I am wondering why we get eyebags if we sleep late. I think when we sleep late, eyes get tired. And the position of the "eyebags" have an "inner bleeding" and lead to "black eyebags" !

View 3 Repliesmy period hasn't been regular but I've been on the depo shot for about 3 years (I'm not sure if theres correlation). I won't have any blood but after sex there is a little bit of blood, we took a break for a while and there wasn't any spotting or anything but I had sex last night and today there was quite a bit of blood.
it was stretchy, had no odor, but had dark (black even) stringy pieces in it. I'm not sure if I'm feeling any serious pain in my ovaries but I'm really worried about what it could be. The blood is usually stretchy but has never had the stringy black pieces.
I'm 20years old, I am a athlete, in my sport I train around 5 hours a day 5 days a week. My problem is when I masterbate or have sex i seem to occur a after problem with my foreskin, the tip of my penis (tip of the foreskin) turns bright red and starts the burn when I urinate, In some cases i start creating discharge, its extremely painful, i have had two chlamydia tests and tested for all other STDs such as gonorrhea and so on, all came back negative, but all the symptoms suggest these infections, i think it may have something to do with my hygiene, where i train 3hours in the afternoon then 2 hours in the evening I don't shower in between, i sometimes find myself jerking off In Between, i am not sure if that is the problem ....

Is there something i can do to prevent them or I just have to get used to idea that i will be having eye bags?
View 1 RepliesI know that I am meant to take the pill at the same time every day. I usually take it at 6:30, but sometimes I am 15 minutes off, sometimes half an hour off. But it is always between 6 and 7. I know that typical use reduces the effectiveness of the pill to 91-92%.
What I would like to know is: is taking the pill within 15 minutes or half an hour of your usual time still perfect use?
I am a boy aged 17. Since my childhood i noticed that i had eyebags.. Everytime after i wake up those eye bags inflates. I feel very uncomfortable for some1 to look at me. I want to reduce those risks of having it.

View 1 RepliesI had a very restless night last night and ended up taking a sleeping tablet in desperation at around 3am... the trouble is I still have the side effects going on the next day 12 /14 hours later, I only take a sleeping pill when all else fails and I have gone well past/beyond the nodding off stage.
On other days, I just sleep a lot of the time and have a trouble staying awake. Goodness only knows what people think one minute I’m too tired the next I’m saying I can’t sleep
Does anybody have any wisdom on this issue of sleeping and not sleeping cycles with CFS/ME.
My daughter has tried the Diltiazem cream again recently - but this time she has come out in a very itchy rash so had to stop this. I spoke to the pharmacist & they have changed the brand of Diltiazem tablets they use - so I am wondering whether she is allergic to a different ingredient that the different brand is made from ? Again if anyone has had this issue - please reply. She has been getting some relief (after painful bowel movements) with a warm wheat bag (it is long with 3 sections - so can be moved to fit the painful area) I have just been reading about Nifedipine suppositories - does anyone have any experiences with these ? Thanks for any info - in fact it is so helpful to read anyones stories of what works/doesn't work
View 10 RepliesI was told I had cyst in my ovaries before, but I received a shot that made the bleeding and blood clots stop and I was getting regular periods.
Now I haven't gotten a period for almost 2 months now and I'm starting to bleed again like before. Should I be worried that the cysts may have came back? What is my best option?
So for the last year or so i've been on the depo provera birth control. I have not gotten my last injection due on the 16th of march. And was very lightly bleeding for about a week during that time for the next shot then it stopped for a few days and then started bleeding heavy for the next five days. Finally stopped on april 3. Keep in mind My periods have never been normal. I had unprotected sex on the 8th and 12th and now am lightly spotting. Can i be pregnant?

View 1 RepliesI had my last period on 11/4, ovulated somewhere around 11/18 and then on 11/25-11/26, 6 days before my period was due, I had what I believe was implantation bleeding (light pink only when I wiped for a day and half and then brown for a half day). Then on 11/30, 2 days before my period was due (I'm always regular). I started bleeding red, lighter than normal, mostly when I when I wipe, but enough to want a pad on just in case. There are small fibrous looking pieces occasionally when I wipe as well. Is this implantation bleeding followed by decidual bleeding? Or a strange menstrual cycle?

View 1 RepliesA family member was taken to A&E two weeks before Christmas with severe abdominal and back pain and scans revealed that the previously diagnosed aortic aneurysm (measuring 5 cm) was now bleeding and surgery was not an option due to other health conditions and was given just weeks to live. All now seems to be fine with no pain - is it possible that this bleeding has now stopped? Has anybody else had a similar experience?

For the last 5 years my periods have been very irregular, at one time I didn't have one for 3 months and assumed I had PCOS. I lost weight and all was back to normal. That was 4 years ago but now for the last 4 months I have had light spotting in between periods which then developed into heavier bleeding and now I have been bleeding for the most part of 4 weeks. I have noticed it is usually brought on after Orgasm (non penetrative). It is always bright red, clotty and I would say a Moderate bleed.
I have been with the same partner for 5 years and we always use protection. I had a smear 8 months ago when the spotting initially started and all was normal. What could this be as it is really getting in the way of my life and I am scared of becoming anemic because of this.
I have developed some facial hair and have real trouble with my weight (which I am now trying to lose) so I just assume it is PCOS but I don't associate PCOS with excessive bleeding, especially for a month straight?
I can't get an appointment with my GP for 3 weeks yet so any advice on what this could be would be very much appreciated.
P.S I have never taken birth control, I am not on any prescription medicine.
