Anxiety :: Toilet Phobia - Can't Go Anywhere Without A Toilet

I've had a toilet phobia for years now since I was like 15 and now I'm 21. It's embarrassing to talk about like I really hate it and it stops me from doing a hell of a lot things.
I'm really pouring my heart out here and I'm trying to meet people just like me with the same thing or similar as I've never met anyone like me before and I know there is people out there the same as me.
Basically I can't go anywhere without thinking about the toilet, I won't go anywhere unless I know there's a toilet there. I won't travel anywhere with other people because I'm scared what they may think with me going to the toilet all the time. My mind makes me think I need the toilet. It forms into panic and anxiety attacks so it's very hard to deal with. It's a horrible fear and it angers me to admit that the whole embarrassment is the fear of me obviously weeing myself. I've never done it but it's the fear that takes over.

ok so heres my story/questions my dr decided not to tell me that ive had hsv1 genital for about 9 years maybe longer i dont know why she didnt tell me but thats what it is.. now ive been very very paranoid about everything like what if my daughter uses the toilet after me or touches something after ive used the bathroom and didnt wash my hands right away? can she catch it from that or say could she catch it from a sink or the taps?

So I woke and went to take a shower. Like usual the water made me pee and it stung really bad and now it hurts to piss. But jokingly I told myself that I broke my penis. Then I tried to get an erection and I can't do it and the lower part of my stomach hurts. The pain is right before my pubic hair. And my main concern is that I can't get hard and I'm only 16 what do I do.

After a bout of constipation early this year (I was on a liquid diet because of a throat issue and didn't consume much fiber for 2 weeks), I had 2 bowel movements with a little bright red blood either on the stool or the toilet paper. Started consuming more fiber, it got better for a few months...2 months ago, had a day where I hardly had any water during the day (was out and busy and it just slipped my mind except when I was super thirsty), then I had a little bright red blood again. Today, I was riding a bike, my butt started to hurt. Shortly thereafter, I pooped with a little blood on it. My mom has battled hemorrhoids since she was in college. Do you think I have hemorrhoids or should I be more worried?
No vomiting or diarrhea, no unexplained weight loss or fatigue, no consistent changes in stool size or shape...On occasion, I'll feel a burn when pooping.

I am 24 years old and for the past month I have been experiencing increased gasses and watery stools. I have scheduled a check up with a doctor, but have to wait a bit since I am abroad. Naturally, I have googled quite a bit to see what can it be. Today I had a weird stool. I had a not so firm brown stool while it was surrounded with black toilet water. Is this blood? On internet I found that released blood should be red, while if it is upper in the body it should be combined with feces so I am puzzled.

My nuvaring fell out in the toilet after only being in for one to two days. I didn't realize it for a day or so. I was on vacation so couldn't get a replacement. I have been bleeding ever since it fell out. Will the bleeding stop? Or will I bleed for a month?

I suffer a bit of OCD with this situation. But here goes...What are the chances of me becoming pregnant after wiping with toilet paper from a unisex toilet. It was in the home of a lady that does gym classes. I had to use the loo and wiped my vagina with toilet paper after peeing and then thought to myself oh no men live in this house, what if one had ejaculated and somehow it got on the toilet paper and I wiped with it. Is this possible? I know it seems irrational but to me it is a serious concern. Can you please offer advice? I'm also on Yaz birth control but I'm such a worrier, I sometimes think well what if Yaz failed for some reason? Do you ladies wipe your vagina with toilet paper in public bathrooms? I felt so stupid afterwards.

I went to have a drug test this past week for a job and I notice my urine was a bit on the dark side which it's normally not,but what freaked me out a little is what was floating in my urine. The best way to describe what it look like: look like pieces of toilet paper or a chunky piece of dandruff. How weird is that? Also anyone that deals with hot flashes.is there any of you that only experience them at bedtime?

when I had vulvodynia in 2013, I researched everything that could be contributing to it. One thing was the chemicals in toilet paper. In order to produce the pulp from the wood to make the paper harsh chemicals are used, typically caustic soda and sodium sulfide. This "chemical pulp" is then bleached, the colour or scent may be added. Could these residual chemicals in toilet paper be contributing to the irritation experienced with VA? Would you put caustic soda (drain cleaner) or bleach on your vulva, even if you didn't have VA?
Since I had vulvodynia I have used toilet paper that is made without nasty chemicals and without bleach to wipe after I've had a wee.

Can IC inflammation cause blood on toilet paper after urination? Couple years ago my doctor thinks I may have IC. Couple times a year I do get bladder infections. Right now I'm on Cipro for a bladder infection and I'm on my 10th day of antibiotics when I saw blood on the toilet paper. My bladder symptoms however seems better now that I'm on antibiotics.

When i go pee i find everything is fine, i pull foreskin back to avoid urine getting trapped behind it as i have a long foreskin. Finish off and shake well just to make sure all the pee is out. but about 10 - 15 mins later i dribble a small amount of urine without realising, not enough to empty bladder just a small dribble, but it can be seen on underwear and very occasionally on clothing as a tiny patch. Also as i have a long foreskin it traps urine under it when i do this dribbling causing stale urine by the time i get home from work or being out and about. which as u can imagine is not nice and can smell a bit and cause soreness.

I have recently read about harmful chemicals and azo dyes used in some clothes. Last week I bought a pair of blue jeans and they dyed my hands, handbag and other T- shirts blue. I know that wearing such a jeans can be dangerous after prolonged direct contact. The problem is that I am even afraid of touching these jeans or the handbag and then I am afraid of touching food, my face, etc. I know that this fear is irrational.

For about the last 8 months or so I have developed a phobia of having a heart attack. I have heard of and know some people who have had them and one was a close cousin of mine who was only 41 years old when she died from it. She also had other medical problems also. Just the other day I had my annual check up with my primary doctor and found out I suffer from high cholesterol. This is new for me so of course now I'm really scared. I have already changed my diet to lower it but still the thought of a heart attack won't leave my mind. Always afraid that any minute I may have one.

So I've been on here a lot in the past month. Worried about a lymph node- which has since gone away and it wasn't even a lymph node it was a pimple that ended up being really deep under the skin and went away on its own. Then worried about my stomach and intestines again. I have this gnawing rolling growling but it can't feeling and it feels like there's air in there and I can't get it out but my brain is like no it's probably a tumor. And I've been worried about bowel cancer. I keep checking my movements to see if there's blood in them and I'm like overly looking like is that blood or does that look kinda red or is it okay? Like its bad. I'm 24. No history of bowel cancer or anything in the family. My grandma was diagnosed with breast cancer when she was 70 and she beat it and is fine now. I had a full physical and blood test with fasting two and a half months ago. I can't keep going to the doctor but I'm going insane. People are saying if I keep worrying about it it'll happen and it's scaring me.

I don't know if I am alone in this fear but for quite some years, I have been transfixed on the idea that I have HIV. There are good periods but then there are times when it utterly consumes me.
I have had unprotected encounters (or should I say encounter) some years ago and that is what triggered my anxiety over the disease. During this time, I have had two full STDs tests including HIV and they both have come back negative and each were when I was out of the window period.
I guess my question is, is there a chance that I could still have HIV? Perhaps the tests were done wrong both times and I got a false-negative test back each time. Do I need to go and have another test just to confirm that I do not have the disease?

Has anyone had good results with Strattera, my doctor prescribed this for me approx. 3 weeks ago. I suffer from severe anxiety, social phobia and dysthymia.
We have tried various anti-depressants. The only one that really worked was serzone. Then it was taken off the market.
