I told her I couldn't have sex with her and she became angry and grabbed my penis with the same hand she had just touched her warts with. I washed myself with soap and hot water afterwards.
