Can Dry Sperm Get You Pregnant?

My boyfriend and I were being stupid and i gave him a h-job. He had some of his semen on his hand, but wiped most off on his pants. About 10-15 minutes later we both totally forgot and he fingered me. He is almost positive his finger was dry, especially since he wiped it off. However, i'm literally freaking out. Could I be pregnant from this? He is pretty sure it was mostly dried and wiped off, but having that same finger inserted into vagina will i become pregnant?

Yesterday after having intercourse with my boyfriend of a year and a half, i noticed that some of the sperm came in contact with my hand and broke me out in a small rash on the area that was infected. I automatically assumed i may be allergic to my partners sperm and began looking online for answers as i think it might be related to why i get recurrent cystitis. I have been tested for Thrush and UTI's in the past 6 months and also underwent a bladder/kidney scan and a cystoscopy which all came back negative. After that i was completely baffled as to what could be causing me so much pain and misery. I know i don't have any evidence that this could be the cause to all my problems but when i visited the doctor yesterday he said it is a possibility that they are connected some how.
I really just want to know if anyone has suffered from a sperm allergy before who has maybe been affected with recurrent cystitis because of it and if so how you were diagnosed to find out if you were allergic to your partner's sperm and what you did to treat it?

I'm single, 31 years old, childfree and I don't think I will ever want children. However people keep insisting that when I'm older I will change my mind, therefore I want to have some of my sperm frozen prior to vasectomy.
From what I've read the law in the UK allows maximum storage of 10 years, but you can apply for an extension up to 55 years 'in exceptional circumstances' if you will be infertile due to certain medical conditions. What I want to know is whether having had a vasectomy will guarantee me the extension.
As I said I don't think I will ever want kids but if by some divine intervention I did change my mind I think it would be longer than ten years from the date of my vasectomy.

I had a vasectomy in July 2009. In December as planned I commenced sending in the monthly sperm samples. I have now done 8 samples in total. The first was clear, as was the sixth. But all the others show "Few(1) - 1 sperm only seen in every High Powered Field". So as I have not had two consecutive clear samples, the hospital won't give me the all-clear yet. They say that what is happening is very rare after almost a year, but they also say they do not feel the operation failed.
I am very disappointed as almost a year on I am in no better place in terms of being able to have unprotected sex than I was before the operation. I would appreciate some independent advice on why this has happened.

I have noticed it since the first time, and I've just about went through everything to make sure it isn't mine. It's not even necessarily when he cums inside of me. When he ejaculates, period!
It is just kind of a rotten smell. Or like puss when your ears or other piercings are infected? which made me think it could be an infection? I have been tested recently, and nothing, I'm the second person he's ever even had sex with. And it isn't something that just came up out of nowhere. It's just getting bad to where I try to avoid doing it.
Once he goes. If it's on me I clean it right away, if it's inside of me I try to get it out quickly and really clean down there when I shower. He is uncircumcised but it's not his penis that smells.. (Unless it's after we do it or he hasn't showered for a day minimum. Nothing else smells, just down there). When we shower together I see that he does clean it well, he'll even I clean it. Under the foreskin, multiple times until I KNOW that it is clean. And then when he cums after that it really is just his semen.
I don't know whether to ask about it whenever I am at the doctors or just straight up send him to the doctors. I've told him about it, even asked when he plans to get a prostate exam to just throw it out there. He knows but I guess forgets about it.
I am clean, no infections, have been tested. And it's not when our fluids mix. It's for sure his semen. So is there anything he could do at home? We maintain a normal diet, he drinks plenty of water. No unusual supplements or anything.

I was trying to wash my cloth by hand with some amount (large) of fresh sperm on, then I notice that there is a yellow clot (very likely to be someone else's dry sperm)... and I got a wound on finger 10 hours ago (so the wound is probably under the process of vasoconstriction)...
So if:
(1) The clot (dry sperm) contains HIV and
(2) The HIV got activated by the new fresh sperm and
(3) got to the surface of my finger where there is a wound (in recovering, there might be Lymph on the wound)
