Chest Pain :: Sore Spot On Right Pectoral Major (4 Months)?

I'm 38 year old female. Back in June I noticed what I would call a sore spot on chest muscle. I spend a great deal of time with rounded shoulders looking down at phone. I don't really feel it so much if I am up moving around. Feel it more sitting if I'm on my phone a lot or in the bed I'm a side sleeper. I can feel it sometimes with a deep breath or cough. Some days I don't feel it at all. Ibuprofen takes the pain away. My chiropractor feels it from my rounded shoulders. Stretching it out helps some to. Is it normal to have chest soreness for 4 months. This is right sided and does not feel at all to have anything to do with my heart.

I have had a problem with pain all around bottom of my diaphragm for several months. X Rays, sniff tests show right side is higher than normal but no help offered thus far. All around he bottom area is extremely sore to touch and can't bear to lie on either side. If you press along bottom it is extremely tender. Gallbladder has been removed.

I was just recently diagnosed with pleurisy after spending hours running through every test imaginable. I am also pregnant, 7 months, with my second child. I have never felt a pain like this before. The pain is in my right chest and back; at first I was tested for gallbladder problems and that came out clear. I was sent to the ER for further testing where they did extensive blood work ups, chest x-ray, tested for reflux and finally a cat scan. When everything came back clear, they diagnosed it as pleurisy and sent me home with a pain killer. Unfortunately, the pain got worse and I was readmitted to the ER by my OB for more testing. Again everything was clear, this time they were given the green light to give me ibuprofen but only for 3 days with a follow up visit to my OB on day 3 to make sure the baby was alright. So far, the ibuprofen is helping considerably. I hope I never have to suffer through this again. I found the information provided here about pleurisy very helpful especially since I had never even heard of it before this happened.

It started as redness and itching then a horrible red swelling-I went to the STD clinic yesterday absolutely terrified and the Dr assured me it was not warts and not herpes-she said she'll test for herpes just in case but as she was doing the test she said 'this is a spot,if it comes back as herpes i'll be VERY surprised, it really doesn't look like it at all, this is just for your piece of mind'. She seemed very sure I was okay for that. She examined me and did a smear, had a proper look at my vulva and said I was being silly, this is just a spot and not to worry at all.
I stupidly had sex this morning (my boyfriend and I have been together 2 years).
Today it's worse, it's horribly angry looking, red and swollen and sore. I've put on antiseptic cream-I'm relieved it's not an STD but at the same time, what on earth is it-if it's just a spot, it's bacterial-I shave so I guess I could have caused it, hurt my skin, it's in a dodgy area right at the top of my slit so it's enclosed and that area is all warm and enclosed I suppose so it'll heal slower than a spot anywhere else.
What can I do to help it heal faster and stop the infection spreading? I'm so scared :( Anybody else had anything like this?

I was getting dressed this morning I noticed a spot on my breast. It's yellowish and I scratched at it which made it all red. It is raised and fairly small. I have had my breasts checked on January but this spot is new. It's nothing I've seen before. Attached photo. I realize it might be from my bra but it's just strange. It is sore.

I am a 27 years old male and have been suffering from some left chest pain for the past two weeks. The pain worsens when taking a deep breath, exercising, lying down, and even talking. Along with the the chest pain I get a sharp stabbing pain in my back when doing all the same activities. The weirdest thing is I have a hard lump on my chest that is painful to touch. It doesn't get better with ice or heat and pain medications don't seem to help either.

I have a sore small red spot on the outer labia. It's actually sore to touch. I showed my doctor and she said it is not a sexually transmitted lesion and that it might get bigger before it gets better. She didn't say what it was other than it was a sore.
It rubs and hurts. What could it be?

I have an irregular shaped discoloration or sore on my vagina that I noticed a few months ago while I was examining myself to find the source of my vaginal burning. It is a purple and red color with what appear to be darker specks near the edges. I have been referred to a gynecologist but the wait time is 7 months. I am worried about waiting that long. I do not have any bleeding as I had a full hysterectomy. Also sex with my husband is painful.

i got a tick bite 6 months ago. i did a course of antibiotics it went away for about 2 months. A small red spot reappeared and gets irritating feels like something still going on with the tick bite! Any suggestions? Natural preferably!

I am a 25 year old female. For about a year now I've been getting sharp stabbing chest pains in my right side which last from 1-14 days. The pain is worse when I take a breath inward and there is no tenderness. There is no monthly pattern with the pains, but I get them at least once every 2 months. I have noticed that every time I sleep on my right side, these pains appear. However I'm not sure whether this is a coincidence or not?
The first time this happened I went to A&E, they did an ECG and checked me for blood clots but everything was fine. Could this be pleurisy do you think? And does anyone know whether sleeping on my right side would bring the pains on. I am getting worried at this keeps happening, I thought it would sort itself out.

I have been doing a gradual return to work following diagnosis of GCA just before Christmas.
Last Thursday, a couple of people in the office, including and especially my boss, came into work with colds/coughs. By the middle of the night, I knew that I was getting a sore chest. I got worse (I was at home in bed) and was admitted to hospital Sunday as my heart rate was far too high due to lack of oxygen. An xray showed a nasty infection in both lungs. The long and short of it was 3 days in hospital.
I already had an appointment with my rheumatologist today, so my husband dragged me to see him. The rheumy had been away and hadn't been aware that my GP had allowed me to go back to work, albeit on a gradual return. He was very unhappy about that, as he said he had told her that I should not return until I was on a stable dose of Pred. I am currently on 25mg, having tried to manage the tapering myself due to useless GP. I had a good discussion with rheumy about tapering by 2.5mg only over a period of time.
He has now signed me off for a minimum of a month. Of course, the lung infection needs time to clear up as well.
My husband then did what I should have done myself at the beginning of my GCA journey and called the doctors surgery and told them that I need to be under an experienced senior GP from now on as the GP I have been under has been incompetent and this is the last in a series of errors she has made which could have had serious repercussions on my health.
Tomorrow I will call the surgery to see one of the senior partners who is well regarded. I can then hopefully begin to feel I am in safe hands.
I'm feeling really rough, the infection and the double dose of antibiotics are taking their toll, but at least I feel optimistic that with the change in GP, I will be in better hands.

I am experiencing the sensation of food being stuck in the throat/chest, as if you swallowed a large pill and it is resting there. I have had acid reflux issues and take Zantac for it (previously Prilosec) and neither of them helped much. It's difficult to swallow and I also feel like I need to burp to relieve some pressure build-up in my throat/chest.
I woke up out of sleep last night and felt this sensation severely along with stabbing pain in my upper abdomen the radiated up to my chest. There's dull pain in my lower back as well along with nausea, trouble getting a full breath. It's extremely uncomfortable and concerning. It seems to hurt more when lying down, but I feel it when I'm upright too.
I'm waiting on a referral to see a Gastroenterologist to discuss my very extensive list of symptoms.
I understand that it anxiety could add to the pains I'm feeling, and I do have extreme anxiety when it comes to my health, but what I'm worried about is that I woke up out of my sleep with this pain to where it can't be directly caused by anxiety. I've been to the hospital for chest pains a couple of occasions and they ruled out everything but anxiety. So trust me, I know what anxiety can do.

So spent night in hospital for chest infection on Tuesday night. Been on 50mg steroids and 500 mg Co amoxiclav three times a day.
Pulled my back muscles coughing yesterday so taking diazepam as doctor prescribed for it as asthmatic so can't take ibuprofen.
However today when woke up my lower right lung area is swollen and have acute sharp stabbing pain when cough and constant pain which is dull. Anyone any idea what it is? I'm wondering if diaphragm or maybe need to see doctor for 3rd day this week.

past few days after been out saturday night drinkin my stomachs been in agony both sides hurting, fort it was my kidney then i went to the docs today he's giving me omeprazole i've been waking up with a cough sore chest both sides of my stomach hurting like a burning sensation? sore back and a general loss of appetite anybody know what may be up with me?

I'm just sitting around thinking about my situation..worrying about my health all the time has taken a toll on my body..i'm always achy and sore everywhere..back pain neck shoulders..i just wanna be my age..young and energetic..i have improved a lot from the first time i got my panic attack..nowadays i don't get panic attack anymore..but i'm still very worried and i still do get sensations and sore feeling in my chest..is this really normal for anxiety? will i ever be normal again..i have done 5 ecgs,why can't i trust the fact that my heart is fine.

i am 32 male, i had lots of unsafe sex, i started getting pain in my penis, i had std test but its negative, i took some medicine for 3 days, i was ok for 2 weeks i had sex again, and the pain started again, as i can't swallow i chew the tablets and open the capsules, i also got very sore throat for over 2 months now, i feel very pain difficulty in eating and drinking i feel lots of phlegm and saliva in my mouth, i had endoscopy doctor said it's acid reflux but i am so stressed i can't work i can't walk for long. is it hiv or something else?

I have sore throat for around 6 months. I think it all started with some sort of allergy because I would only have it when I was at home, generally any dust would make it worse. I moved out and my throat stopped being so sore but its still bad.. I feel like it is very sensitive. I also feel like saliva/mucus is licking down the throat.. Sometimes it has a bad (sort of rotten.. taste) It gets worse if I drink something cold or hot or when I go outside when its cold (Because I only breath through my mouth). My doctor thought its post nasal dripping so she gave me some steroid drops, didn't help much. Now she thinks its a Glandular fever.. I don't have any other symptoms apart from sore throat, and mucus going down it. The only other thing is that my lymph nodes in neck feel a bit tender. Also sometimes I feel like im producing way too much saliva.Few times there was some white stuff on sides of my throat. And also rarely get some small difficulties with swallowing but I think this might be just caused by super stress that im going through... I am non-smoking person.

Hello, I am only in my 20s but I have been experiencing a dull chest pain on the left side of my chest, I have had it for about 2 months.
I am worried that something might be wrong with my heart as my resting heart rate is about 86-105, which of course is very high, I am a light smoker (10 a day) and after having a cigarette it can jump up to 140bpm+
If I do something like run up the stairs, or maybe do a fast walk it can jump up to 110 easily, if I check my heart rate after I get out of bed it will range from 65-75.
This all started a few months ago when I felt really weak one day and fell on my bet, and I couldn't move and had a great chest pain that felt like I was going to die, I was also shaking uncontrollably... I would have rang an ambulance but I couldn't get up...
I have been to the doctors a few time, and they either refuse to do anything because of my age and say that I am fine, or another time they said it might be indigestion (I took some tablets and my heart rate hasn't lowered or the chest pain hasn't stopped)
After begging the doctors to give me an ECG, it came back fine... But I feel they missed something as when they did it I wasn't feeling any chest pain (My heart rate was 90 at the time)
I wish they would give me a full checkup as something is clearly wrong... I am thinking heart failure, why can't they make me run on the spot or put me on a treadmill for 30 seconds so they can see how fast my heart is pumping.
This isn't anxiety, and I have never had a panic attack before... I am just worried that something might be wrong... And no doctor will check me out because of my age, I mean I think I had a heart attack a couple of months ago and now my heart is failing me!
What do I do!!! Where do I go for someone to give me a full checkup, all of the doctors I go to say something different (Some say indigestion, some say anxiety)
Would you guys say I had a heart attack and am now having heart failure? Or am I worrying about nothing, I just wish the doctors would give me a full physical!
Edit My heart rate as of now is 108, and I am having chest pains on the left side as always (Dull ones), my heart rate used to be in the 60s-low 70s... And this is what is making me think I am having heart failure, but the doctors won't take me seriously and won't give me proper checkups. Can it be something other than a problem with my heart?

i've had a sore throat for 3 months , extremely dry throat in the mornings and a recent visit to the doctor i was diagnosed as having globus . more worrying during examination he spotted tissue where my adenoids are located and immediately referred me for a biopsy , i am worried sick , cant sleep cant eat , is there anyone who has experienced similar as i am in a pretty bad state of anxiety
