after a second ultrasound (30 days apart) it was my doctor's opinion that there was a nonspecific hypoechoic lesion with a peripheral calcification in the right epididymal body that had slightly increased in size (from 0.9 x 1.0 x 0.5 to 0.9 x 1.0 x 0.7). should I be concerned about cancer?

View 1 RepliesI felt some pain in my right testicle on Tuesday, it soon disappeared. Then last night (Friday) it was feeling a bit painful again after ejaculating, which hasn't happened before. Since it was only the right testicle I had a quick check (even got a warm shower) and felt a small lump about the size of a pinhead. I'm pretty sure it's on the testicle itself - although I find it hard to say where the lump is because it seems to be different (I guess that's just the movement of the testicle) it's near the top, where all the tubes attach, it feels as if there's a tube that actually runs to the lump. I wouldn't say it was painful but when I push or wiggle it, it gives me that kicked in the balls kind of pain, just scaled down quite a bit. Right now I just feel a bit of an annoyance down there, I did masturbate about an hour ago to see if it brought on pain again, but it didn't.
Some additional information: I remember that there was a period, probably around six months ago, when my testicles would sometimes hurt then running, but I thought nothing of it.
I'm in my late teens and now I'm really worried, could barely eat last night after I found the small lump. All of today I've been feeling worried, even bailed out of my plans for tonight. On the one hand I really want to get it checked out especially since I'm going on vacation next week, like with anything, I get overly worried, but on the other hand I do not like the thought of the doctor checking out my balls and I feel really anxious about telling my parents. How can I just go up to my mum and say 'I just found a lump on my balls' would I even say balls? It's just so awkward; we've never spoke about anything like that.
I don't really know why I'm on here. I know that I really should go get it checked out, I also know that I don't necessarily have to tell my parents but I'd rather them know, I think.. I mean I don't even know how to book a doctor's appointment, never mind one for a matter like this.
The thought that this is could be Cancer just makes me feel awful, I want to just say to my self that it's probably nothing, but I can't. 24 hours ago I had nothing on my mind and was looking forward to the weekend, now I can't stop googling this and feeling my balls. Whenever I think to do something to get my mind at rest, such as watching TV or going out I just think NO that's not going to change anything, I know I can't just sit back, but I don't know what to do!
I have a pea like swelling on my right labia Minora, It's been there for past 4 days and is the same size and same color as the rest of the area. there is no head formation and is painless unless i touch it.the swelling is near the clitoris , i have been soaking it in warm water but no help. I have researched on this but unlike other comments it cannot be drained or cut.please help if someone has experienced a similar thing.

It does not hurt when I touch it but I have been touching it too much it causes the area to hurt. When I feel it it feels like it's on my neck muscle. I'm scared of what it could be. It's giving me anxiety and I just want to know if anyone else has had this or knows what it could be. I felt this a couple days ago I'm not sure how long I've had it but I did come down with a cold a couple days ago and a fever etc and I also had minor ear pain and my wisdom tooth seems to be a bit inflamed I can tell on my cheek. It might be from that but not sure. I'm taking antibiotics for the last couple days but ts still here. Not sure what to do I want to stop worrying.

View 5 RepliesI am 15 years old and ever since I was 14 I have noticed that a large testicular lump (about twice the size of my normal testicles) would come in my scrotum and go; meaning sometimes it would come and other times it wasn't there and it would look like I have a normal scrotum with two testicles. I've always wondered what it was but I was to afraid to ask my parents to take me to the doctor so I just left it alone. But now that I know it can be testicular cancer I'm really scared. When I touch it, it doesn't hurt at all, I can even squeeze it without it hurting too much. Could it be because of masturbating? I masturbate 1-2 times a day. I've looked at the symptoms of testicular cancer and one of them was having a testicular lump, but I don't have any other of the symptoms. So my question is, why do I have this and is it harmful?

View 1 RepliesI have had edema throughout my whole body for the last 4 months. My Dr. put me on a diuretic a few weeks ago. It seemed to help for the first couple of weeks, but now I am super swollen again. Why would the edema come back even though I am still taking the diuretic as prescribed? They tested me for autoimmune, which came back negative. They also sent me for an echo of my heart, which came back normal. I have reduced my sodium intake and drink around 75 oz of water a day. I have reduced my coffee intake to only 1 or 2 cups a day and no other caffeine products. What in the world is going on?
View 1 RepliesDiagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer an year ago and had both glands removed. Did iodine-131 after that. Cancer scan did not indicate any cancer cells spread. Thyroglobulin numbers in my blood was dropping along with my first I-131 treatment until it stopped dropping, that was when my doctor advised me to take a second pill which was about a month ago. Today went back to the doctor and he said that the numbers aren't dropping anymore, so he advised me to check up my lymph and lungs to see if there are cancer cells in those areas.

I know the normal routine is low/firm after period, high/soft during fertile days, low/firm before period.
But my boyfriend and I had sex yesterday and today my . But if i touch it i can still feel it kind of firm beneath.
So i'm just wondering if intercouse can shift the positions after sex because im pretty sure i'm still a week early for my ovulation.
Have blood in urine slightly low kidney function and CT scan showed smaller left kidney have mild ache in the left side also experiencing heavy chest and one big heart beat every so often which comes and goes. Now I have a strange feeling in my left bum cheek like a numb pulling sensation its very hard to describe and not letting up. Anyone have any similar symptoms. Awaiting an MRI next week.

I have had one for a few months (perhaps longer, I wasn't aware of what it was) and my first diagnosis was anxiety.
So now I think the anxiety is making me feel off balance and shaky but could it just be the distorted vision that does this to me?
Do you ever get used to it? Mine is 20/40 and I have no decided on surgery.
lopressor 25 mg being taken for anxiety is causing slightly suppressed breathing which is felt around bed time.if i switch to inderal will the same problem continue?also i have started taking 1.5 mg lexopro/lorazepam yesterday for anxiety /sleep problems and it did make me fall asleep longer than usual.Just wondering how long can i keep taking lexopro before becoming addictive.?
