Cancer? Pimple-Like Spot On Scrotum

45-year old male. A few weeks back I noticed a red and inflamed pimple-like bump (possibly a pimple) on the very bottom area of my scrotum. It stayed red and tender for a few days and eventually became much less irritated and much less red. Now, several weeks later, it's still there, still looking simliar to a pimple, but not as bad as it did the first days. I guess my main reason for posting is to relieve my mind that this isn't a cancerous cyst or lump. It doesn't go deep beneath the skin, it is the size of a pimple, it might be a pimple. Would a cancerous bump or lump or lesion be similar to this? Anybody want to ease my mind or have me race to the doc to get it looked at? Thanks for reading and for any replies.
I haven't had any sexual relations in some time, so an STD is out of the question unless my hand gave it to me.

A little description, I am a fit 18 yo male. I have never had sex, up until very recently, and I have had these spots before being sexually active.
To me it feels like a wart, although I've never had one I don't believe this to be any type of ingrown hair from shaving. I am very worried, I do not want to give my girlfriend any STD's and I will be getting tested this week, however I'd just like to know asap if there's much to worry about. So, what is this red dot?

I few days ago I noticed a white spot on the right side of my scrotum. The spot is no bigger than a dime and when I stretch my skin it doesn't show any abnormal grown and the spot is harder to notice. Another thing I noticed is when my scrotum is relax is harder to find but when it is the tense state is much easy to notice.
I've had jock itch before but it last some weeks max....
I'm in a monogamous relationship for some years now.
So I'm very confuse, it is a fungal infection? or simply a white spot? or something else?

I'm 13, approaching 14 later this year and I have a small, singular spot on the underside of my scrotum. It's toward the right side, and looks similar to an acne spot. Keep in mind I already have pubic hair so it can't be those spots. When I say small, it's pretty much the size of the tip of a slightly blunt pencil.

I 'm just curious about a spot kind of thing I have on my scrotum. The spot itself looks cream in appearance and it looks as if its under my skin on my scrotum. The spot doesn't hurt however it doesn't pop even if i try my best. It seems as if there is something hard inside it and no matter how hard I try I can't pop it. I have had it for over 3 months now and its not going away so i'm really worried. Can someone please help me and tell me what this thing is and how can i get rid of it.

I am 14 years old and I am only about 6 months into puberty. I have never had any sex in my life. The other day in school, I noticed that a part of my scrotum hurt a little bit. When I got home, I found a very small white spot on my scrotum that stuck out like a pimple. It was probably only a mm in diameter, and it hurt when I touched it. Today when I got home, I checked it again. Now it is way shorter and doesn't hurt as much, and it is red. Is this a pimple? Do you think the pimple head just fell off during the day?

I have a white spot almost looks like a scar but isn't raised on my scrotum. The scrotum it self seems a little red on the lower part, it was slightly itchy the red area but I used some cortisone cream and no longer itches, I'm not sure but the scrotum may be slightly inflamed. It does not burn when I urainate or ejectulate . I had a high risk sexual encounter but used a condom and some light kissing 4 days ago. could this be an std or jock itch? since I've been working outside more a sweating more.

A few months ago I noticed a hard crusty spot on my scrotum. It's about the size of a quarter, whitish, itches, and the area is hard and scaly looking. I just thought it was just dry skin but I've treated with healing lotion and Crack cream and doesn't appear to be getting any better. What is this and how can it be treated?

For about 3 months now, my fiance has had an intensely itchy area on the left underside of his scrotum. We tried numerous powders and creams, both medicated and unmedicated. Some would work for a few minutes to a few hours but nothing "cured" it. The area is very wrinkly and dry looking. He scratches and itches it so much that it starts to get raw. I stopped using any laundry detergent at all on his boxers and just washed them in water. He said it helps, he isn't as itchy as he was before, but its not going away.
My crazy mind is now going all over the place to try to solve this and I began to wonder....
I, myself, have been suffering from recurrent episodes of bacterial vaginosis for about 2 years. I treat it with vaginally inserted metronidazole and it goes away. Then, sometimes weeks, sometimes months later, it comes back. I just did some research and am going to try some home remedies for myself.
I find conflicting information online about men and a bacterial infection. I read that it is uncommon for men to get this and if they do they USUALLY have no symptoms. Is it possible that he got it from me and is now starting to show symptoms? And I only treat myself so are we just passing it back and forth? Maybe these are two completely different issues but I have to wonder and ask. I hate to see him so uncomfortable all the time, and I know I hate the symptoms I get with my BV.

I am bit worried about my father health there is blackspot on his thumbnail . So is that melanoma ? what i noticed that some of black spot disappear while some remain and yeah my father has a history of trauma on his nail so it might be possible is that blood?

Did anyone ever notice to suddenly appear on the arm a small spot of deep wine color of the size of a little fingernail? Then I believe with time it turns brown. Yes, I'm a senior and I'm afraid these are old age spots, but I'm puzzled that they should appear as a wine color. I only noticed this twice in my life. My other age spots appear just brown.

A couple of years ago I noticed a brownish spot appeared next to my belly button. A friend told me it was probably just an age spot / liver mark (although I am 20). Yesterday, I noticed it was flaking off and itchy. Today, it looks like this. Reddish but white in the middle. I'm really concerned and have been anxious over this since last night. Does anyone know what this could be?? (The redness around my navel has been there for a while too.)

For the last two months now, I have had red pimple like bumps all over my thighs. (Just like pimples on a face, are spread out) They are red, about the size of a pimple, and have white heads. The same puss in pimples comes out but they are harder to pop. About a month ago I got them, popped them, and they all seemed to clear up. Now their back, they are very itchy and painful. There's probably around ten on each thigh, after they pop they bleed and then scab over. I heard other people's questions that it sounds similar too, but it also sounds like herpes. I always pop them and touch the puss, but it never spreads like herpes does. (At least not yet.) herpes or no?! Please help I am 19 year old male and this really worries me!!!!! Recently I started noticing very small bumps on the lower end of my shaft where it starts off and close to my testicles. They are lighter than my penis skin tone and are very small like pimples.

5 days ago I had protected sex with a man with genital herpes. I have since then grown a single small white pimple just above the clitoris and some itchy and burning sensations. I have no problems urinating, always a steady flow with no pain, but I did get some flu like symptoms today (sore throat with yellow mucus, no fever) which I'm not entirely sure if it is a symptom or was just from a night of sleeping with my window open. I'm 15, and this has been going on for a few months, but I have some kind of pimple or something right where my butt crack begins, and it's in between my cheeks. It kinda hurts when I sit down but only in certain positions. Just earlier I pushed on the area something came out, it has no color or smell but it's wet and I can tell it's there, and now it's like a little red spot possibly an Opening but can't get close enough to look at. It's right on the end of my tail bone. I've did some research and came up with "pilonidal cyst" which it could be but i read up on it and it is a possibility but I'm thinking it could just be a pimple.
