Pregnancy (37 Weeks) :: Labour? 2 Cm Dilated And Brown Discharge
I am 37 weeks and 2 days. I went to my doctor Thursday and was 2cm dilated and she could feel my baby's head. I'm a first time mom, so I don't know what to expect. I think I lost my mucous plug yesterday and now keep having brownish colored blood on my panty liner. Should I call my doctor? Is labour very soon? I also have contractions sporadically and back lower back pain.

I had a miscarriage feb 12. It was my first pregnancy. I bled heavily until March 6. Me and my fianc had intercourse early this morning and during sex I noticed a horrible smell. I did not realize however that it was coming from my vagina until I got up went to the bathroom an had brownish bloody looking discharge. It's very light and seems to be going away. However the foul odor is not. And I have slight cramping. Nothing serious. I went to the er on March 1 Bc my fiance convinced me to take a pregnancy test and it came back positive. So just being cautious and staying in the safe side we went to the hospital. Both hoping there was still a baby even though I had been bleeding ridiculously for two weeks. A ultrasound reviled that there was no baby and it was just hormones left over. They told me my hormone levels were where they would be at one week pregnant. I was 6 weeks when I lost the baby. So is it possible that the line on the test is still just left over hormones? Or could I in fact be pregnant again? And so soon? And what is the cause of this discharge and odor? I had not noticed it until intercourse. And me and my fianc are very sexual active. And I did not notice it the night before or anytime before so. What could this be? Has anyone experienced this before?

This is my second pregnancy and I don't remember having them so early during my first. I was thinking it was round ligament pain but I'm having second thoughts that they are braxton hicks from the tightness feeling and the release. I did some reading and suppose they can come as early as 20 weeks and earlier if this is not your first pregnancy. I'm not necessarily concerned just surprised getting them so early. I'll be 21 weeks tomorrow.

I am 25. I have had my tubes tied since sept of 2012. The past couple of months i have had a odd cycle. I bleed 2 days stop for a day. Bleed 2 more days stop for another day. Then when i think its done and over with 4 days later i bleed for 3 days. Then this period started christmas eve and should have ended new year's day. Today is now the 12th and 2 days ago i bled and yesterday it was thick dark brown discharge. Tonight im having severe abdominal cramps that go up into my stomach and down to my vagina. I just used the bathroom and when i wiped there was light brown very runny watery discharge. I'm not sure if this is something i need to be highly concerned about since i have my tubes tied. I dont have medical for a doctor's visit and the nearest hospital is about 45 min away and i am without a car. I am just looking for some insight on what may be going on in case this is something i SHOULD go to the ER for.

I am 16 and still a virgin so there's no way I'm pregnant. My last period started at the 22nd January (maybe just after) and has since finished. Everything was fine until two days ago I noticed a little brown discharge, I didn't think much of it until it carried on yesterday and today. There's not lots of it, just like regular discharge with bits of brown (and I think i saw some red blood there too..) It's getting quite scary after reading all the things that can cause it. I am on iron tablets (have been on them for 2 months) but I don't think that can cause anything can it?
I have an appointment with my nurse on Fri for a blood test to check my iron so I will bring it up then. Nothin like this has happened to me before and my periods have been pretty regular since I was 11.

Last month a week after my ovulation should have been, I had brown discharge for a week. Then a week later my period was due it didn't come. Now its a week late. The negative hpt. My nipples became sore first day of missed period, now my breasts are very sore. I've always been very regular 28-30 day cycle. My fiance and I are not ttc but not the most careful. Last month we had sex but nowhere near ovulation we used the pull out method. Two days before my period was due we had unprotected sex. Im 28. I don't take any medications. I called the ob this morning and she said they suggest waiting two weeks after a missed period before taking another pregnancy test. My gf period was from the 16th to the 20th. Two days after she wanted to have unprotected sex, she put it in, but literally 5 seconds after I made her get up. I didn't ***. And I know precum can have sperm if I ejaculated earlier and didn't go pee before sex. But I know for sure I went to the bathroom after my last ejaculation because it was probably a couple days ago. Anyway. She ovulated on the 29th; The 14th day of her cycle. I think this was the day because she had light cramps and was craving sex. On the 2nd of June she has bleeding. A brown discharge. It was enough that she would have used a tampon for, not spotting. At first I was scared of implantation bleeding but it says on average is happens 9 days after ovulation with a range of 6 to 12. It had only been 4 days. I know she has been stressing, and she tried weed for the first time recently. But could that really cause this discharge. After considering all these factors, even if my precum did have sperm it's a very small chance that the sperm got to the egg with having to last 7 whole days to ovulation. I know ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE, but Its just not adding up to be implantation bleeding. What else could this be?
