In the past week i have been having this problem where in the middle to near the end of masturbation my penis starts to burn...Afterwards i
look at it and its just a little red with some tiny red spots in the shape of a circle on the shaft. I have never had sex so i know its not a STD but i am really worried about what this could be. Somebody please help...Could it be as little as masturbating to much and be caused from the friction or as big as a health problem?

I have not had sex for two months. I had never had any sort of symptoms/irritation before (apart from one yeast infection years ago) but a couple weeks ago I began to notice a burning sensation in my vulva. I am a 19 yo male and I've been suffering from burning bladder feeling and frequent urge to urinate, I drink a lot of water daily because on December 21 15' I passed my first kidney stone, however the urgency and burning has not gone away. I've been on multiple antibiotics to treat (suspected) prostatitis however to no avail. There is no blood, nor have I ever had blood in urine, it doesn't hurt to masturbate however sometimes after masturbation (masturbation) I feel like I have to use the bathroom followed by burning. Tiny, red bumps appear on shaft of penis on and off again. About a mm in diameter. No pain, no itchiness. I've recently been tested and everything came back negative.
They show up in my pubic area, too. Could they just be clogged pores/ingrown hairs?
They first appeared about 5 months ago. I had protected sex with a girl I didn't know well. She did also performed oral sex on me. First symptoms showed up about 20 days after.
They normally appear for about a week, then disappear. Went to the doctor and got checked for a variety of STDs including herpes -- everything came back normal.

I meet this girl don't really know her and we have unprotected sex. I'm freaking out over these small somewhat hard but not really jumbled together (about 4 or 5) flesh colored bumps on the bottom of my penis shaft. A month later i tried scraping them with my fingernail and they just bled. Its been 2 months and they are still there.
What could they be? They don't look like warts (no cauliflower look, aren't big and bulky) and they don't look like herpes because there is no red rash around them. They are painless and not itchy at all, they're just there. I've used bacteriocin on them and it didn't seem to help although they do seem smaller. I'm freaking out, I just want them gone. I have also heard that obsessing over something can make them stay there for longer, which i have been obsessing over them (I suffer from anxiety) Also, hair follicles... can they take longer than 2 months to recover? I thought that's what they were too but hair follicles normally heal quickly and look like pimples whiteheads.
